Flames Kebab in Enfield

Will hit the spot if feel like a Doner tonight! If there was an option for 3.5 star I would give. I would always recommend if you feel like a Lamb Doner and Grilled Wings. Why the loss of stars, I don't give 5 stars unless the flavours leave me craving for more. The Doner is the same everywhere no USP, so food rate 3.5 star, your overall to 4 star. You are always busy for this so don't change anything as trying to hard kills the vibe. I tried nearly all your dishes and all of them hits the spot when needed. Keep it up

Order from these lot for year's. For the past year they've got lazy and don't fulfill requests. Ordered multiple kebabs with sauces and they don't bother. Same again tonight. Will find a new shop

I always get my take outs from here never have once been disappointed there take outs and service is great.

Love this place, only ever had the pizzas or donners, but for the price its been really good, nice salad selection too. The employees are sweet, good waiting time on the food as well, always.

Waited over 1hr 30mins for delivery. When called shop 3 times, first told order was just being bagged, 30 mins later, second told driver just left and 20mins after that told we’ll give you free bottle of drink when was told driver left 20mins ago in last call!!!!! Asked for a refund was told can not be done their side and would need to “phone JustEat customer service and they will refund” when there is no number for JustEat! Have always been a regular with Flames but last couple of times used have been very disappointing and food not great. Will not be using again

Got the flames special, disgusting. Truly horrible the kofte??? Must've been a minced rat. The kebab sish flavourless and burnt. Chicken chewy and bland. The donerrr.... Rubery cardboard. Truly £30 done the drain for this monstrosity. Don't ever buy from this place they do not care, how can you serve this to people. Hideous

Food was.early but poorly prepared and grease all of the meat. I had to dab with kitchen towel and put in the oven. Also the sauce were put all over not on the side !

Very disappointing takeaway limp salad and hardly any of it , chewy lamb and dry chicken will probably be the last time we use flames who have always been our go to for a trrat

The food here is delicious! I've sampled both the pizza and the chicken donner with chips, and they were both fantastic. As someone new to Enfield, I've been thoroughly impressed with this place. I'm excited to explore more of their menu and try different dishes in the future.

Went to this shop yesterday and all I can is never again,there food is very bland and they are very racist if you don't speak Turkish then they don't want to know they are very rude do not go there

Best tasting donner kebab in North London. Highly recommended this kebab shop! I live in southgate and I'm 30 seconds drive from southgate kebab, but I drive to this one because the kebab and everything is 100x better than Southgate kebab (which a lot of people still think is good, but once i introduce them to flames, they completely switch). Strongly recommen anyone who is serious about eating the best donner in London to try this. Food is great, but service and atmosphere leaves much to be desired

Very nice kebabs. Went in there with the kids while on a trip to Enfield forty hall. The atmosphere is great and staff and very very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I'm very disappointed I bought a half pounder burger and the ketchup was so watered down it was dripping from the burger to the point I couldn't eat it. The burger meat wasn't fully cooked and lacked any flavour not even salt/pepper even McDonald's patties taste better. They put so much onions tiny lettuce I'll never go back. Got the fried wings but couldn't eat more than two because it didn't have any seasoning the meat was just fresh with no flavour and the coating had no seasoning just fried flour absolutely horrible. I called to complain they didn't care just said sorry and went quite such a waste of money.

Just in this past week I have spent over £100 on takeaway meals from Flames Kebab,the food is always hot,large portions and very,very tasty! But in the last few weeks certain parts of my order are missing they say we will take it off your next bill,which they never do? Also they forget your free Bootle of drink if you spend over £35 which I always do but now taking your order over the phone is getting more difficult everytime because Flames are very busy which is good for them but keep on getting orders wrong, well you might not in the future? I have used Flames over many owners for twenty years but I am afraid I might have to find another kebab House? I live 6/10 of a mile from Flames but they still will not say we will drop basically the bottle of free drink because waiting for the food that was not delivered is not worth waiting for because your already delivered food will go cold and lamb is not nice food cold? So come-on Flames raise your service where it used to be....110% and everybody including this disabled OAP will be very happy!!

Amazing service and amazing food aswell

I ordered via uber eats and some of my order was missing. I received no additional portion of chips even though I had paid for/ ordered it and my kofte kebab came in a pitta with no salad swimming in garlic sauce. The food used to be good with the sauce coming separately in pots, now it's loaded on top meaning your food is swimming in it.

