Flames 🔥 No matter where I go for food in stoke I always come back to flames!! The Mix kebab is my favourite! The Kofteh is bang-on every time. Flames has never let me down always delivered on time and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Honestly if you haven't already tried Flames then your missing out! Thanks especially to the Lads, Mad has always friendly as well! Thanks to the team, keep the Flames Lit!

I have delivery from here often, food is nice. Once, they forgot to put a can of pop in my daughters meal and remembered the next time I ordered and dropped it off. I didn't even complain. Most places would just forget it, but they were very honest. Cheers

An ok place to get pizza, kebabs and burgers. Better than dominos. Only takeout available. Burgers aren't the best. Pizzas are alright.

Waited over an hour for food to come. When it did arrive it was freezing cold. Almost £45 down the drain. The food was absolutely disgusting and come with things that weren’t actually listed on the steak kebabs. (Mushrooms pepper and onion)

Every time we have ordered we have something to complain about the food is nice but wait times are said to be 45min-60min last time it was on time however we have has to wait longer some days. The chips even if you ask for some salt on your chips you get none. But the rest of the food is nicely done just some times cold due to wait times. 5/10

Great little fast food outlet serving a variety of food. Decent place to grab a bite to eat and reasonable prices. Recommended. By the way i'm aware that the takeaway has had problems with malicious and highly inaccurate and misleading information being circulated about the shop so please beware of fake or misleading information.

The food here is phenomenal! Everything we have ordered has arrived hot, tasty and for a great price. I would absolutely recommend these guys for anything on the menu.

Took over 1 hr 45 mins deliver food , had to ring up twice an told be ere in 5 mins , 20 mins after lol , chips cold , seems most take always around meir are disgusting

£17 I just paid for this ........ what on earth is your problem with serving decent food at decent prices. The chicken has no meat on it , and is a dry nasty mess... and since when does a mixed kebab not have any donner on it.... I'm fuming 😤 I won't be bothering again. Another typical sweat shop takeaway that shouldn't be in business. Opportunistic, lacking care and any kind of quality .. scumbags

Great taste biggest let down was that the topping had gone on to one side and the other half was just bread and sauce

Absolutely disgusting took over an hour and a half everything we had tasted old and inedible I had chicken burger with hash brown chicken tasted like it was cooked a week again also husband had chilli burger no chilli in site chips tasted old only thing that was ok was chilli cheese bites never again

Great food and reasonable prices.

Ordered pizza and chicken nuggets and chips when the order came there was no chips in the box just 6 nuggets and the pizza was burnt we couldn’t call because it had closed

2nd time here still lovely food , hot too when delivered, they even gave us free chicken wings which were amazing , well done flames 👏

By far the best Asian Style pizza in longton, plenty of toppings. The kofteh kebab is mouthwatering.

We were in the area.we tryed this place.sorry to say chips dry sogy.hot wings not even spicey.were dry and taste of nothing.only 2 stars guys.maybe the chicken was old stock and not fresh.wont use again.

Flames what can I say used to great takeaway order a pepperoni pizza and Asian style pizza they we're terrible the pepperoni was stodgy greasy tasteless the Asian style was pretty much Mince meat and nothing else should of just ordered a margherita

Always order kebab and value box from Flames. Lots of food for your money and extras not that expensive either.

Worst service i’ve ever had from any takeaway. Rude and arrogant people won’t be ordering from here. I will never recomend ordering from there😞

Everything is nice bar the chips if you sort the chips out then a full 5 star will be updated chips are overcooked guys

Good food with decent delivery speed. Can be slightly hit and miss with spice levels but generally it's spot on.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COLD FOOD! we were told a 1 hour wait for food, after an hour and 20 mins we rang to be told it's on its way, it would be 10mins. 25 mins later I rang again to cancel order, only to be told "well you've paid for it now". Eventually after waiting 2hrs food arrived STONE COLD. We were offered a discount on our next order but we definitely wont be ordering from Flames again.

We have always ordered from Flames and never been disappointed. The Value boxes are definitely value for money based on the portions you get. Pizzas are lovely, we order the Piri Pri one quite often and always nice,

I had a three ps value box ,it was that nice when I gave my wife some donna meat she couldn't keep her hands out of the box.

Terrible again. After eating from there for years, cannot supply the same kebab I have had before, forget a naan bread although its surely part of a kebab, 50 mins wait when told half an hour although it was made and sitting there. The guy answering phone seems to have learning difficulties or hearing impairment. If this was genuine then I would understand but clearly an idiot! Bring back the little fella who knows what he is doing.

Ordered told 45 minutes had to ring again told another 30 minutes rang again told just left the shop never had this problem before always had good service and food don3know what has gone wrong but not very good customer service

Ordered food and half hour later got a call saying the driver had gone home and we are getting No food money was taken out off bank and said would be refunded in the morning what use is that when we wanted food!! My friend argued against this and was acused is being aggressive!!!

Do NOT order from flames in Fenton/longton we ordered 2 pizzas and one arrived with mould on the base so we rang complained they tried calling me a liar saying the dough was fresh which clearly wasn't.. they said they would send our fresh free pizzas which again had the same mould on except this time it was my partners pizza instead of mine... Disgusting.. first photos are of the first pizza second is of the second pizza replacement for complaining🤦😬

I dont know why I'm only just writing this review as I've been ordering from these guys every week for the last year or so. Never a bad meal always super speedy and very fair priced I dont go anywhere else.

My go to place for my pizzas, they're gorgeous,very tasty.

The staff are generally friendly, and the price and standard are good (but not the chips.) What they do best at is the sheer range of what is available.

Rude staff. Put the phone down on me when my order was wrong. Over priced for what it was will never use again manners cost nothing 🙁

Hit and miss, sometimes good sometimes not so good. Chips usually refried.

Ordered a 2 item order online which it said the order would be 1 hour, after 1 hour 10mins rang the shop, got told it had left the store, after a further 10mins rang again to be told quite rudely that it was on its way. After 1hr30mins it finally arrived

Awful service. Wrong order then 45 minutes for the order after waiting 2 hours. Person on the phone is so rude and confrontational. Downright shocking behaviour

Flames is a lovely take away which offers a great service, the food is fantastic I normally go here for there pizzas, they offer a range of toppings and a 16' pizza too. The only one negative thing would be the fact it's a little expensive.

Used to use this place all the time,the food is nice however ordered online and was told hour delivery,but after waiting an hour and half i cancelled the meal and will not use again....

Good fast food without the fast. Waiting times in shop quite unreal! Delivery can be hit and miss at peak times. Staff always been friendly to indifferent. I'd rate higher if only for food and not long waiting times...
