Longton pizza in Stoke-on-Trent

Never had a problem until now pizza came looking it had been on its side and this is supposed to be a 1 inch pizza six slices rang up to complain and refused to change it as every one has there own style of cutting

Very disappointed, have ordered ages ago from here but had bad experience so thought give it another go for some reason. I ordered buy one get one free from the menu, on that menu was create your own allowing 4 toppings. Anyways I went for collection and got told it was for 1 12inch pizza as was half and half I had ordered, which clearly does not say that online it says create your own, can't post pics here to show. The person taking orders looked shocked aswell as it said buy one get one free. Also rang him and asked him look at the menu got told come back tomorrow to sort something out, not happening. Didn't give receipt and took leaflet off me as said was changing it by tomorrow so didn't need it. Also when I pulled up outside I thought AHH what have I done as the look of it doesn't look good but as I'd already ordered I thought I couldn't not collect the order. Customer service is absolutely rubbish no help whatsoever. I didn't eat the pizza as was only enough for 1 adult and child

Recently ordered and got caught by the new '3 for 2' offer. The price of the deal has increased considerably and the third pizza is now not free. The offer is £21.99 for 3 x 10" pizzas. The full price would only have been £24.59, so we didn't get the third free but paid £4.39 for it. Still a saving but not the one advertised.

Ordered here for me and my boyfriend about 2 days ago, and I've never had a problem with this place until now. I don't know what's caused this, but I think some sanitary issues have gone on in this place, or there was out of date food. After my boyfriend had his pizza, his stomach went off and he didn't feel good. The same happened to me, and I felt sick after eating the pizza. My mum had some pizza, too, and around 7:30AM yesterday, she was throwing up in the bathroom. I woke up around that time and felt sick myself, but I went back to sleep. I then spent most of the day asleep yesterday because my stomach felt horridly off. I don't know if this was because a worker hadn't washed their hands or anything sanitary wise, or the food was out of date, but it was definitely something from the food of this place as I had not eaten anything but the pizza and nuggets I ordered from here. I'm giving it 2 star rating because the nuggets were completely fine, and only I ate them, and the delivery was quick. It just went downhill after me, my boyfriend and my mum ate the pizzas. I, now, still can hardly stomach anything apart from drinks, still. And this is me now writing this, 2 days after I ate here. I won't be ordering from here from now on, I'm sorry.

Ordered pizza took over an hour Then when it did arrive its freezing cold rang shop they they going replace it still waiting DON'T ORDER FROM HERE SHOCKING

Absolutely favourite takeaway of mine in Stoke at the moment. The pizza is the best around, no exaggeration. The chips are so crunchy but soft and so delicious. The sfc chicken is so flavourful, it’s got a different flavour from other fried chicken I’ve had locally so it seems they’ve got a different batter they make it with. I highly recommend this place if you’re feeling a good quality takeaway. Usually no one in my house goes back for leftovers the next morning but everyone keeps asking for it with this one! The only thing I’d say is they don’t read the notes when I write some in foodhub but give them a call and they’re very friendly and happy to assist.

Not nice at all. Ordered a chicken and seen more meat on a butchers pencil. Called them and apparently its not there fault that they send out bones of chicken with skin on. Certainly won't be ordering again. Stick your shocking customer service

Food is very good but check your food before leaving as we have found ingredients missing on the last 2 orders. I don't think we will visit again due to the poor service, shame.

Contains food poisoning. After consuming the 20 inch Asian style pizza, everyone got an upset stomach and started to do sick all over the place. I reckon it was mushroom poisoning, considering the fact this was the first time purchasing a pizza from this place and we had asian style from another place too but this outcome never happened. I would not recommend this.

We have always had great food and service from here but today the food took 1 and a half hours to arrive and it was cold

Have used this take away for a few years, never had an issue until recently, food is always 100% and usually get my order within 20-30mins on a weekday, an order i placed last weekend was over an hour and a half until it was delivered, chips were soggy, burger was warmish, never complained as they said it was sent out with a driver ages ago, i think driver took a little break.... but delivery on website stated 45mins....i always allow a few minutes extra especially at weekends knowing they can be busy and over run. placed an order tonight at 8pm, email said 8.50pm i would have my order by, just rang at 9.15pm......food is only just leaving the take away!!! No hate at all to this take away but delivery times etc seem to need updating on the website, other than this, i cant find any fault with them. Its now 9.30pm and im still waiting. Delivered at 9.39pm, 1hr 39min after order was confirmed

If I could put 0 stars I would. Ordered a large mixed kebab in a naan and sent it in a wrap, Food was cold, Called up and complained and the bloke who answered the phone just laughed at me. Safe to say I’ll never order from here again.. disgusting service

Had a doner kebab delivered tonight and the Nan bread was like a cracker, not soft at all and very thin. Horrible wouldn’t buy from here again 😤

Cold and extremely late food again, rude customer service, (well if you can call it customer service) rang up and complained, told I will get some credit off my next order. Just rang up for my next order a week after the complaint, I was told I've already claimed my credit, and ive constantly asked for a credit on all my past orders. (Never had credit) don't offer an apology credit and then have ago at the customer for asking for what was promised, don't abuse the customer Complete joke , just lost a good repeat customer. Don't bother with your reply as it'll be complete bull.

Pop never came , rang up was told driver had it and he would be back in 5 minutes. Hour later he never came. Wont be using again.

We ordered food at 8 o'clock we ordered a £7.50 meal box content was 3 chicken strips, 3 chicken nuggets, donameat, 1 chicken breast. We obviously collected it and the shop was empty no customers. Me and my mum ate the food. 2 hours later we both was on the the toilet having serious diarrhea and sickness. We phoned the take away "this is the first time anyone has ever complained about food poisoning at my store". We will NEVER be ordering from that store again!

Had a takeaway was one of the worst takeaways I have ever had i payed 10 pounds for a burger box it came really cold the chips were not cooked were really pale the chicken strips were overcooked the burger on 1 side was raw i will never ever have from here again!!!!!!.

ordered a deep pan texas chicken that states bbq sauce ... turns up with a thin base ..... with tomato sauce and bbq drizzled over top after calling em to state a bbq base with tikka and pepperoni ... as for customer service ... theyd redo it but i had to walk 45 mins to pick it up as they wouldnt redeliver and also wont refund it .... steer clear i wont use em again .... lucky my banks gonna refund the pizza as it wasnt was was stated on the menu ..... we live and learn .....

Worst customer service iv experienced ordered 2 Longton special boxes but put a note on for no donner meet in both, when they arrived they both had donner meet inside and the restaurant wouldn't do anything about it and just said eat around it, well safe to say they went straight in the bin, won't be ordering from these again they're customer service is shocking

Ordered a meal tonight, I am a regular customer and I was over charged by £5 and when I tel back to enquire why I was charged this he said the meals had gone up. He was rude saying they were busy and the menu I had and the online menus prices were wrong, and he was abusive so I told hi to forget it swore at him and put phone down. The meal did arrive later I refused it saying I wouldn’t eat it now just in case it had been tampered with. Will not use again.

I ordered my pizza an hour and half ago rang to ask where it was told on the way 20 mins later no pizza told it's on its way asked to find out where the driver was as I live 5 mins from shop then told it was in preparation the guy on the phone was very rude I do not appreciate liers and rude people will not order again and will not recommend them

Delivery drivers blast music out of their cars, think it's acceptable to be rude to residents and customers and persist on doing so when being asked to politely to stop, noise complaint is definitely being made!
