Dua's Grill in Manchester

They are TERRIBLE never order from these horrible individuals. They accepted a deliveroo order from me for some ribs, accepted payment, kept me waiting for 3 hours, and then cancelled the whole order without saying a word of explanation! Myself and my family had spent the whole night waiting to get the ribs so we could have a fun movie night and that was completely marred by having to first wait till very late for an order that never came, and had to go out of pocket to order from another place. I hope they go out of business.

One of the bad experience that i ever had

Absolutely terrible do not order from this place. Food came freezing cold chips were literally frozen straight out of the freezer they didn’t bother cooking them the cheese burger was horrible gave me food poisoning stay away from from this place surprised it hasn’t closed down yet. Definitely needs a health visit soon

Horrible food uncooked raw chicken

Awful, practically a scam, ordered two Donner and fries with drink, received no drinks, there were maybe 10 fries in the meal, covered in a very sour garlic sauce. The mac and cheese bites were not mac and cheese bites, they were mozzarella sticks and there should have been 5 but I received 4. Ordered an additional can of coca cola, received pepsi. Food also arrived lukewarm, fries were cold.

Nonprofessional dealing staff, took 1 hour for one meal, even delivery driver was not happy being the delivery partner with these guys, so I am no more their customer

Don’t ever leave reviews but this place definitely needed one. Absolutely vile vile food and didn’t even care you could tell. Sent the wrong items. Had squashed bits of mozzarella dippers in my chips. Didn’t send the drinks or sauces I payed for a the lamb ribs was more like rat ribs. Needs closing down honestly wish I read the reviews first. Vile literally the worse food I’ve ever had the chips weren’t even cooked they was still rock hard in the middle. Needs closing down asap

My partner and I ordered lemon and herb chicken wing platter on “Grilled chicken and lamb chops” we recieved fried chicken wings instead, not even nice ones. They were absolutely drenched in the worst lemon and herb marinade I’ve ever tasted, it was so sour! it made everything in my box soggy. I’d advise you don’t serve that nastiness again. Calling for bad belly. Furthermore, fix your menu it’s misleading. Fried chicken??? Not grilled. Wasted £15 for something I could have got from an actual fried chicken shop cheaper.

Ordered a whole chicken… expectations were not high but loved it and surprised!! Absolutely great and could taste and smell the grill. Not dried, juicy, still properly cooked! Keep it up guys! We will order again.
