Small and cosy, with nice food options, and pleasant street tables if the weather is ok.

Cute place, off the beaten track but oh so good for brekko 😊 Called in to say, grabbed a rustic breakfast baguette and actually couldn't finish it, really good value and quality ingredients in there. Pot of tea was lovely too. Very cosy inside, dog friendly too. Will definitely visit again :)

This is our go to coffee shop when we are in town. The staff is wonderful and very kind to your dog. We usually only have coffee and muffins which are good.

Highly recommend ordering Benny your way. The poach eggs are cooked to perfection. The hollandaise sauce goes superb well with the vinegarette sauce, making you crave for more as you eat.

Pituresque Llandeilo. Quiet side street. Great place for coffee, lunch. Used to be wine bar and I had not realised it has become a very comfortable lunch stop. Great service , great value.

Lovely quiet back road with outside seating and no traffic. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We had the charcuterie board which was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

Laura does a fantastic job at continuing to develop lovely new, tasty additions to her menu, stunning cakes and popular, exciting events at Flows on Market Street. I especially like the tapas and cocktails. Flossy Flow Cocktail is the best 🍹Well worth a visit.

We have always had a delicious and friendly experience at Flows. Breakfasts are amazing, pizzas are top notch, I recommend pizza night to all my pizza loving friends. Our last occasion was Saturday night tapas - the food was excellent as was the service we received. The coffee is always fragrant, hot and very tasty. Try Flows in Llandeilo for a wonderful meal and lovely atmosphere.

Visited Flows Market Street for the 28304893838191 time today so thought it was about time to write a review, (and also because they’ve got a cool review scanner which makes it easier). Whether I go for coffee (black americano with dash of cold water 😋) or a pizza (BBQ pulled pork 🤤 is the current fav) everything is always OUTSTANDING! Like genuinely delicious. Without a doubt the BEST coffee in the whole of Llandeilo, and trust me, I’ve tried them all. The service is so friendly, the food is so fresh and delicious I crave a meal from there at least 5 times a week 😂 and yes I’m fat so I genuinely do crave all their food. I’ve had two parties held here, one for my husband and one for me, both exceptional! And also occasion cakes supplied - STUNNING! Flows is VERY dog friendly, and I mean VERY because I have two cheeky but cute dogs, one barks at everything, she gets so excited she just barks, and Flows don’t make me feel bad about it. Other places dog mum shame me, but not Flows. I love that there is an open kitchen, you can see the food being prepared. Definitely no chefs picking their nose in this establishment 🤣🙃 Keep doing what you’re doing Flows…. You’re blinking amazing at it. Also, my breakfast this morning was a stuffed dairy milk caramel cookie 🍪 and I’m not even ashamed. It was outstanding. There’s an option to add a picture, but in all honesty the food doesn’t last long enough for me to take one 🤣

Best place in Llandeilo. Great staff and beautiful food. We go regular and it’s not over priced. Food is great quality and beer on tap. Don’t miss the pizza nights and tapas. Staff are friendly and service always great when we have been. Very consistent. See you all soon

Lovely place, we love popping in for a coffee knowing there will always be some yummy food options and cakes to enjoy. We're always made to feel welcome with our young children and rhere was a fab selection of books on our last visit.

Id go for the coffee and cakes. But the food wasn't great and quite expensive. Awful bread used for the open toast. The waiter also didn't have great etiquette, leaning over, holding the glass around the rim rather than the bottom, little things like that. Otherwise lovely and will defo go back for cake

Well worth a visit. Called in for breakfast. Good food, cooked well. Freshly ground Flows coffee blend and a great teapot of Brew Tea company tea. Perfect! Dog friendly. Parking nearby (2 hour limit). Friendly and welcoming staff. Dietary needs catered for too.

