Quality meal deal credit crunch 2! The Box is almost the size of shoe box full of chicken tikka, donner kebab, sheesh kebab, salad, chips and a drink, for under £10. The food box was taped and sealed with receipt, we also had a friendly delivery driver overall 5 stars.

Food came 1 hour later after it was ordered and food was stone cold. Chips had to be warmed up in the microwave. Only 1 driver working but we live 5 min drive away. Staff not particularly bothered also they said they would send us new food out but we aren't waiting again just lost very good customer and u did say u give us free meal

I ordered a three chicken burger meal from. Unfortunately, I received a one chicken burger and two cheese bugger instead. I called three times to resolve the issue, but the staff was unable to correct the mistake or offer a refund/replacement. It's disappointing to pay for a meal I didn't receive.I hope the restaurant improves its order accuracy and customer service in the future.

I found a string of blue plastic in my garlic mayo which is concerning. Overall the food is brilliant the zinger burger was amazing, though kebab portion sizes are debatable.

Worst service ever. This is the 3rd time I've ordered and they've messed my order up!!. I called up the take away to talk to them about my order and thw guy put the phone down on me....Absolute crap. Plenty of takeaways. Use another guys. These people are idiots.

One of my favourite places to order food from. So far this restaurant has not disappointed me.

I don't live far away from the shop and placed an order which said would be 45 minutes delivery time. Waited over an hour before calling to ask where my food was. Their reply was to give me the wrong address. When I corrected them they told it my food was already on the road and 2 minutes away. To which I waited another 20 minutes In the hope food would come, which it hasn't. So called the shop again to advise them it's not here. Told them to cancel the whole order as I'm not holding out hope to get food in a good time. Won't be using these again

This is the worst kebab I’ve ever had in my life. Stay away from this place kebab was still mowing not cooked you’ve been warned

Ordered from here tonight can't call it fast food from point of ordering it took 1hr25mins rang 3 times people on the food weren't bothered blamed traffic even though roads clear the last time I called told them if not here in 5 cancel it and it arrived. But you could tell it had been cooked a long time pizzas were just warm and the chips were dry and cold don't order from here if you want fast quality food.

Says open till 2.45. I've drove here and closed. Not happy

Ordered large dinner meat and pitta bread. The portion size was really Small but that did not matter because the meat was cold, so it got thrown away. Last time I went here the meat was cold but I thought it might be a one off, won’t be visiting again.

i orderd a (create your own box) and i didn’t even finish it because it teased funky asf woke up in the middle of the night and started throwing up everywhere turns out i got food poisoning from there way off a clean kitchen will never order from here ever again DO NOT RECOMMEND for anyone who is ordering for there kids or themselfs

I ordered Grill mix 1 and was a meat & drink missing from the order. Chips was basic but they smells a old oil. Never more

Paid £6 for a large chicken Donna and this is what I received I called them and they told me I should of just got a kabab instead 🤦‍♀️

Food good but the delivery driver is rude and impatient . It takes more than 30 secs to answer tge door from pressing the bell,banging on the door and looking through the front window . Then walking off . Then coming back a second time and doing it again all in the space of a min . And before anyone says how do i know how long he waited it recorded on camera . YOU DO NOT LOOK IN PEOPLES WINDOWS .

Ever since it opened i had enjoy there services, but not when they don't pick up there phone when you had been trying get hold for over the last 2 hours. Fumming ant the word right now. Totaly not good at all.

The food was really amazing and the shop looked very hygienic. The customer service was awesome. The staffs were really sweet and even gave me a free drink. The steak wrap was very filling and tasty. The service was really quick. It was a very big quantity. Really amazed by their service and food. The delivery service is really fast. Didn't have to wait that long. Fully recommend ordering for the shop.

Used to be a 5 start place and food was always warm and great. However following a recent order we were left very disappointed, cold food, tasted horrible, uncooked chicken.

