Disgusting service and disgusting food. Made a £50 order via Just Eat. Missing a kebab and when called to enquire, was called a liar before having to argue my case. Like someone would call for a kebab missing and suddenly find it, told to look again and the "chef" remembers making it. Don't care, it's not in the bag! Eventually told "we'll make one and redeliver" only to not bother. Shambles of a kebab shop. Food packed in paper rather than containers too, so all soggy and nasty. Plus the food that was delivered was utter crap, shish was full of fat and inedible, salad was pathetic and the chips were one coagulated mess in a bag. Taramasalata for £4 is a tiny pot and that's poor too. Never again, first and last order with Flames. Worst Kebab in the town by far.

Fantastic food, big portions and really fresh

This place has gone downhill fast! Used to be really nice, it's a shame the staff don't read the notes or have good quality food anymore!

we ordered off just eat our pizza had came almost burnt which for the price you’d expect it to be cooked properly and the burger which we asked for plain never came plain and is severely dry our chips didn’t taste like chips really bland and also dry for the price we paid and how much everything was you’d really expect it to be perfect

The driver for this place is an absolute nasty person he’s been so rude about my service dog and was really nasty to her he tried to kick my service dog who was walking around my Hosue and my garden were she is allowed to he’s always nasty about here even wen I’m holding her he’s nasty to her and really mean to me for being disabled disgusting

The food is was absolutely and well worth the price the staff r very friendly polite and professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have one full and happy family

Ordered today and got sent the wrong order which we understand as it was fathers day and really busy (everyone makes mistakes) but the staff sorted it quickly and we're very apologetic. Great food thanks all.

Mixed kebab was vile, kebab meat was burnt and very greasy. The home made chilli sauce was like nothing i have ever tasted bland and raw. One plus the chips are ok. 17:99 for garbage. Need to up your game.

First time ordering and last. Burger burnt and dry, ordered extra cheese, small amount in the middle looks like they cut the cheese slices in quarters for the amount there was. Fish inedible, wouldn’t like to guess what it was, salad was just onion and lettuce with one small piece of tomato and cucumber wouldn’t recommend.

We placed an order online but selected the wrong time we wanted, so rang and they were more than happy to make earlier, very polite, no trouble. They held the door for my daughter who collected, nice to see kindness still exists. Food!! Was plentiful and delicious, we had pizza, chicken kebab and chicken fillet burger. All fresh and tasty. Ordered a kebab feast, when it arrived it was barely warm but having sorted the pitta beard the meat was cold to the touch. Like chilled cold not just cold. Will not be ordering again

Food deliveted last night was cold. Fries were hard and cold, and burgers were stone cold so we couldn't eat them, it's a shame as they're normally very good. Dissapointed.

Killing the planet with their 5000 leaflets shoved through people's caravans- if people want to get a takeaway they will- you don't need to creep around people's cars and caravans desperately hoping someone will buy a pizza.

I ordered from here tonight for delivery and had a problem. I called and was spoken to very rudely, and was given a lot of attitude . I asked as I normally receive a receipt when ordering on line . But man was reading of noxious, and if he’s in there again, I won’t be buying from them.

Ordered for delivery, left clear instructions for food. Asked for no salad in burger, but when food arrived salad in the burger and the bun had gone soggy and the burger quality wasnt very nice. Quantity good for kebab, but very disappointed in overall flavour.

Staying at a local holiday park so ordered from here.. slight mix up with the food and they sorted immediately and met us at the gate again - food really nice and they were helpful and friendly. We don’t live far so will definitely order from here again.

We stayed in Haven seashore, had a leaflet on door handle for this takeaway. Placed order at 1730 but it didn’t arrive 1900. We had to drive to outside the haven to meet driver and collect food which was abit inconvenient. Food quality was very tasty and large portions.

Highly Recommended this pizza & kebab shop. Very nice atmosphere and service. Food Quality are awesome. Staff behaviour and service are quite nice. To sum up this is the place for food is fabulous.

Great kebabs, charcoal grilled meat, lamb shish cooked to perfection, slightly pink, just how it should be. Kofte are prob best I've had, then accompanied with pickled cabbage etc, amazing....they do make the odd minor error sometimes, but def the best kebab place in Yarmouth area and friendly staff etc

The staff are really friendly and the Doner meat is the best I’ve had in a very long time, really fresh and tasty, the Portion size is enough for us all. Really good kebab house.

