Don't order from these , order wrong , items missing and what we did get was barely luke warm and when we contacted them there was no apology, no customer service and just seemed not interested. I understand things go wrong but a simple sorry and then they sort it out goes a long way .

Unfortunately the chicken burger I ordered was awful, I wouldn’t even give it to a dog to eat, it tasted stale and the chicken was like a rock ! Really disappointed

Our go to Shish Kebab place. The meat is always well cooked and lovely but the fresh salad that comes with it was makes it for us. Best shish Kebab I've had since leaving London 10 0lus years ago.

First time ordering from here! Chicken kebabs And chips! To be honest I think this would have been one of the best chicken kebabs I've had in the area if would have been hot when it got here! Salad was fresh and crunchy, the chicken tasted great and was juicy just a real shame it was only Luke warm, If it wasn't for that it would be a 5⭐

Ordered large kebab with garlic mayo and a pot of chilli sauce separate. Kebab came with no garlic mayo or a pot of chilli. Rang them and they said they would send the sauces. A little later than they said (20 mins when they said 10) a brand new order arrived a FULL large kebab with Garlic mayo and chilli in a pot. Well done Flames our son thoroughly enjoyed it. And me and dad enjoyed the other one so not to waste it. Up to this never had any issues with flames always delicious and fresh salad too!

Ordered the mixed kebab to share plus a side of fries.It was delicious! Very generous amount of food,but I had eaten nothing since early morning so was ready for it! Good value and will definitely be back.

Order all the time, no salad, no sauce. Suddenly there's peppers and onions. Allergic to onions, last time I order. You lost a customer because you don't listen or care. Edit asked for garlic sauce separate, got chilli. Thanks, no thanks

We ordered a family takaway. 2 large pizza over cooked and cold on delivery. Also a chicken and Donna kebab, the donner meat may I say was under cooked felt raw and had a horrible smell and taste to it . Chips looked like they had been reheated in a microwave . Total waste of money . Won't be eating from flames again. Poor

Ordered a chips and cheese wrap turned up cold so rang up and asked for my money back and nobody showed up with my money!! So rang up they was so rude on the phone saying they don't serve cold food and if I want my money back I have to go down to the shop for it can't wait to ring trading standards!!

First time ordering and wasn’t sure what to expect reading reviews. Honestly form me ringing Asking what time last order will be to food being delivered I’ll be ordering again 👌👌 The assistant lady on the phone was excellent and I asked to customise my order and she did without any issues whatsoever. Ordered calzone pizza came slightly different to what I’m used to but was beaut Chips average otherwise would be five star ⭐️ Excellent customer service though 👏👏

Ordered a delivery last night and it turned up cold and the order was wrong so rang flames up and complained they was not interested asked for a refund was told they do not do refunds £26 down don’t think I will be using them again

Food turned up over a hour of ordering, the food was cold and really was just a waste of money will not be eating here again.

Ordered a burger meal paid extra for cheese on chips, order came with no cheese on chips so called the take away up they said they would send a portion of cheesy chips. Order turned up 30 mins later after already eaten burger with a sprinkle of cheese on chips called the take away they said “do what you want we will put cheese on next time” didnt offer anything for the inconvenience. Terrible service.

We ordered 3 burgers and 3 chips at 19:58 pm, it turned up COLD at 21:10 pm and charged us £19.30 at the door, they sent us out another after complaining. After we had eaten we was curious as to why it sounded so expensive, we added it up from the menu and it should have been £13.50 we rang up and she said it should have been £18.90 and she forgot to add the cheese onto the price!!! So for 3 COLD 1/4 lbs burgers and 3 medium chips were just short of £20 and we were over charged!! Never again :)

Good food would like to see better meal deal choices

Staff do NOT wear appropriate face coverings whilst preparing food and serving. One guy has his mask permanently pulled down under his nose and the other guy just wears a visor with his breath coming out underneath. They are grumpy, unfriendly and barely seem to understand what you are trying to order. We asked for salad and sauce with our meals but we didn't get it. We've been twice now and it was the same both times. We won't be going again.

Ordered on line the food came almost 2 hrs later freezing cold rang up they said they would send it out again, only for my kids to be tired and not hungry any more so rang back, with in 9 mins of reordering for a refund and apparently the new order was already on its way to me within 9 mins but the 1st time it took 2 hrs almost to top it off the food never arrived as I had said i wanted a refund.... You don't get much more backwards than that. Will never order from here again or advise anyone too....

