When we came in at 655 asked to sit in the bar till a table ready.floor covered in sweetcorn and table covered in used plates dishes ,bowls and glasses.Horrendous, had to ask for bowls for salad after 30 mins, we were a booking of 7 people.then waited 90 mins for meal still never came, told manager we were leaving and she said ya OK. That was it no.apology nothing.we left at 8.55pm starving and nothingas our booking was at 7pm.had to leave and get mcdonalds on way home. Some people were there scince 6pm and no meal at 8.40pm!ladies toilets were completely blocked and toilet paper all over the floor and had to use baby.n mother toilet.staff running around and refused ti make eye contact with anyone who asked a question. When I went up I had a hand put up to my face by a member of staff and told me to wait when I tried to asked how long it would be .paid at the bar for drinks several times while we were waiting that on top of not even getting our meal, ridiculous!

Slightly offbeat location, but great food and friendly staff. Perfect for families and an excellent range of foods on offer for adults and children alike. High recommended

The restaurant took too long to prepare the food, so the first courier left. After contacting the restaurant, l was told my order was now ready but they were waiting for another courier to arrive. The entire service was extremely poor, from the quality of the food to the delivery. That being said, a huge Thank You to Jessica! who was honest and apologetic for the service, and also reassured me that she would do her best to ensure my order would be freshly prepared and will arrive asap.

The service is amazing and the food is delicious, also the staff are very warm and engaging. Especially a gentleman named Clinton, very attentive and helpful. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Came here for lunch after the cinema Clinton & renata were very good, food portions were decent, all the team seemed competent.

Food was cold and turned up via pedal bike so was Gona be cold due to distance from restaurant to delivery point

Ordered sage chips, instead l received stale and cold normal chips. Salad wasn't nice either.

Called in for a couple of beers. Unfortunately only had the one. No one serving at the bar at all. Asked at the restaurant for service but no chance! Not even busy- I'm not surprised! Shame. My favourite lager too.

Our waiter was amazing kept us updated throughout because there was a wait for the main courses to be done Rob was attentive kind caring couldnt do enough for us both. Downside was the salad bar was not very tidy and clean, stuff was missing until another customer asked for things to be replenished however it will not stop us from returning again. Meal was value for money plus had a 25% off voucher. Will definitely be returning to see the team again as soon as possible.

We went in without a booking on a Wednesday evening, table for 2. The waitress was quite open to state it'd be a 45min wait which it was however did not mention the kitchen delays which were then upto a 60min delay after getting the table which is not acceptable. The food was okay, we got vegan burgers but the patty for one of them was very overcooked. The serving staff were lovely and friendly however the place is not well staffed - neither with service staff nor kitchen staff. The salad bar was well stocked filled with fresh vegetables and being checked regularly.

We had a lovely experience thanks to our waiter, Sal! He was attentive, checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything and any request we made was followed perfectly. His friendly and helpful service made our visit even better.

The Navigation is a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Sal was our server and was attentive and professional.

Food has lapsed recently, sevice by out waiter was faultless however the actual service time was poor waited between 5-10 mins to be seen at the door to be seated then waited just over 45 mins for food even the drinks tool nearly 10 mins. Just slow service. Atmosphere was quiet and not very busy but there just seemed like there was no care whilst the staff congregate at the kitchen window chatting and having to hurry the chefs to serve the food. The salad stand was barely non existent. And lastly the exterior of the building is dark and dingy and very inviting almost needing a torch to get from the car to the entrance

We went to the harvester after reading the lovely reviews unfortunately our eating experience was awful. It was my husband's birthday and he wanted to go to the harvester as we'd not been in years. We were sat in the corner and forgotten about it took ages for our order to be taken. We were told there was no rotisserie chicken or burgers our table was booked at 7.30 hardly late for a Fri night! It took 1 hr for our starters to come lucky we had the salad buffet unfortunately that wasn't great either a lot of missing items. They were very average tbh. It took another 1 1/2hrs for the mains to come at this point there was no one else left in the restaurant except 1 table. I ordered the chicken skewers it was like eating rubber i had to send it back it was inedible the bbq ribs was cooked ok but had no seasoning and needed a lot of extra bbq sauce. The chicken skewers were replaced in 5 mins why it took 1 1/2hrs the first time round who knows? It was dry and but at least it edible i managed 1 piece the peppers were bitter green peppers the sweet potato chips were luke warm. We ate a much as we could only because to was late and we were very hungry. The waiter was very sweet and all he did was apologise and tried his best. He removed the chicken skewers off the bill. Luckily we had a 25% off voucher or it would have been an expensive evening It was a very poor dining experience which we will not be repeating!

Just had a lovely meal for 4 at the Navigation Inn. Sarah was our server and she was absolutely lovely. Well worth a visit.

Today booked a table for my family and Jeena came to us got ready our table on time. She was really friendly and so quick with her work. She gave us a massive service since beginning to end. Even the restaurant full with the customers and it was really busy. But she was amazing. Taking orders, serving food and checking each and every table. Jeena Thank you so much for your all hard work and your friendly service. I recommend harvester restaurant in Ponders end to everyone. And also Sam. He also so nice to us. Came here for dinner with family including small kids. And from arrival to finish had excellent service. Clinton and another young lady made us feel very welcome from the start and was very helpful and made sure we had a great evening. Fantastic service from them both.

Never had a bad experience here & today is no exception. We were served promptly by Michele. We were sat at the table quickly and the food came rather promptly as usual. Delicious as always. Well done everyone.

This is the only Harvesters nearest to us (I'm loving the look inside-buy it's been a long time since i've been here). I ordered the Cheddar and Jalapeno donuts, which came with a sauce (super delicious and hot), the Southern fried chicken burgers as a main and an Apreol Spritz. I would definitely recommend this place to my coworkers.

We had a wonderful meal here on valentines day. Jessica was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and a pleasure to be served by. Our meals were perfect, our steaks were cooked perfect. Thank you Jessica and the team for a wonderful evening!

Very good. Visited here in May 2024 with family. Service was very good, food was typical good harvester food. The place was clean on the inside and outside. The road leading up to the place is not great though. It is in a nice location and overal very good.

The Navigation Inn is a lovely establishment in a nice location. Service was great, thanks to Sal and the food was nice. Can’t beat the Original Combo. The cornbread was a great addition.

The food was lovely and hot freshly cooked. The service was lovely. The only trouble was the car park. Yes I know they stated to stop vans going in but a large van had parked right by the barrier and they had boards that made it difficult for me to get into the car park.

I have been to a lot of different Harvesters where the quality is different from branch to branch. The outside roads need a bit of upgrading, but they have clearly invested heavily at this one as it's a lovely place to sit and eat with 2 floors. Clean, food cooked excellent and friendly staff. Will be visiting again

It is clean and has a 5 star food and hygiene rating. The food is fresh and great value for money with friendly staff.

It's supposed to be half chicken and half rack of ribs. You have cut the half rack of ribs and shared that between the two meals. In other words you sent a quarter rack of ribs in each meal and that is completely unacceptable!!!! If l was close by, l would return the order!

They simply ask to cancel the delivery order, while the customer waits for hours.

The pot holes on the road leading to the Harvey are well worth risking. Never had a bad rotisserie chicken from this branch. Renata our waitress was attentive and everything was perfect.
