Great food, jerk platter is the one for me. Meat is generally jerked well on very odd occasions it is sometimes charred. The service is friendly but extremely slow!

The FOOD IS DELICIOUS, the service is terrible. Always Overwhelmed with orders and under staffed. Theres one person taking orders and also preparing the orders.

Really good and perfectly cooked every time! If you’re looking for a delicious smokey flavour look no further! I’ve come here countless times and they never disappoint. Shop tends to get busy so expect some waiting time but it’s well worth it.

Absolutely worst place ever!!!!! Over 2hours wait for food to be delivered!!!!! Called them up and the ppl they employ have no clue about the business? Or the handling of food! How are you sending food that’s been heated then left out for 2hours and you think it’s ok????? 🤬😡🤬😤😤😤😤 never again will I place my money here!!!!!!!!!

Not Impressed! £6 down the drain for what they charge £3 per dumpling on 'Just eat'. It was so bad I had to spit it out, Rice & peas also tasted burnt for the 2nd time buying. The meat selection was ok, But... Never again!

This is the best West Indian Jerk I have ever had, and everybody I tell about this place saids the same.. I always get the jumbo jerk, it’s great value…staff are always friendly.. Highly recommend..

Please check your reviews carefully , other people have mentioned “ food poisoning” constantly. If you haven’t made any improvements in the food , the complaints will be the same. Sorry but it’s the truth mate , I did have food poisoning from the JERK CHICKEN & WHITE RICE. Please everyone refrain from the “ restaurant”. Avoid , avoid , avoid!!!! If you consume you will have a REALLY BAD stomach. Take my word , thank you

Sells dodgy food and then shows off with a rental lambo on his snapchat storys. This guy needs investigating.

Jerk chicken and jerk lamb proper tings

Ordered at 10.05pm, food arrived at 11 30pm. Jerk chicken was cold, festival cold and very greasy, it was basically stale, very much like the apple crumble. The jerk looked like leftover scraps. Very disappointed.

I would say I agree with the post about the food being inconsistent. When they first opened I was like YES! with every order. Then I assume they became very popular more than the beginning and now it's inconsistent in terms of quality. I keep going back because when it's good it's GOOD!!! And you just hope for that goodness each time you order. I think they are so busy now, maybe it's hard to keep up with orders and maybe the quality check does not happen as often. I still take the chance because when it's good, I'm singing as I eat!!!

Bad customer service didn’t even get everything I ordered

my food was late, then didn't even recieve my order at all, now I have to reorder my food and wait for a another 1hour and then wait for a 7 day refund I'm not sure I will receive.

Ordered food via Deliveroo twice now. Took a while for 2 dishes but when they came it was tasty and nothing was missing. Fried chicken was great and so was the jerk pork.

Food wasn’t delivered by driver. Told them I was coming down and as soon as I left my bedroom the driver drove off. Can’t move fast due to being pregnant. Was really craving this good and unfortunately didn’t get to eat it. No fault of the restaurants. Simply the drivers fault unfortunately

Takeaway has no planning permission which was refused twice by the council. Creates smoke pollution across the neighborhood. Kitchen is very dirty.

Got a takeaway yesterday and I thought it taste amazing . Properly bbq smoky flavour and big portions. Delivery took a while but it was worth the wait

I was excited to try from here for the first time, and to see that there was Rasta pasta on the menu. However; when ordered the food was laced with cheese - not a usual type of cheese either. The food wasn’t nice, and caused me and my child to have upset stomachs the next day.

Came here on Friday to get Jerk platter and if I’m honest the food was burnt to oblivion. Took 2 hours to prepare and the staff working in the store were too busy dancing to bashment to sort out my order. Plus very expensive considering the ingredients are from Aldi. If you like food poisoning and cretin staff this is the right place for you! I wouldn’t wish a meal from this place on my worst enemy.

Terrible service, 30 minutes to deliver an order, rude employee and dirty environment. I don't recommend it and I won't return to the place.

Order did not get delivered driver was close but could not bother looking for my home and gave the food away, Called the restaurant and did not get any help. This restaurant is ran so unprofessionally its insane, have ordered from this place so many times on my ubereats mostly but this is just the end. Straight garbage

took 2 hours - i had to drive down to the place and ask what’s going on - they told me there was no chicken and that i shouldn’t have been able to place my order, they promised me a refund

I ordered at 21:30, ETA was by 22:20, it finally arrived at 23:40 with part of my meal missing. I have had countless issues with Just Eat and they never want to compensate for blatant errors with my orders.

