I have been to the dixy rusholme several times without any problems. However after going to this one last night I have had food poisoning. Luckily Uber were able to refund my order but this place is awful so not go!

Not the first time and certainly not the last Dixy chicken longsight. I was feeling hungry so I ordered 2 meals. 2pc combo box meal and one peri burger meal. Honestly hands down they have hit the craving, breading on the burgers was just right, not soggy or flaky, it was juicy and crispy. The chicken itself was succulent and full of flavour.

The staff were too busy talking to one another to care about customer service. The chicken was luke warm and evidently old. Even the fries were clearly reheated and old. No wonder they're empty all the time. All the tables were dirty upon entry. The mayo was made of some chemical white concoction that I decided to go out an buy some Hellman's from across the road! The owner needs to hire some decent staff and hold them to account or just close down.

The girl on the counter extremely rude for some reason. Need's to learn how to behave with customers. I would give 0 for service if was possible.

Some days ago I went for pizza and milkshake literally both were very tasty. Best food especially Oreo milkshake properly blended just like a fresh smoothie and an Asian girl make it more by her extra effort, good staff 👍👍👍 must go and try.

Easily one of the best Dixy fried chicken I have had I bought the double dipped burger meal and even though I took my burger home as I had a fast to open which is a 30 min drive from Levenshulme it was still tasty an fresh. Chips were soggy but that's my own fault as didn't have them there an then due to my roza. Price wise very fair about £5 for the meal I also bought a margarita pizza for my kid and that was delicious. Big thumbs up for this dixy chicken, staff were friendly an lovely.

So I ordered their Seekh Kebab wrap meal - which took 15 minutes to serve and here I was really looking forward to this meal as I moved from Brum and Dixy there is always Spot On 👌 So the food arrived and first surprise they don’t do any Sauce - like Garlic or Dixy’s spicy sauce, moving forward I took the first bite and something wasn’t right so I looked inside and there were so strips which appeared to be some sort of mixed meat (donner type) and the food was just NOT EDIBLE as there was this strange smell coming from it. I threw it all in the Bin and walked out with my drink! Guys save yourself your hard earned cash 💴 and avoid wasting your time and disappointment - AVOID THIS PLACE!! I’ll certainly won’t be going there, ever again 🤮

Don't waste your money on milkshake. There's no milk in the milkshake and the stingy guy only put 2 little fererro rochers in a large milkshake and just whizzed it with a tonne of ice cream. Couldn't even drink it coz it was just ice cream and tasted nothing of fererro. Once melted, tasted like melted ice cream. The rest of the food wasn't bad.

Very rude and unprofessional service. The girl was on counter was more interested in male staff then to the customer. Didn’t greed she were chatting to male staff and having a laugh, looks like she is there on date not for customer service. Two male staff were working on the back were more intrested on her then any focus on cooking. What a joke ! Food was awful I just wasted my money for nothing. Please don’t go there go some where else.

I tried two times for lunch time, both times chicken was not fresh, had to bin, my advice to you, don't pack your customers the last night left over chicken...

Seems to be getting worse. Slipping. Delivery guys were always unreliable but this one was preferred venue for this food and this branch had couple of interesting specials, but e.g chicken undercooked or dry a couple times. Disappointed the last few times and last time I looked it said collection only which didn't work for me so basically gave up on them. A shame.

The food use to be nice here,however today I thought I’d grab some mini burgers and a peri burger and I was shocked to find out the burgers tasted absolutely rotten and I felt sick after eating this and now I have to ring my local pizza place for a pizza cos I had to bin all my food even the cats wouldn’t eat it,what a shame used to be nice place here

Wanted something quick and easy to eat. Cleaner than other Dixy's I've been to. Had the new double dipped spicy burger, tasted like any other chicken burger, would have liked it to be more spicy. Food was good, service was good, and we got our food fairly quickly. Would definitely go again.

Going to edit this review, their service and food was fantastic. But, now its really poor. I ordered two pizza along with kids meal. First thing, order came 55 mins late. Second thing, they missed kids meal :( Now, I have to go Mcdonald, to get something for kids. Its happened third time. I will make sure that will not order any more from this store. Nice food we ordered 3 chicken burgers however we asked for one to be without mayonnaise However when it was delivered we Found that all had Mayonnaise on including the one we had asked for to be without mayonnaise so not very happy about this but other that Everything was good.

