Jamiee made us a surprise birthday cake, and it was incredible! She was great with communication in advance of the event, and suggesting colour schemes. She also worked with the venue to get the cake delivered on time. Amazing!

We sat down with her to talk through the design and it was exactly what we’d envisioned. It was absolutely delicious too and the guests LOVED it. Jaimee followed the design I had found and added her own flair. The outcome was the most moist and delicious cake I have ever tasted in my life. Jaimee was such a pleasure to work with, she responded to messages in a timely manner and very quickly calmed my nerves. I'd asked her to create an elegant and sophisticated cake for my parents wedding, and with just a few photos and a chat about flavours etc, she'd created the perfect cake to suit the occasion and she set it all up at the venue for us. It was exactly what I had envisioned, if not even better! Not only did the cake look amazing, the flavours and texture of the cake were incredible too - easily one of the tastiest cakes I've ever had!

Jaimee made a cake for my sons 16th birthday and it was perfect, looked & tasted amazing, there were so many flavour choices it was hard to choose but we went for salted caramel and WOW best cake ever, wrapped really well and even had a cutting guide which I thought was really good! Jamie hosted a cupcake decorating party for my daughter’s 9th birthday! She was great with the kids, youngest was age 5, and the girls all loved the experience. She tidied everything away and took it with her when she went. Highly recommend her!

Jaimee made the most amazing ‘Monopoly cake’ for my son’s 18th birthday having given her a non-existent remit. The cookies n cream filling was to die for and Jaimee went to so much trouble in making the cake. I was then lucky enough to have a birthday cake from Jaimee which was so beautiful - I felt so lucky. I have used Jaimee twice for cakes recently. Once was our wedding cake and the second a baby shower cake. Jaimee is amazing at what she does and can make your ideas into the most perfect creations. They look unreal and taste insane. Prior to our wedding, we met for a consultation where we spoke for ages about what we wanted and she brought goodies for us to try. This put us at ease straight away. The baby shower cake was collected on a very hot day and Jaimee was on hand to offer the best advice on how we could transport the cake with no issues. I’ll be using Jaimee again and again for my cake needs.

Jaimee was amazing, she made the process so easy from start to finish. She was very helpful in deciding what size to go for and to ensure it was exactly how we wanted. Jaimee made both our baby shower cake and wedding cake. Both were truly exceptional - delicious and beautiful (vegan too) I never really saw the value in occasion cakes, until my partners mum bought both cakes for us. Now we are planning occasions just so we can plan our next cake from Jaimee.

Jaimee at fondant dreams is simply amazing and her cakes are beautifully delicious. She is very professional and talented who will go above and beyond to make your perfect cake. I have ordered several cakes from Jaimee, the latest being 30 stunning cupcakes for an 80th birthday. The colour theme was black and gold, and they needed to be Gluten free and three different flavours. She never ceases to amaze me, her artistic flair as well as amazingly scrumptious tastes, flavours and textures. They were awesome, and created a stunning centre piece.