Because I made two orders one for collect and I accidentally pressed the delivery to address instead of collection I went down to the branch I spoke once delivery man and I said can I have my food he won't give it I me so I had to drive 8 mins to the delivery address when I could of just had my food given to me and then I would of been happy but I wasted petrol and time and the weather was really hot aswell can I have a full refund for the inconvenience please

They didn't have what I ordered. they botched my order and delivered wrong item. The delivery was almost two hours late. Total disgrace!

Brought today at 1’oclock assumed the food would be freshly cooked! However clearly yesterdays food, the rice was lumpy and looked more like Cous cous. Chicken was inedible, bad experience!

The food is cold! I requested for my order to be delivered at 8,40, my order was accepted at 7,52 and I just got it now at 9,5! This is unacceptable, my guest already has left as it was so late, this is not appropriate!

Don't waste your time with Flavour Boss—they are incredibly inconsistent. One day you'll get good food, and the next, it will be awful. For instance, I ordered jerk lamb and received chopped up pieces; the next time, I got lamb chops on the bone with hardly any meat. This inconsistency is frustrating and not worth the money. I don't think I'll be going back. *Response* I have never clicked on grilled lamb chops; I only ever click on jerk lamb. I have included a picture of my receipt for your reference.

Placed an order yesterday and was soo happy I went on to order 6 portions of jerk pork for a family dinner today .. I called the restaurant after I ordered and asked if we could get the pork less charged. Well every single portion was well charged and bitter. Not impressed or happy with the service and very disappointed.

Side order (festival) completely missing, as well as jerk sauce pot. "Beef" patty came with yellow filling that clearly was not beef, more like vegetable. Plantain was not ripe.

Food is fantastic! Jerk Lamb and chicken are the best with the sauce. Plantain is always cooked to perfection. However the service let's this place down it's sub-par. The lady always has an attitude especially when you order a lot of items.

The delivery driver showed great customer service and came as fast as he could. Would definitely recommend the driver again

This shop is a joke. Staff looked confused, stinking attitude, lost my order, no refund and no food after I’d already paid and waited 40 minutes - I don’t know how they are still running I rather see a cornershop in that space then this joke of a shop

I ordered my food for 5pm deliveery, the order was made 90 mins prior, i called the restaurant at 5.40 they told me the food was ready but no just eat courier had arrived to deliver it, even though it shows on the app the courier was at the shop, the order arrived 45 mins late by then iit was too late as we had made other plans, i think a refund is required

usually love this place but the last few times I've ordered the platter they've not sent any sauce, in addition to that I waited over an hour in total and one of the meats came stone cold

It was over an hour late i was meant to get my food around 4:30 it arrived just after 5:30 my food is cold service was poor when i contacted the restaurant. Gave excuse that there was no on there that was able to pick up the food terrible.

Made order on Uber and most of food was ok but the prawn pasta was gone off and texture was sticky, also there are hardly any prawns in there. Also the jollof rice was not a type of jollof rice I’ve ever tasted before but wasn’t bad (just not jollof rice). Tried contacting restaurant but couldn’t get through there is no excuse for the pasta.

Estimated time was 15:10 but I received the food at 15:29

I have been very happy with the food from boss flavour - seems consistent. The portions make sense of the price being also a food business owner. Food well seasoned.. patties (good size and flavoured well) flaky. Thank you. Keep it up. Will definitely return when we can’t be asked to cook on Friday.

Horrible experience! 2 hrs of waiting no food delivered. Restaurant blaming it on just eat and just eat not knowing what happened to the food! Wish I could give 0 stars . Both sides very unhelpful!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Caught FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered on the 6th March. Couldn’t eat the coleslaw as it looked gone off. Ordered Sweet Chilli wing's and was sent Jerk wings. I also ordered Jerk Lamb, Jollof Rice with Mac & Cheese By the next day, I had all the symptoms of food poising. 10 days later symptoms still haven’t resolved and now I am on antibiotics after catching bacteria from eating food here.

Worst restaurant experience I think I have ever received. After an hour I rang the restaurant as I had not recieved my order still. The person was rude and disrespectful saying my order would be 5 minutes, another 45 minutes had passed and my food turnt up, however half the order was wrong and it was freezing cold. I understand good can get cold from delivery but this was freezing. Tried to call back and my number has been blocked. Terrible terrible experience and would like all my money back