I only had a chicken fillet burger, but it was freshly cooked and very tasty. Definitely worth the price (just under £5). The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Under New Management! Best Kebab since I left London! Meat was grilled fresh and not greasy from sweating in a pot, wedge of lemon made the salad tasty. I noticed they sell humus which I'll try next time. Fairly cheap prices, very good portion sizes, I will definitely use again. 👍

We just moved here recently, and this is just along the same road, so decided to pop in last night to give it a try and support a local business, so glad we did! Under new management, and if they keep this standard up, they will do very well, really delicious food. We both had the medium doner kebab, which came with plenty of delicious and succulent meat, lots of fresh salad and garlic sauce, soft fresh pitta bread, and generous portions. Really tasty and great value for money, I'll be recommending this place to my own business customers for sure, and family and friends, and have taken some leaflets to share with them. We will definitely be returning again, thanks guys for a great meal!

I only ate 1 slice out of 2 pizzas it’s absolutely disgrace full, paid 3.50 for a tube of mushrooms as side and it was about 5 mushrooms??, even the homeless would turn down this. Your chicken is definitely dead, crispy as you killed it 10 times over. Your foods portions are despicable, when I pay £30 for a family meal deal you expect it to feed your family not just your husband. Me and my kids are hangry now well done

The pizza tasted like cardboard was very hard.. would of been better eating a frozen pizza which hasn't been cooked.. won't be ordering again.

We have been going to GY for years and staying on the race course, I read the reviews on here on my thought was each to there own we have had kebabs from other places they were nice polite and on time, but I’m sorry to say these kebabs are the Best by far before time and everything was absolutely delicious so thankyou guys we will definitely ordering again next time if they were more stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered through Deliveroo at 18.15 delivery was for 18.55 still hadn't turned up at 19.25 so I rang. Was told it would be with me in 20 minutes do I waited, 20.00 they rang and said it was too far to be delivered, I'm only in Bradwell! So they cancelled my food but on Deliveroo it said it had been delivered! Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards customers, rude staff. Stay away from this place, completely incompetent place! Ripped me off of money and no food!! I'm giving it zero rating!!

After putting in my postcode, this takeaway still shows up, ordered my food, then 5-10 minutes later i received a text stating I was too far away and my order has been cancelled, money would be refunded within 3-5 days, foodhub and this restaurant need to be updated.

Nice to see a takeout breaking away from Justeat and their horrific charges by creating their own better online order system. In my opinion it's cleaner and simpler to use, and they bung you a 10% Discount for using it :) Very friendly staff, easy parking, not always totally punctual but hey, when you're good, you're busy, right?

Ignorant attitude, rude spoken, this place has gone very downhill since I last used it

Ordered through food site ,then called to ask for a menu only to be told they were gonna call.me as I need to spend a minimum of £15 ( not stated on site ) then got a spaghetti Bolognese which was not edible instead of lasagne , called them to say but felt like I couldn't change it because I was told I'm 4 miles away , why go on the site saying no minimum spend.made me feel awful, avoid !

The pizza arrived soggy and undercooked. I ordered chocolate brownie ice cream and they just sent phish food as they didnt have brownie. They could have asked or told me it was out of stock. There chocolate fudge brownie has been sat in the fridge that long that it was rock solid.

Ordered a meal £20 on just eat they excepted the order and said they delivered yet they didn’t and have took my £20 and said they will not give refund

Have eaten here a few times and food is okay. Walked in today after a few drinks with the other half to be turned away when all I did was question why the pizza we wanted was the same price for a small and medium. When I asked the question the man behind the counter gave my other half the money back and told us to leave because the prices on the board were wrong. I asked a SIMPLE question. What a useless bunch of idiots.

Ordered lasagna and it was £6 for a really small tub. It was burnt on top but all the way through it was frozen . Rang them up and said driver was on way didn't hear anything and rang up again and told me to microwave it. I asked for money back and had to wait an hour!!! Bloody stupid.

Not even worthy of a one star. This place is absolutely appauling. I ordered a medium chicken kebab and got 2 peices of chicken in a pitta bread. When i phoned up to complain the women was rude and snotty, they did not give me my money back or give me any more chicken for my kebab. The worst kebab place in yarmouth and i will not recomend it to any one.
