Nothing turned up I’m walking about knocking on doors to try and find my food always have a problem with harvester delivering with just eat

Food was unreal, just forgot my Brownies which was slight disappointment

Good choice of food and drinks, including cocktails. Friendly welcome by Sue when I approached the bar and well done to the chefs, my food was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be going back. Just remember to enter your number plate at the entrance for free parking. 20/9/24

Zack was our server and he was amazing made our experience really great, made sure everyone was attended to and we were looked after. We had a table of 15 people and all of us were so happy with the service we received.

Food was amazing, service was brilliant. Friendly and helpful staff especially Zack! He was so helpful and made sure to check on us all throughout our meal as well as noticing it was a birthday occasion and wishing our family member a happy birthday.

It’s a nice enough place to eat. Finding it is tricky because the entrance to the parking and the site in general looks dodgy.

Clinton (if spelt wrong sorry) served us and was super fast with out drinks and was super helpful, the food was really good and filling and the brownie and ice cream was so good and the Belgium chocolate was really rich

Went to the Navigation Inn on Wednesday evening, arriving around 8pm. Was welcomed by Renata at the door and she was also our waitress for the evening. Food was as good as usual but the experience was definitely enhanced by how friendly and helpful Renata was. Was made to feel instantly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars!

Alfie and Natz perfect hosts. Made us a delicious dessert which I recommend you put on the menu. A sundae with a twist. It was delicious with fresh fruit cream ice cream. Cream and berry sauce. Mmmmmmmm

Visited today 26/08/24 One of our dishes, was burnt ,black at edges, and jacket potatoe looked liked it had been reheated a few times ( it looked very tired ). Spoke to manager who remedied the problem at once, apologies all round, first class service. Thanks 😊 👍

We were served by Clinton, he was very attentive and we hardly waited at all for our food. He was very accomodating to our daughter who wanted mash and chips for sides, and they ran out of toppings for the sundae so he brought other toppings for her which was very thoughtful. Food was good, atmosphere was pretty good and not as loud as usual. Service from Zack was excellent. Friendly and professional at just the right balance. What’s different with him to other servers is he seems like he actually cares if you’re happy with your food.

The staff were welcoming and attentive. The venue is looking tired now, most walls are scuffed and damaged. Food was ok, had sat under a hot lap a bit too long and dried out a bit but otherwise it was fine.
