Do not give this business your money, the restaurant inside is dirty and unkept to a point the lady up front watched me wipe the table down myself. The chips are always stale and I do not dare to think how unhygienic the kitchens in the back are or how they store ingredients. I honestly believe this place needs inspecting and shutting down

This place was amazing before Now, new owners have taken over. food took ages to prepare also .. forgot to put one of my orders in the bag .... it wasn't even busy... Ordered via ubereats... cold, stale burnt chips arrived (also delayed delivery by approx 20 mins) , burger was very boring and bland, no sauce on it, nothing. Non of it edible! Furthermore, no salt no pepper no tissues in the bag 😂 To top it off, instead of 7up mojito I got some random tasteless drink lol these lot take the absolute mick. These ratings are BS

Fraudsters! Took money for an order on the website, went through. No updates, no delivery. Number disconnected and we drove down to the place and it was closed. Payment taken, no food! Untrustworthy

We ordered from here weekly but the standard has gone down. Ordered the paneer shaslick and it was not on a skewer but little small paneer pieces that are dry with no flavour. biryani was swimming in water and the rice was clumped together. Food was late, took over an hour and lady on the phone went from "it is leaving now" to "it left a while ago". Really gone downhill in standard, very disappointed.

Ordered online. Missing items. Called up and they offered to redeliver the missing items this didn’t work so we asked for a refund. They refused. We had to repeat several times that we wanted a refund. Manager wasn’t in so had to wait for a call back - 1hr and a half later a man calls and said he it outside with the money

I'm not sure what has happened to this place, I use to order at least once a week, and I ordered it today, and it took 2 hours and half for my food to come. The burger was burnt and hard, the mozzarella sticks were burnt, and the chips were stone cold. I just read from a review below that the management has changed! I won't be ordering from here ever again! The last guys were amazing, I have been a long-time customer for the past 5 years, not any more after that experience!

DON’T ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered food and an hour later they told me it’s been cancelled because they’re ‘too busy’ then hung up the phone on me.

This place has gone downhill. And I've just read it's under new management now so it all adds up. Food is terrible and they never send sauces anymore despite complaining to them a few times on previous order. You just lost a family of regular customers. I hope you guys fix up for the future and get things back the way the old management ran things otherwise you'll lose alot more customers.

Rubbish place. Rubbish quality. WILL charge you for a smash burger and proceed to send a a double cheese burger. Dumb.

Ordered late on uber eats. Not sure how the price varies from instore but it was alright price wise I guess. Burger was solid nice sauce and onions on it 😋 chips were tasty nicely salted good crunch and oily. Half naga chicken with special rice was delicious. And they mean business with there naga! Proper serious heat which I loved as a lot of places that do naga is not hot at all. Also didn't get this item this time round but I have on other occasions and that is the coconut ice cream served in a actual coconut and boyyyy that is banging!! It's a shame I forgot to get it this round coz I needed it after that naga 🤣 Overall a solid spot 💯

Under old management, chef food was almost flawless. But now it’s rebranding and changing to Ceylon hut. The biryani used to be boneless, now it’s with bones and not much meat. Also chicken dish I ordered was very dry and tough to eat. Overall not happy. Hoping they can make improvements as previously when ordering there were no issues.

I ordered chicken biryani and double cheese burger. Burger was good but biryani awefull. There is not a single chicken piece, instead of small chicken chunks. It was tasteless and full of spice. Cnt eat it without water after every bite.. too much yellow colour and oily. please taste your biryani once

On this occasion I ordered a Family Platter and a Sharing Platter. Both platters were amazingly delicious, the chicken was juicy with plenty of sauce dripping. The Lamb Chops were just cooked perfectly with enough fat and meat on them. The peri salted chips were of a very large portion, which couldn't be finished by one person. I am amazed by this place, definitely a hidden gem in Romford. Would I go there again?? Absolutely!! Definitely!! 10000% YES!!!

What an absolute pleasure being here! I loved the whole experience! The food is awesome, the double patty chicken burger I took was HEAVENLY! So were the messy fries and the wrap and chicken platter. Every food item was so good, Alhamdulillah And special attention and hospitality from Mohammed Rizwan brother was commendable ❤️❤️ Oh and while you’re there, TRY THE MILK cake and coconut icecream 🥥❤️ Sosososooo good!!!

Among the best modern day Indian grill restaurants I've eaten at. The Biryanies, wraps, lamb chops, peri peri fries, infact everything I've ever tried from here is excellent quality. No issues with the delivery. Sets the standard for other indian/pakistani grillhouses to follow.

I have never seen such a good service at a take away. The server was friendly and knew his job. The food tasted great and the prices are fair. The only thing that bothered me was the faire alarm, the battery was empty and it was so loud 🤯

The chicken biryani was fabulous, with generous portions of chicken. Chips were fresh and crunchy. Naga burger was nicely cooked and Service was very fast. The grilled chicken and wings were full of flavour and really juicy. Customer service was amazing too and looking forward to coming back.

