Harvester Navigation Inn Enfield in Enfield

We visit this branch regularly and hands down it is one of the best branches to eat at. Special thanks to Renata for her wonderful service and hospitality - you make us feel so welcome. Can’t go without a special mention to Micheal too - our food is spot on every single time, thank you for the time care and attention to detail.

Lovely food and managed to seat our large group of 14 people no hassle at all!

I have been to a lot of different Harvesters where the quality is different from branch to branch. The outside roads need a bit of upgrading, but they have clearly invested heavily at this one as it's a lovely place to sit and eat with 2 floors. Clean, food cooked excellent and friendly staff. Will be visiting again

It is clean and has a 5 star food and hygiene rating. The food is fresh and great value for money with friendly staff.

It's supposed to be half chicken and half rack of ribs. You have cut the half rack of ribs and shared that between the two meals. In other words you sent a quarter rack of ribs in each meal and that is completely unacceptable!!!! If l was close by, l would return the order!

They simply ask to cancel the delivery order, while the customer waits for hours.

Came in last week and my service was brilliant! The young lady Brogan was very sweet and made us feel very welcome. Will be coming back again, 10/10 service.

The pot holes on the road leading to the Harvey are well worth risking. Never had a bad rotisserie chicken from this branch. Renata our waitress was attentive and everything was perfect.

Lovely food as always, our server Sal was exceptional with service being polite and helping us with any questions.

The food was ok. My ribs were soft and tasty and the salad was really good but I noted that others in my group left the majority of their protein on the plate. The chicken was a touch undercooked and the steaks were tough. Renata provided excellent care and attention. She was efficiency with a lovely smile and temperament.

Was really quiet when we went because it was quite late so can’t really comment on the atmosphere. But I got the original combo and the cheese and jalapeno doughnuts. The corn bread that came with the combo was pretty dull as well as the chips and ribs, but the sauce on the ribs was nice and the gravy with the chicken was also really good. The cheese and jalapeno doughnuts were nice but didn’t taste of cheese or jalapeño. It’s nice to go somewhere that still has a salad bar but it’s average

The food was very disappointing. The Steak was really tough. Not edible. We were a party of 8 including 2 children. The children didn’t eat any of their food. They only ate their salad. We couldn’t even cut the steak even with the steak knife. It was expensive and really not worth it. As nice and polite as the staff are, there’s never a staff member around.

I have been to this place countless times over the years & i feel like im in a 5 Star resturant on holiday, the staff, the management, the food, everything is absolutely spot on, parking on site as well, customer servife for me in any establishment is the most important and this Harvester/Navigation Inn is the best place i have ever sat and had lunch/dinner, always wins everytime, if i could give a million stars i would, big big shout out to, alfie, sal, rob, louise, jessica and gina!!! For an amazing experience everytime!

A decent place to meet for some food and drink. Could do with a bit of a spruce up as the area seems a bit dingy, but it is nice enough inside. The food was great on this occasion.

Sal (our server for the night was Incredible), it’s the 2nd time we visited this harvester and his has been our server. We had a family of over 25 so many kids haha but he maintained patient, polite, smiley and very respectful. An absolute Gem to harvester (Progression for him is a must). We also ran over our time as we had a birthday cake to cut and he allowed us to enjoy it, Thank you Sal Critics: As there always is, although we had Sal who was top notch. We did come across OTHER staff member’s in harvester that night, that showed lack of interest in customers service & obvious attitude. I works in hospitality too, & I can understand it can be tiring & frustrating however you vent or release your frustration in the bathroom or stockroom away of sight from customer (Snarky comments, rolling eyes, stomping around the place really doesn’t look good) to add it’s Christmas/New years season, please expect for your venues to get busy, crowded and crazy as families are getting together to enjoy themselves after working throughout the year. No names will be given however I feel to improve the service in harvester’s. Training can be provided, staff rotas could be amended and staff initiative can be implemented so staff are motivated to work and progress. Thank you

Everytime we go Rob is always amazing, lovely service.

I visit here regularly, and I’m always served by the lovely man that is Rob, the guys service is unbelievable, always has a smile on his face, always gets everything spot on and with a lovely caring manner, the lady who’s always busy running around I’m guessing is the manager is amazing too, her service is excellent. There’s normally a lovely asian gentleman there too who always goes above and beyond. A great place to have a nice family meal, thank you for the great service and food.

Was difficult to find even with the GPS. Not many signs. Not well lit. Other than that it was good.

3 members of staff assisted us on our visit, including Sal, who was very pleasant. Salad bar was clean and well stocked. Food well prepared.

The delicious food, impeccable service, charming ambience, and music made for a memorable experience. The entire team was warm, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately I have felt the need to delete my positive review from my last visit and re review from my most recent visit on 6th December. Unfortunately unlike my previous visit this one was quite the opposite. We came as a table of 7 for a birthday and was very disappointed. 2 had the ultimate mixed grill where the steak was pretty much indelible, 1 haddock and chips, the fishy was soggy, 1 burger which was dry and nobody on the table ate the fries as they were awful. The service was disappointing, on being seated the waiter asked if we were ready for drinks and mid conversation of me asking would it be possible to change tables he just walked away!! I didn't complain at the time as my daughter insisted it would ruin my dads 76th birthday. However 1 positive was the salad was good. We politely declined Desert and left. Unfortunately I don't think we will return again in the future after this visit

Excellent evening with our party of 24. The food was good from the Christmas menu. The service was outstanding for so many of us. We were particularly impressed with the fresh cooking of the meals for my friend with a food allergy. All round enjoyable evening. Shout to our table servicer, especially Jessica.

Our experience at the Harvester today was fantastic. There were 16 of us at the table and Sam who served us was exceptional. Constantly asking us if we had everything and if everything was okay with our food and drink which was fantastic, especially with such a big group of us. Thank you Sam!!!

The food is always good and the service was brilliant. We came for my friends birthday and Raif went above and beyond to make the evening special. I sneaked a birthday cake in and Raif together with other lovely staff members surprised her with a great round of happy birthday and hip hip hoorays. Perfect night out.

Amazing staff who really went above and beyond.

We have just had a wonderful lunch at this harvester, the food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. Clinton was friendly, attentive and it was noticeable how much of an effort he made with all of his customers.

My salad request was ignored. The delivery driver was impolite.
