Flaming Leek in Staffordshire Moorlands

Ordered food today which was supposed to be delivered only 100 meter away on our shop and despite two reminder they persistantly lied about the order of the status which was eventually attempted to be delivered even after I had cleared that if you can not deliver in next ten minutes please cancel my order and they called after fifteen minutes pretending they don't know where our shop is located which is right in the middle of the town centre some 100 meters away from them. I apologised to recieve because timw was up and I had to do my closing. Absolutely pathetic service don't know about the food.

We had a great experience when we ordered a chicken shish wrap here. The guys were so nice to us offering some free chips while we waited. The wrap was fresh, juicy and tasty. One of the best wraps I've ever had no word of a lie!

This was absolutely disgusting!!!!! I ordered the food with dietary instructions that were clearly written down and explained —— this was not followed at all. Contacted them to tell them this and the man was very rude and unhelpful, he raised his voice and tried to put the blame on me, that I should have given it back to the delivery driver (who has already left). I tried to say that the driver had left but the man was rude and then hung up on me. The worse customer service ever and this food was inedible and had to be thrown away.

Ordered a milkshake - no straw provided. Ordered loaded chips with no mayo - came with an excessive amount of mayonnaise . Zinger burger and milkshake was good.

First time ordering and the food was lovely - the chicken was cooked perfectly will definitely order again

Had garlic mushrooms and few other bits I am currently violently I’ll being sick I rearlly would not reccomend flaming leek as it has only just been updated from 1 star to 3.7 stars so I’m not surprised also mushroom poisoning can be fatal and you can die just saying so hope your happy

We regularly order from flaming leek, all the pizzas are lovely but especially the flaming leek special if you hadn't tried this one yet we would highly recommend... on Mondays buy one get one free we even chose 2 of the flaming leek special as they are that nice, delivery time always within estimated time given when ordering.

Spot on food. Always have pizza on Mondays (and in week as cant help myself). Chicken stips are unbelievable aswell. Milkshakes always spot on. For a nice desert can't go wrong with sweet and savoury wrap (carmac or oreo are favourite)

I’ve been ordering for a while and expect the odd mistake but lately it’s been getting worse and worse. Cold food. Waffles with five slices of banana on. Milkshake that’s melted. Be lucky if I order from here again

Terrible service every time we have ordered from here an item has been missing or forgotten and we have had to wait over 1hr hours to receive any of our order. When we ring they are rude and unhelpful Will not order from them again

Had 2 mixed Donar kebabs and chips and was lovely and hot chips ,will be going again and staff were very pleasant.

We have a delivery most weeks but enough is enough it's got worse it comes later and later and is colder and colder and borderline raw used to love it but wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore shame

I ordered food for one person at £10. I ordered a chicken tikka kebab with Mayo and salad and a portion of small chips. It took an hour and a half to come. My kebab was soggy and there was pieces of brown lettuce. I wouldn’t even say I had salad. It was barely anything. And 4 pieces of chicken. It wasn’t even hot. The chips. Have either been used up from the night before as they tasted like cardboard and cold or cooked in the morning. Will never be ordering again.

Ordered 4 x 12" pizzas, a margarita, a pepperoni, a hawaiian and an American hot. Also a mixed kebab and 2 portions of chips. The kebab was good. Filling and tasty. The chips were nice and good size portions but the pizzas were rubbish. The dough was thick and heavy and the toppings were sparse. I pulled the toppings off of the American hot and there was less than a fork full of pizza topping per slice. They smelled delicious but the taste was disappointing. It may have been because it was Monday and buy one get one free. Such a shame they scrimp on the toppings on a £30 order this would easily have been 4 stars with more toppings.

Took 2 hours for food to arrive, it was cold and inedible. The only thing that was fed was the bin. £18 wasted, won't be ordering from there again!

The food was cold, the chips were soggy and looked raw. Peri platters look like they have been thrown in and shook up. The donner meat has the flavour.

Pizza's are the best I've ever had by far. Absolutely brilliant take away. Had at least ten take aways (pizza's) superb everytime. Cooked fresh, good value for money. Will be going all the time now I've found this great place 👍🏼

Amzing desserts love the cookie dough and the shakes . My all time favourite is the marshy sundae Definitely recommend. Very fast delivery time . No waiting longer then 30 min and Waffles and cookie dough are nice

Ordered online n payment service took payment 3 times..However decided let it ride..Made special request..delivered wrong!!.. Called to see if could be sorted but no Manager there to assist.. Food delivered chucked in the bin..terrible service and food!! ANYBODY WHO READS THIS...please go elsewhere..

We orderd last night never again undercooked pink chicken cheesy chips wasnt cooked & the cheese was sour with a few added hairs to go with it absolutely disgusted & all of us have got bad stomachs today 🤢

Oh god where to start. Ordered food at 6:50pm and then had to wait 2+ hours for the food to actually come even though the wait time was 50 mins. Tried to call a few times but the line was always busy. When the food actually came it wasnt good. Half of my sisters chicken wrap was pink and the bacon wasnt bacon at all (no idea what meat it was). To top it all off, the milkshake i paid £4 for wasnt even there. Ruined my night.

The milkshakes are amazing and the peri peri too reccomend to everyone best in leek by far recomend oreo milkshakes and their gelato ice cream and pizzas and overall AMAZING🍕🍔🍟🌯🍦🍫🥤

I am being generous giving one star 🌟 due to the order being wrong,,, the chicken wings didn't even seem cook,,,, the wrap was not a wrap and was the wrong wrap as well,,, my sons burger 🍔 didn't have half the stuff on it it was men to very disappointed and wouldn't order from you again

We were very happy, my partner enjoyed the chicken kebab and said it was good, I had half chicken with lemon and herb sauce and I was really pleased, tasty and nicely grilled, with some salad and chips (frozen but to b expected) it was super nice, prices also very good, collected and waited about 10min on Sunday evening, I could see they were quite busy, always a good sign, I'll definitely order again.

Stay way I'm being generous with one star . Our order came with a little extra several hairs. Never been so sick all night long.

I'm been very generous giving a one star, normal food and service is ok. But tonight we had ordered a chicken kebab and a vegetarian omelette, all the food came covered in chicken juice from the kebab and I asked for a refund on the omelette and was told I was very arrogant and not to call again. Trust me I will not be calling again to order from them

Food was good..........when arrived. I ordered at 8.41 to be delivered for 9.45. rang at 10.15, were busy, rang at, 10.30 it's on its way. Rang at 10.45 driver cannot find you. Finally got my food at 11.10. terrible service. Food was ok

Love the food from this takeaway, never had a bad meal, and we've stopped here quite a few times on the way home. Always busy, but always quick, and always friendly. There are takeaways that are closer to me, but I don't mind going a bit further to here, as the food is better than the others.

1st pizza ordered was burnt and the 2nd.pizza ordered had hardly any puree on and was bone dry. When calling the takeaway the feedback was very unwelcomed

The food is not to bad - sometimes- but its very inconsistent, sometimes the kebab meat is good, and sometimes its a little off. You can tell when its off because they over cook it ! Trying to place an order is frustrating as they don't speak very good english, They are really bad at taking orders, every other order that we have placed arrives wrong with things missing.... Some of the food that we have had was really nice, but its hit and miss so i'd recommend you go elsewhere. I wou

Terrible food, made me ill for two days after! I have had good food from Moorlands fast food and medioca food but the last meal we ordered could only be described as "Muck" ! I will NEVER order from there again. The food was from the day before, the chicken was NOT fresh at all. I threw it away and the bit i did eat made me violently ill for two days!! Health Warning!!!