Ordered a platter for 4 which had a tiny amount of veg and chips as the chosen sides. The chicken was ok and veg quite nice. But the lamb was bone dry and almost un eatable. Quite disappointed!

Visited this place whilst I was passing by here. Ordered the naga chicken burger and the chicken patty was probably the best I ever tried, very succulent and well marinated. Fries done to perfection. Dessert was great too. But what really takes the cherry on top was the owner's attitude and hospitality. He was polite, welcoming and courteous, and even offered to give me the dessert for the old price because they hadn't updated the menu. I was blown away by his honesty and good manners. Will definitely come back in the future if I'm in the area. Well done and keep it up!

Stopped off here for a quick bute just like this will be a quick review! The place is a takeout primarily, amenities nice and clean with accessible toilet, however not a big place to gather and eat very much an eat a go place or takeaway. Now for the good part! The food was outstanding, cooked well, seasoned well and the naga chicken wings are truly a taste of sicy volcanic fire in your mouth that you just cant get enough of. With a wide selection of soft drinks not those typical to your groceries or sweet shop you'll find yourself in heaven. My only criticism is the delivery radius, having loved it so much I tried to order a few weeks later, they said the didn't deliver to my area which is a shame as most of the other resturants on that street do. A must eat, try it!

Brilliant customer service and a comprehensive menu. Tried the chicken supreme burger, chicken wings and lamb biryani with daal. Brought out promptly and everything tasted delicious. Good selection of drinks and the decor is very nice. Will definitely visit again.

Got the chicken steak with vegetables and salad on the side. The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures! We also got the naga mixed grill which went down nicely. Nice spice level, not bland at all. Great experience all in all.

Rez is an absolute legend. Have visited Flippin’ Grill over 8 times and have never been disappointed. Having tried most popular items from the menu my favourite has to be their biryani, grills and curries. Biryani portion is massive with generous amounts of meat in comparison to other restaurants. The grills are always freshly made to order and perfectly cooked to your desired spice level. If you’re a spice head go for the naga masala chops 10/10 and if you’re not into spice the lemon & herb sauce/marinade is divine. Have tried a few different lamb curries and also the butter chicken again all excellent. If you want a twist with the butter chicken ask them to make it Asian style and you’ll be in for a treat. They have a proper tandoor oven to make fresh naan’s and other delicious starters like chicken tikka etc. The menu caters to all needs whether you’re looking for some good quality fast food (burgers, wraps, chips) or some grilled food and curry. Customer service from Rez and the team is 10/10. Flippin Grill is always worth the journey from Tower Hamlets and you will not be disappointed with whatever you order.

The food was amazing! Generous portions, great flavour and we'll definitely be ordering from here again very soon. The Naga sauce is quite possibly the best sauce we've ever tasted. The milk cake was out of this world! Price is good and considerably cheaper than other places which is a bonus.

I ordered: Big Mak Burger - 8/10 Cheeseburger - 8/10 Chips/Fries - 10/10 BBQ Grilled (buffalo) Wings - 7/10 Tres Leches (milk) Cake - 10/10 Id reorder just for the fries, because they are perfectly salted and crispy, much like Mcd's, but thicker. The burgers are not quite the same, but great substitutes nonetheless. The Tres Leches Cake was insane. Hats off to the chef for this, its literally the best cake I've ever had. Suggestion: Please introduce Fried Wings. Grilled buffalo wings are okay, but it doesn't quite hit the spot. I will for sure order again 🙌

Absolutely terrible. Food came early but the prawn halloumi was disgusting. Prawns were ant-sized and it was incredibly salty. The cheese they put under extremely rubbery too. Spent £7 on rubbish. The only reason I put a 1 star is because of the messy chilli chips, they were average. Never ordering again.

This restaurant is literally down my road and I have to say I am super surprised. I have ordered most of their burgers and every time they are on point. I’m down there every week at least 3 times. I 100% recommend them. My new home for burgers and grill!

Very good atmosphere, decor, super friendly and helpful owner. Interesting menu, combo of nandos and an indian-style restaurant so a lot of choices incl. a lot of healthy grilled options, very big menu so really spoilt for choice. prices quite reasonable and there's some space for parking as well. will definitely visit again!

We popped in here last Friday for something quick to eat and we were so surprised how great the food was, fresh, clean and not greasy at all! We booked for mothers day on the Sunday and again had an amazing meal, the grown ups had curry's which again were so fresh, beautiful, the best korma and special rice I've ever had! The kids had, Wraps, burgers and wings all fantastic. Rez is so attentive.. This place is a must to visit!