Wow! What a find. Lovely relaxed place to chill, even outdoors on the street picnic tables as the sun made an appearance, have a glass of cider, and a sausage roll to die for, with a chutney that I would love to have the recipe for. Staff were friendly and made my wife and me very welcome. Next time I must try one of their lovely looking cakes. Just wish this was on my doorstep or within cycling range.

Popped in for a coffee with walking friends and was not disappointed. Service was excellent, a jug of water and glasses brought to the table together with the coffees. Both oat milk and cows milk available. Looking forward to trying out the evening Tapas dishes. Went along another time recently and again not disappointed. Great well-trained staff who actually cleared AND cleaned the table fit us without being asked.

Had lunch here today. 5 adults 2 children and 2 dogs. Lovely menu and food excellent. Very friendly service even brought books over for the little one. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Really enjoyed our lunch here last Tuesday. We were served by the delightful Clare who was so friendly and efficient and great at her job in welcoming customers, explaining the ordering process and seating arrangements, even though she was very busy. We both had the Welsh Rarebit with bacon and it was excellent. Lovely place which we thoroughly recommend. Thank you for such excellent service and food.

9 of us (4 couples + 1) went for lunch and had an excellent time. The food was delicious, as was the drink. The service was first class and we had a great laugh with the staff who were sp friendly and helpful. We can’t praise them enough for making us so welcome. Looking forward to going back. This place is amazing, the food is bang on. They don't care if you edit what you have in the bagel. Service is great and the cakes are spot on.

Visited for lunch. Very friendly place with a great vibe and good choice for vegetarians. Unfortunately the ploughman's I had came with grated cheddar!? Never seen that before. Disappointing as the rest of the food, drinks and service were all very good.

We were in Wales on holiday and called into Flows for lunch the team were friendly, helpful and the atmosphere in the bistro is lovely and welcoming. The food was fantastic and the service good. We'd definitely recommend a visit...especially for those chick peas!

Since moving to the area Flows has become our go to coffee shop. The food is of excellent quality and presented to a high standard. The staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner or just a quick coffee Flows is the place to go! Check out the weekend tapas and pizza nights! Also, great to have outside seating.

Very nice place, decent food. A hidden gem in Llandeilo

My mother in law and I went to Flows by chance as our original plan was cancelled. We ordered the Welsh rarebit. The meal arrived very promptly and I can honestly say it is the best Welsh Rarebit I have ever tasted. It arrived on a good size piece of bread, very fluffy in appearance, but firm and not soggy, dressed with chutney and salad. It was really delicious. I complemented the Chef and asked what the secret was to such a delicious dish. His reply was a real class cheddar and a touch of ale. Would I have again, oh yes indeed. Highly recommended from me👍

We couldn’t recommend Flows to others enough, an absolutely amazing place to be! Great food/drink selection, friendly staff, stylish decor and fabulous company. The food was the best we have had for a long time, amazing! What a hidden gem

Visited 18/06/22 for the evening Tapas. We found out by chance that they offer food during the evening and so glad we did. We chose 5 out of the 7 dishes available and it was enough for us. The setting was lovely and even though it was a quiet night we did not feel rushed. The staff were all lovely and was nice to chat to the owner as we were leaving. All dishes priced at £6 each which we found to be reasonable. There are no draft beers, so my partner had bottles and I had a bottle of Red wine. Just be prepared to pay a little more for the alcohol. But with cost of inflation etc this is to be expected. I think a little more advertising on social media platforms and this place could be full every week.

Menu is a bit obvious and the Specials are Soup of the day @ 7 Quid a go, a Quiche of the day and 1 Other dish. They do a special ground coffee which is quite tasty. The full Flow breakfast is pretty good and filling.

Visited Llandeilo May 2022, and happened upon Flows. Saturday night tapas are just excellent. Great value, good craic. Best place to eat in Llandeilo.

What a gem! Stopped for a bite to eat with my mum and one of my bridesmaids and it was delicious and the waitress was super friendly! Can't wait go visit again near my wedding ☺️
