This is my local chicken shop and always order from here. I will never go back!! The chicken burger meal was not cooked properly, the chicken in the burger and the extra peice were still pink 🤢 Such a shame and disappointment 😞

I ordered a favourite meal which asked if I wanted to add two crunchy wings. Said yes with both meals and not received. Still charged extra £4. When asking for refund no option to classify refund. So only option to press full meal. Just want my £4 back please. Food I got was good and hot and deliverd quick. Maybe too quick and that's why they missed a bit of the order.

It used to be one of the best fried chicken, but unfortunately, its quality has become awful recently. The last time I ordered food I received unbelievably poor quality food. The fried chicken didn’t have proper crunchy coating at all, the coating was as thin as paper which didn’t cover the whole areas of the chicken. Therefore, the chicken was not like a fried chicken, and it was like oily roast chicken which was awful and disappointing. The fries were so soggy and undercooked as well which wasn’t edible at all and I threw them away. By far the worst fried chicken I have ever had, if I can name it fried chicken. I will never ever get food from them again.

Lovely food and plenty left over, coleslaw special and big fat spare ribs! More for tomorrow. Well worth it, big chicken pieces and ribs loads of fries. Really enjoyed the chicken, I feel pretty content now. 😊 Thank you.

Poor quality friend chicken, actually one of the worst I have ever had. There wasn’t proper coating on the chicken and it was like a roast chicken instead of fried chicken which was awful. The chips was soggy and undercooked as well. I don’t recommend it at all.

Got food poisoning from the chicken burger and it was pink inside

I've had to get a new order from a different place. Chips were soggy and had absorbed so much oil they were inedible. Chicken strips were so greasy it was dripping off them... really bad food.

Chicken burger came without chicken

Not ideal, I ordered a portion of crunchy chicken wings which I didn’t receive and received a standard chicken burger which is not what I ordered, very disappointed and I would like a refund!!!

Tasty chicken it was I kept sum in fridge but I wonder wat those, stringy bits are it put me off abit fries nex dwy dnt taste like fries at all the nex day I heat them up then not crispy no flavour even I have to say my comments really could of included a fee bottle of drink seem as they charge a fee is it wats a bottle of drink in any of this type of order

Order of chicken and ribs was ordered but there was no chicken when delivered . What a let down!

Absolutely no good man on the was lying about delivering the order want a refund one star review totally rude unacceptable.

Whilst watching the bike move on tracking map missed the road he was supposed to go in and drove somewhere else that took him longer to get to me going another way. The original estimated time 5.15 to deliver but got here exactly at 5.35 not 5.31 the restaurant take away is just 15 minutes away.

Changed their chicken and chips. Not good at all.

The reason is this last time I bought 3 chicken meals and asked for sauce dips he gave me only 3 and saying if you want more need to pay at least with a single meal you should be given me 2 sauce dips I'm paying you full meal money and it's my right to get sauce with it I think one Bengali uncle served me food

Normally great, gave me the most overcooked piece of chicken, like rubber! Burnt like it should have been disposed of, not served at £5 a piece. Did not give me my drink, driver said he asked and shop said there wasn’t one which was not true, rang but of course no answer. Next time I’m walking past I’ll dip my head in and complain personally. Go every week spend about £30 back to Morley’s it is, they lost my custom for similar but I’ll give them another chance!

Chicken fillet burger was inedible, lettuce was really wilted and brown, not fresh at all. The wings were really greasy. Chips looked as though they had been refried. Gravy was watered down. I always order from here and I’m truly disappointed. Have throw it in the food recycle bin.

Great local chicken shop. Good value. The chip portions are massive. Chicken is always good quality. Nver been disappointed yet. It walks all over the over-priced KFC for service and quality.

The chicken smelt weird ended up throwing the wings the burger wasnt as bad as the wings but u can get that similar taste/smell from it like melted plastic it was the weirdest thing I’ve tasted!

Both meals were delivered without chips, very disappointing. Otherwise what we had was hot fresh and tasty.

3pc chicken meal was missing an entire piece of chicken. Have used the restaurant twice now, one in person and one takeaway. Both times the order has been incomplete.

I only live round the corner of this business and have never been there until today. I'm totally blown away on how clean the shop was, staff very welcoming and the food was excellent.

Poor customer service and refused to sell a kids meal as my child was not present. Considering I'd already just bought food for myself. Hygiene was lacking as no hair net was worn. I'm very disappointed

The restaurant just give me 2 burgers with 2 fries but i have ordered 6 in total as the special offer was showing that 3 fillet burgers and fries for £11.99 which i ordered * 2 i have visited the restaurant also and they give me just 1 burger and said that the order js just for 3 burgers but i have paid for 6 i have shown everything the receipt and online order but they are just saying that justeat has done this not us they are choosing the price and sending it i have shown each and every proof but they are not admitting it you please solve this and tell me whose mistake is it the restaurant or mine that i have ordered from just eat

Simple order. Got it wrong. Paid for 4 pieces of chicken, and get 2. Now have to faff about filling out this review, Plus faff about some more contacting Just Eat to inform them of missing items, while my food gets cold and my children miss they’re chicken. Also wait up to 7 days for a refund to my card, all due to a ‘Favourite Chicken’ member of staff not being able to read a simple order.
