Flavour Boss Express in Croydon

Ordered jerk chicken and white rice , unfortunately my chicken is pink and raw.

Food is terrible. I got the Jerk Chicken it was literally like eating charcoal and the dumplings weren’t cooked enough not sure how they’ve undercooked 1 thing and then overcook another. Save your money! If you are thinking of going

The person that opened this store harasses people and makes fun of them online, he calls himself an influencer yet provokes young women traveling alone. goes by the name of World Boss and deserves Karma.

Bought 2 Litty Kritty burgers today, one with bacon and one without. Both burgers were burnt around the edges (I'm told it's not the 1st time by a member of my family) and the burgers were flavourless. It woupd have been helpful if the burger with bacon was marked on the packaging. The chips weren't great either, looked and tasted as if they were cooked a while ago and left then reheated. On the positive side the portions were huge.

Price on the Waffle and Chicken/Prawn dish is steep at first glance but the amount of food you get and quality is great. Customer service from the employees was great. Clean front area and clean open kitchens where you can see the food being prepared. Fruit punch is amazing.

Food was nice, and the food is cooked fresh. Obviously if the food is fresh it will take a while to cook meaning you’re waiting longer. I purchased jerk chicken, mac and cheese and festival. Jerk chicken was lovely but it’s not the spicy jerk chicken I’m used to. Mac and cheese was not mac and cheese. It was pasta with cheese on the top to look appealing. Festivals were decent to be fair wish it tasted a bit sweeter.

I’ve been meaning to try this place since moving to selhurst. Awesome food! Great value, friendly staff. A lot of the negative comments speak abour speed of service. They’re just cooking it fresh. Chill. I’m a new weekly customer for sure

I have ordered from the main branch a few times and there have never been no issues with lengthy waiting times. Wednesday 24th, I went to the express branch, I ordered at 18:17 and I did not recieved my food until 18.50. There was no update from staff to apologise for the length of time and when I did ask how long my order will be I was told its getting ready, and that was another 10 mins after until it was ready. The staff were not rude or anything of that nature, they were pleasant but this is not the service I expected given how well and efficient the other branch in Addiscombe operate. It just all seemed very slow, it was not busy either. Food was good as always but I will stick to the other branch.

ordered food from flavour boss had to wait over 90mins to prepare food and then when it came food was cold dumpling hard and festival was the tiniest thing I've seen couldnt believe only thing nice was their punch which wasn't great I shouldn't of wasted my time

Got jerk pork was very nice well seasoned