Have eaten from here lots of times and never had a bad word to say. Food has always been hot and tasty but tonight has been horrific. We ordered from their website and twice as we ordered stuff was removed meaning the whole order wasn't received. Food was cold to be point the donner meat felt refrigeratorated and the pizza and garlic bread were chewy. Will not be ordering again in the near future unfortunately

Honestly if I could give this place a zero I would. The driver frightened me and partner by freely walking through our flat, not even knocking!! Went to go eat the food and the omelette was disgusting, the chicken was so undercooked it was pink! It was the first time ordering from here and it’ll be the last and I was certainly be reporting the place to Just eat!

Naan was bang on! Soft, fluffy, not dry at all, portion size could be a little bigger. Atleast bulk it up with chips. The meat was beautiful, not a back handed comment at all but the steak meat was beautiful, just not sure about the seasoning. Overall definitely order the mixed kebab again,the food was good, the price was more than reasonable and delivery was on time 4.5 out of 5

Terrible first time experience. Ordered 1pc value box and cookie with vanilla ice cream. Firstly, the order was late, then when it was delivered, the ice cream was melted and most of it had leaked through the tub which wasn’t closed properly so had gone all over the food. Who in their right mind leaves ice cream on top of hot food in the first place?! I then opened up the 1pc value box to find hair inside. Absolutely disgusting!! The chips were cold and stale like they’ve been left out for hours. Could not possibly recommend this place. Will never order from here again!

Quality food as always with super fast service

Been on diet for two weeks,decided to treat my self with the pizza 🍕. The pizza was sour tasted like lemon juice(tesless). Ordered thin curst it wasn't even thin curst. Will NEVER order again 😡😡

Used to be a great place, not so much now. Prices go up every other month,( even before the latest price hikes) but food amount and quality has gone down significantly. I think they cook the doner meat with a hairdryer. Pizza's are now so dry and topping doesn't even cover it anymore. Delivery guys are always brilliant and very friendly. I have a few loyalty £s to be used, then I will be looking for a new take away to use

Ordered donner kebab with all salad and sauce and as always they can’t even make it right. Collected nan with meat, no salad at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! Chips are disgusting. The cheapest ones from tesco are way better.

When I normally order the food is great but when I received the delivery today some of the chicken was dry and I paid for extra cheese and they put less on not what they normally put on and most of the chips were full of oil so I couldn’t eat them so I do not recommend

Today was my first and last time ordering from this place the food was rubbish the cheese cake was disgusting I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Asked for white chocolate sugar donuts and they deliver the incorrect ones. I phoned up after tasting the incorrect ones because I didn't want to waste more time ordering them and they decided to make out that I didn't ask for them, when I have a witness to prove otherwise. Congratulations on losing a customer, instead of driving me away you could have apologised and delivered the correct order instead of making matters worse; as a result here we are with the first ever mistake after being a regular customer you lose one permanently.

I got recommended by a friend to try Foodz999 and his words were 'try here and you won't look elsewhere'. I can confirm that Foodz999 is my new favourite takeaway in Stoke. Flavour, Variety and also have kids meals which are great value! Compliments on the phone service, delivery service and most of all the quality of the food. 5* - I'd recommend you try here if you want a great food. Value boxes are amazing! Who knew you could order a value box in a pizza box with great variety! Top marks from me and my family!

Stuck in the roadworks outside this take away and witnessed 3 out if 5 members of staff, no mask no gloves to prepare your food. Drivers going in to collect orders with no mask on one of which even went behind the counter and had some food whilst he waited. 2 orders sauced and wrapped without washing hands between. Quite worrying considering the current climate. Havent ordered from here for a bit due to reduced quality in food but people need to definitely consider whether they wish to order from somewhere that clearly has a lack of respect to protect their customers to not wear ppe.

Recently ordered pizza from here. Really disappointed. It looked burnt and hard, cold. This is probably because of the new owners. Previously when I have ordered pizza from here ,they were very tasty and my main go to place for pizza. However, it is not the same anymore and I don't think I'll continue to order from here.

I love foodz999. I dream about the garlic margherita, or the gar marg as we would affectionately call it. "darling, shall we perhaps order a 20in gar marg for our evening meal?" we would say. I don't live in stoke anymore, but foodz999 will always live in my heart. plus the garlic mayo is the sauce of kings