I just bought a 7 inch spicy chicken pizza half an hour ago and the dough wasn’t cooked which made me violently sick. I won’t be going there again!

I bought 4 mini burgers. When I opened the packing the burgers were not fresh. Really soggy. The lettuce was't fresh and the chicken wasn't crispy and chicken had an off smell. I told them straightaway and the guy on the till was really rude. He didn't even accept the fact they were not fresh. He clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers.

Still one of the only places I trust for fresh n tasty food, especially chicken although its nowhere near as tasty as it used to be so im assuming they've changed the batter ingredients. Everything I ordered from sunday was that fresh that I even had some more of it before that Id saved. (don't judge 🙃) HOWEVER I AM STILL A LITTLE ANNOYED BY THIS AS I THINK ITS VERY CHEEKY AND WHICHEVER CHEF DID THIS WAS NAUGHTY!!! - WHICH GOES AS FOLLOWS : I am still unhappy with my order although it is only a small part of it - it is the principle of the matter. Why on earth would you send a chopped up hamburger covered in mayonnaise and then try to pass it off as a kebab wrap!? That to me is literally just taking the mick!!!! make others aware as I'm not being funny but this would be highly unfair and even upsetting for other people to have the same experience. ANYWAY... I can only assume/speculate the reasons as to why this has happened and tbh I cant be bothered to phone the shop directly (I ordered via deliveroo) MAY I JUST ADD THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SPOT ON SO MAYBE THEY RAN OUT OF DONER MEAT WHO KNOWS 🤷🏼

My daughter ordered from here, when it arrived the drinks had been spilled. She tried to call to complain or get replacements and the call was cut off. This is a terrible service and we will not be ordering from here again

I walked in, not expecting much, and ordered a 12" veggie supreme pizza. What I got, 20 minutes later, was probably one of the best pizzas ever, specifically the crust. Even the person with me, who is a notoriously difficult, fussy eater, agreed that it was fantastic 😀. I don't know if the stars were aligned just right that day and they just got everything right by fluke, but that was one heck of a pizza. It had lost some of it's zing by the time we got it home but that's not Dixy's fault. Parking is sometimes awkward on the main road although there are spaces usually available. Great, friendly staff. Great prices. Highly recommended.

The manager is awful, rude, he is a Male chauvinist, does not meet customer satisfaction, disrespectful towards customers and incompetent. Today I order food for my family from the ramadan menu. The food alhamdulillah came on time however what I had ordered did not come at all, this is the third time this has happend. The manager said that the Ramadan order is only for collection. It had included 4 peri chicken wings, 4 peri wings, 1 rice 1 fries and 2 cans all for £9.99. I received the chicken wings and fries and drinks but not the rice and peri wings. How can this be for collection only when it does not state this online. Stop frauding customers and go get an actual degree on business. Not worthy to be manager or be treated respectfully at all. What a waste of time and space. I hope he gets shut down for disgraceful service.

I would like to share my experience with Dixie chicken longsight. Today I ordered some food for me and my family now very mind I am a loyal customer and I am always satisfied with my orders however today I was very disappointed with the fact that my order was not correct I called up Dixie chicken longsight uninformed them of the mistake that had occurred I had asked for a supreme Burger meal but instead was sent a sisler burger meal i explained this to them but the phone was tossed around to 3 different people let's forget about the 1st person as he didn't know what he was doing the 2nd person claimed he made the food and He treated me with utter disrespect and made me feel like I was lying about my order just to repeat I am a loyal customer and if something is wrong I will inform them to make sure that this doesn't happen again but this person belittled me and made feel very hurt. I then spoke to another person who claimed to be the manager he said that he will get the Burger made as soon as possible and immediately send it out. I waited and it had been one hour so I called up to see what was going on the manager said the food is with the driver So we said OK I waited again and it had been 20 minutes I called again and I was notified that the food was actually still at Dixie. I was actually very gutted and disappointed and really absurd about this because I have never experienced this before with Dixie chicken and the fact that this experience. The People who treated me with disrespect were the people who work the morning shift. I felt as if they didn't want to send my order and that they didnt care. When i Spoke to the person who started his night shift he was quite disappointed and he also sent the food within 10 minutes. All I have to say to the morning shift people is do better!!

It's the best of all dixys sell the best portions and if you didnt like the food they will refund and they have great service overall it's a 5 star!!!!
