Flying Tandoori in Leeds

This place is an absolute JOKE with orders. I live 5 minutes up the road from them and ordered around 7:15pm, it arrived 21:21pm. I called them once around 20:15pm asking how long it would be and they say 5/10 minutes. The food is fine, not amazing not rubbish but definitely not worth the 2+ hours for a big standard pizza and cheap burger.

Great food, fast delivery times and mide delivery drivers. The food is very nice and is still hot when delivered. Great food

The food from the Flying Tandoori is excellent. It has an extensive menu, so extensive that it's hard to choose. There is such a selection that you can choose from different parts of it eg my husband loves Biriyani, I prefer a burger. No need to go to two different takeaways! I wholeheartedly recommend Flying Tandoori.

Superb quality food. Our only challenge was that we found it very unusual that the chef fried green peppers into the biryani. However, we called the restaurant and they replaced it. Everything was high grade apart from both versions of biryani. Even the second one didn't taste right. It was greasy and had obviously been fried, and biryani is supposed to be steamed with meat that has been marinaded in spices and yoghurt with rose water added. The rest of the meal was genuinely exquisite.

Late Saturday evening with the lads at work someone decided to order from here. Extensive menu Let’s get down to the nitty gritty Food delivered big order I’m reviewing this off my own experience Mixed starter …chicken rogan josh 1 two bites mixed starter the bin got fed 2 rogan josh we used it to oil the wheel bearings at work …. Result bin got well fed Would I go here ? I will make my sandwiches up from home thank you. Per the title ….. Noooooo

Food ordered, and told 45 mins tops - ok. On the hour they say it’s on they way - ok. Ring 10 mins later to cancel as its likely to be luke warm at best and we’ll late (ihavekids) and I’m told I’m barred from ordering again (not awkward I was just being honest). Wow…..your food isn’t that good for such hostile comments. Poor show and a bit of bravado coming through because you may be in profit. Take a check of yourselves and think of a proper response if you want to expand and go big., more so look after customers who take a leap of faith with you and trust your food and more importantly customer service because that is your market. Thousands of takeaways remember that.

Ordered a Kabab omg awful, it was swimming in grease, I mean the pita bread was just full of grease. I won't be ordering again, avoid its terrible my food went in the bin..

Pedí una pizza hoy a las 7:50 la persona dijo que serían de 40 a 45 minutos llegó media hora tarde no se disculpó sonando y sonando comprometidos y luego se dio cuenta de que tenía otra entrega dos puertas más abajo, así que ¿por qué no hacerme esperar y conseguir dos pizzas? entregado o lo que sea que el otro vecino haya ordenado y cobrando dos entregas por libra, cada una muy disgustada, no volverá a pedir desde aquí

¡Este uso para ser mi comida favorita para llevar, los usaba durante más de un año! Sin embargo, en el último par de órdenes realmente han dejado ir sus propios yo. Parece que ya no les importa la comida! Acaban de perder todo orgullo. . . Los últimos 3/4 pedidos han sido totalmente erróneos. . . es peor porque has pagado por ello. La calidad de la comida ha bajado, y también la cocina de quien la ha perdido ha perdido todo el orgullo por su comida. Para colmo, los repartidores simplemente asumen que redondeará su pedido hasta la libra más cercana e intente alejarse. . . Por ejemplo, mi pedido fue de 14. 30. . . Intentó alejarse con mis 15 y tuve que decírselo. Esto ha sucedido 4 veces ahora. . . no me importaría que sean solo 70 p. . . no es nada, es solo la libertad de que él tome sin preguntar. . . si le preguntaba id felizmente le das el cambio? tiempos difíciles, supongo

We always order the chicken korma and lamb bhuna on the meal deal. The curries are always amazing and delivered in good time too! Highly recommended!

Always order here and never had a problem, food and delivery have been good. But was quite disappointed with my food tonight as the chips tasted like they'd been warmed up and had loads of cheese dumped on to probs take the taste away and in the middle of my cheeseburger it was really soft like it wasn't cooked properly

Yo tenía unos llevar desde aquí. Y cada uno estaba equivocado. Ya sea aderezo adecuado de pizza. Para artículos totalmente equivocadas. Para artículos que falten. Mi última comida para llevar estaba destinado a ser dos pizzas una hamburguesa con patatas fritas y algunos pedidos de lado y pop. Me dieron la pizza equivocada de uno. El tamaño incorrecto para los demás (más pequeña y pagamos más ) la hamburguesa tenía mal y abundante en las patatas fritas estaban aguados. El pop nunca llegó y los lados 2 de 3. No venga. Me llamó y nos recibieron con una desafortunada ignorancia y me dijeron que iban a buscarla para mí. Pero que tarda 30 minutos. Queríamos comer juntos lo que les dijo que no era lo suficientemente bueno y sólo para recoger la comida y darnos un reembolso. pero se negaron. Nos trajeron algo más. nuevo equivocado. Y al final nos dimos por vencidos como un mal trabajo. No estoy seguro si no entendieron o no le importaba o qué pero no vamos a volver. Hay muchos más lugares que son, con mucho superior a un tiro de piedra de este lugar.

It took an hour and a 20 mins to deliver, then my Pizza was wrong, they didn't read the instructions saying NO PEPPERS on the pizza and it arrived with peppers, I complained, finally two and half hours later, two complaints later and a rude man putting the phone down on me my Pizza arrived without the peppers

I must say I never thought I'd have to leave a bad review for this place but I take back what I said in the past. My and my partner ordered from here. King prawn Dopiaza with rice Chicken Tikka Massala with chapattis Fries Plain naan Anyway the order came after about 50 minutes which was fine as it was just within the allotted time but what wasn't fine is that there was a curry missing, and the king prawn Dopiaza was no where near king prawns. I rang them up and was told quite abruptly it would be half hour. I told them not good enough as the rest of the food would be cold. I told them to come and collect everything and return my money. Anyway we ordered elsewhere and 10 mins later hey came with the curry, after I specifi said not to and to return our money. The delivery guy tried and tried to get us to take it. Even brought a bottle of coke round (not bad to say I can't drink coke) anyway he was very insistent but I kept telling him no. In the end after trying to force this curry in us he returned our money and took the food away. Now had they have told us 10 minutes that would have been acceptable but to be told half hour (especially when I live round the corner - couldn't go round with a baby in bed). Anyway this place have basically made mistakes on quite a few of our orders now which I have let pass but not anymore. I won't be coming back here I'm afraid. And we WERE regulars. Not anymore. We have found a lovely take away that delivers quickly, is lovely food at reasonable prices, friendly And reliable. Pappa's Pizzas will now have our custom from now on.

The delivery guy was very polite and helpful but the one that bags the food forgot one of my kids meal and all 3 drinks on the last 2 orders so kids had to wait for food
