Ordered food and the wrong food came, no issue just call the store and tell them, easy - or so I thought! Got called a liar down the phone and that I got what I ordered, no apologies or anything. They had a system error and called me being very aggressive it was an order from placed by my younger sister through no fault of her own they blamed there system instead of getting it fixed which could be false advertisement of prices teribble customer service the boss was very rude would not order again

Donner meat is like gnawing on a strip of skin, also looks like a piece of skin that has been hung out in the Sahara dessert for at least 3 months On the upside the chips are nice Also gave us ham and mushrooms on a pizza when we asked for pepperoni

sent the total wrong order so phoned up they sent out another order that came wrong to the garlic naan bread was disgusting and hard what come in the lahore 3 kebab special all i ate was a few peices of chicken the rest went in the bin for £18

Absolutely spot on food everytime. Quick delivery, food always hot. I had the mix kebab (donner and chicken donner) with a SFC and chips. Nice thin sliced donner, just how it should be. My wife also had the pizzas which are very good, and the children have the chicken strips which are again, very good. The best kebab around 👌

Ordered and took over an hour and a half to arrive, tried calling and the service was appalling.

Gave us out of date garlic and herb sauce and put onions and meat on my cheese pizza when allergic to onions and don't eat meat

We ordered from these guys alot during lockdown, and all was good, but last night was awful - dry chicken on kebab which was donner chicken not chicken tikka like I ordered, dry donner meat and dry chips, it was a could not be bothered approach, so poor not even the dog would want to eat it! So disappointed as we have used these guys alot in the past and been very happy!

Visited with wife and kids having spent the day at Waterworld, ordered 2 x peri peri chickens, was told there was 30 minute wait as would be cooked from fresh, was worth it, fresh and full of flavour, amazing food, fresh naan and salad, good range of drinks and desserts, friendly service, this place is excellent.

Delivery driver causing damage to front door due to repeatedly kicking instead of using door bell is not what you want. DO NOT use these if you like your property.

Ordered a Pizza, which was hot ( deliveries has been cold from other places), and was very tasty! Best Pizza I have had in ages! Will definitely be ordering again 😊

After a ordering a portion of chips and two 9” inch pizzas one being a margarita with pineapple and a Texas bbq we received a portion of chips (so far so good) then two 12” margaritas rang up to explain and they proceeded to belittle me insinuating I was blind because “he put the pineapple on himself” rather rude, for a guy to come and collect the two wrong pizzas and tutted at because we’d started eating the chips for him to leave not saying if we were getting pizza (I had to ask what was happening) for the 5 minutes later the guy rudely kick our front door loudly! (whilst youngest was in bed) then gave us the same plain pizzas back ?! No idea how they think this is ok ? No apologies for the error or nothing I don’t understand why we experienced such horrible customer service just rude !!

Its food nice but they are very expensive and also add service charges even for collection therefore not value for money.

Food was below average, looks good but not worth the price. On leaflet it says meals come with pepsi but pepsi max was given, when asked for the original pepsi drink, worker asked for 30p which doesn't make sense as it says the meal will come with pepsi, not pepsi max. Wouldnt recommend.

My pizza burger was cold and the burger was red from the inside and the customer service was shockingly bad

Hot fresh food, delicious pizza and lovely service. We called after a long day moving our son and ordered two pizzas and chips. The lovely chap gave us hot tea while we waited and gave us a sample of the seasoning for the chips. Also bagged a free garlic pizza bread. Will definitely collect from there again!

Ordered a large kebab and what came lookd like a happy mean without the toy. Always ordered from here but not paying £7.50 for half a pitta with 3 chunks of lamb.

Normally this place is really good, but today a really bad order. Food came stone cold and my chicken was pink. I'm not even sure if you can call it doner meat because it didn't smell like it. All in all a waste of money.

Great staff, great service and most of all food is fantastic it’s about time we had a decent takeaway that ticks all boxes in stoke! If you want value for money and good quality food then this is your place to go! Whether ordering for a party or just feeling peakish whatever it is I would Highly recommended this place Every time all the time!

I ordered a donner wrap (smallest wrap on the planet) and I'm 100% it wasn't lamb but it was dog or a similar animal I would not order from here again.

Really delicious food, specially the chips which taste exactly like McDonalds chips 😋😋. The food is always at my door on time. It does not take any longer than the time they have set 😊.

What a disappointment! !!! All in all a real let down customer service 0 out of 10.....delivery over 45 mins late but food lovely just a shame these people don't have any customer service skills 😕

I ordered a lahore mixed kebab for 1 for £8.99 and a cheesecake for 2 people but I was disappointed with the telephone derive I was provided. I also ordered a can of coke but I did not get that and the lamb in the mixed kebab had raw lamb inside it. I also asked for mayonnaise and peri peri sauce on the top of the chips but they did not give that. Overall, it was a poor experience!!😡😡😡😡