Went in for doner and kofte mix the price was good and so was the food will use again and again great ***** star

I ordered Roast chicken, Lamb Doner, Lamb Shish and Chips for delivery. The quality was disappointing. All foods was cold except chips. The chicken was not fresh, it was a frozen chickn fried without marinating. It was like a cold stone. The Doner was leftover and overcooked. It had been cut at least for a day. The Shish kebab was not cooked well. The chips was unsalted. I ordered some sauces and they pour it on the foods without asking me about that. They served the food with the salad in one container, so the dressing was mixed with the salad as well. Please imagine salad with chilli sauce, Burger Sauce, Garlic sauce and so on. We threw everything straight into the dust bin. It was just a waste of money for me.

Not a great place for atmosphere as its a takeaway, but there is always quite a few staff. Always working hard to get the orders out. The food highly recommendable although the prices have shot up a bit and they could be more aware of Gluten Free dishes

If I could I would only give it half a star for the food arriving on time. There are no other redeemable qualities on the pizzas we ordered. Customer service was awful and rude, kebab was covered with sauce and wraps were soggy from the sauce. food was cold and chips were stale and soggy. Delivery driver tried giving me wrong change from a £20 note. Not happy!

Awful restaurant. Firstly got the kebab and that made the toilet my second home. After ordering again I decided to get a 1/4 pounder with BARBECUE sauce and the got a 1/4 with BURGER sauce. Unless barbecue sauce is looking different they have got my order wrong. Do not recommend

SCAM! I'm shocked by the scam you are pulling on deliveroo, advertising a wrap for £8 and when you click on it, the cheapest option is a £11 EXTRA to go for a "medium" with no cheaper option, £19 for a wrap that's advertised at £8. Making it £57 for 3 wraps! Get out of here.

I should of read reviews before ordering from just eat. Lahmacun was soggy and uneatable. I’ve called and the person on the phone.. tried to tell me them giving me a small portion of salad was “free” on there behalf when EVERY kebab shop I’ve been too gives you complimentary salad. Pathetic and waste of money. They can’t refund me but sent me another batch of lahmacun which is the same… soggy. Must be frozen pizza.

Staff was miserable, no customer service, not friendly,not inviting and after waiting for food they than tell me they don't take card only cash .Good food but I won't be going again.

Terrible service. Told us we got a free drink and when we got home we realised a kebab was missing! They refused to accept responsibility and said that only 30p change was not given to us by mistake while they charged £3 for a 1.5l bottle of coke. Absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my evening.

We’ve been loyal customers for a long time. That being said, the last few occasions we’ve ordered we have seen a big decline in quality and service. The food arriving nearly 2 hours late, food cold and items missing. There excuse was printer wasn’t working yet it seems to be a general excuse. The food was disgusting with both my daughters my partner and myself all feeling unwell after eating. I’m not taking another chance with you guys even if you gave it to me for free.

This is the second time that my order keeps coming wrong. Their service is not good as they do not listen to your order properly over the phone so the order either comes with some of it missing or they put the wrong thing which hasn't been ordered. It also took them over half an hour to bring the corrected order. I don't recommend them

I went in the other and I was in a rush so I had to buy some food , I asked for wings meal , he charged me £7 and I had to pay extra 50p to pay by card which is no more legal , when I arrived at my place I opened the box to find out I had 5 of the smallest wings ever !! Absolutely ridiculous! Not the food was nice nor anything to be honest I wish there was a 0 star so we could give them to such places

Stay away from this place as they don’t care about the hygiene at all. The super rude staff gave me some change from their till and straight away touch the pita bread without cleaning his hand, after I complained he dropped my money on table and asked me to leave. 100% risk of covid-19 transition.

Awful, chicken overcooked. Very dry, plastic container had melted on to the food. Had a couple bites and threw the whole lot in the bin

We ordered a pizza a kebab on rice. Very very disappointed will not be ordering there again.. the pizza was overcooked and cold on arrival and lamb shish on rice was 5 small tiny pieces of lamb with tons of rice for £7.50! Absolute joke ! Dont order there!

Worst experience ever!I was waiting more than 2 hours!When I called restaurant they says It’s arrive rightnow!But it’s didn’t!After again I called them they say’s it’s coming I told them I waiting too long time!Than they ask me for my address but It was the first things what I said to them after they ask my adress about three times and they just reconoziled my order!So after more than two hours two calling we got our order!

Used Flames a lot with no issue. This time half the order missing, rest incorrect, took ages to rectify meaning food all cold and staff when we called them dismissive and blase. Wont be using again or recommending. Shame they let themselves down so badly