Absolutely disgusting, the food was cold and looked warmed up, the wrap was asked for no salad and had salad when we rang up again and explain the situation that we wanted the wrap plain, they then deliver us a box of salad, no mayo on any of chips, very rude staff and very bad customer service, would not recommend

O my good God.... The kebabs from here are always good but tonight's was the best I've had in about 5 years!! Loads of tasty chicken and tasty grilled peppers and onions. They even called me to ask wot cabbage I wanted. 10 out of 5. Please try the large chicken shish only a pound extra than standard

I ordered through there website. Order came in time limit. I asked for a chicken burger no salad with chesse on top and bottom of burger and with mayo and 4 pots of mayo (we like mayo) amongst others things as order came to £32. When it came the chicken burger had salad on it and only 1 pot of mayo. So rang the shop. I over heard in the back ground we are extremely busy just scrape the salad off. Er no i didnt get what i ordered its not my fault. Then they said it would take a standed delivery to get it out to me and then asked me to go and collect it. Er no i dont think so. Why order a delivery with what i would like to eat and ask it to be delivered for me to go and get it. Then they rang to say the delivery driver was on his way 20 minutes after and asked for the burger back. Sorry i binned it in temper. Not ordered from here in ages as used to order a lot but got put off so thort i would give it a try after a long time. Well mistaken. Not happy.

Ordered a chicken kebab n cheesy chips came in 15 mins which not complaining at how fast the delivery was but abit quick if u ask me to have cooked chicken n get here chips were rock hard aswell rang up and said they would send another then to be rang to say I asked for chicken welldone which I always do when I order other places n it’s not like rubber eventually got my foot 50 mins after the complaining would not recommend will not be ordering again cos the second one wasn’t much better just abit hotter really disappointed

So I went away for the night and left my daughter with £20 for her tea. She ordered from this establishment for them to cancel it. She had paid for it online so the money was taken and she had no food. When she called them they said it was £4.30 delivery but actually it was too far. It was 5 miles away! The owner also said on the phone that he didn’t care that my child had no food sweetheart!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Need some customer service training and I will be taking this further!

Been looking for a takeaway that serves a proper fresh grilled chicken kebab and I've finally found it absolutely amazing fresh hot and the chilli sauce tastes like chilli sauce & my mouth is still tingling well worth every penny.

Ordered two chicken burgers on the meal deal which specifies comes with SALAD. The burgers arrive no salad! Rang them to complain the young girl on the phone said you have say if you want salad.. I think it’s your job to ask the customer if they would like salad and sauce. Is your job really that hard. Poor customer service

Consistently excellent! Great pizzas, great garlic bread, great kebabs. Fries are pretty great too. Never had a bad pizza. The combi kebabs are my fave, esp chicken and donner, with a bit of chili sauce and garlic mayo. Generous salad with a nice variety (esp with lemon on it) and usually a bit of grilled onion and peppers. Do make occasional mistakes but are quick to fix it. Defo recommend as one of the best in Doncaster.

When you order a meal but only half of it arrives then get told the rest will come in 30-45 minutes by a woman with the phone skills of an onion ring

This is the second time we have ordered from flames. The first time was disappointing but we thought we’d give it a second chance. To be fair the kababs (chicken and shish) weren’t bad because we asked for the Pitta bread separate as soggy versions aren’t the best. We also ordered garlic bread. Well what came we think was garlic bread but could have easily passed as a pizza base. If it had garlic or butter on it then all I can say is that it must have evaporated in the oven and as for paying 2.10 extra for a sprinkling of cheese. So twice is the limit. Thanks but no thanks

Usualy good and one of bentleys best but the drivers are idiots cant find my house EVER i have to go and find him and collect it everytime!!

Has gained a reputation locally for having one of best pizzas around and the burgers rarely dissapoint either. Friendly staff and quick delivery increase the appeal. Pepperoni pizza highly recommended, Very nice.

I normally order my food from an actual Turkish restaurant because I don't really tend to like Turkish fast food takeaway it's never authentic and fresh enough, but after recent disappointment in my usual restaurant I was told by friends and family to try flames, I was not disappointed, the chips were perfect and the salad was super fresh, I had the lamb Shish and steak which was really nice. It was delivered really quickly as well, my only disappointment was my 3 year old kept trying to pinch most of my chips as he loved them as much as I did.

After having some food delivered my gf was half way through her burger when she found a hair in the food. Not talking a short hair either. Needless to say I'll be taking the rest of this back and will never order from these again!!!!

This is by far the best take away in Doncaster such good standard of food staff are always friendly and the price is good to!!

Haven't been in a while but I've never had a bad keeeeeebab,always go for the mixed grill ,it's a meal for 2 really,it's the only place I really get keeeebabs from

Lo que era notable para mí es que ahora puedes hacer en línea (por mediación de su página web). Colocar la orden ... - fácil es super-paga en línea vía Paypal aunque puede escoger pagar en efectivo en el momento de la entrega (hay un cargo minuscule por pagar con Paypal como 50 p o algo así). Nos dieron un seguimiento llamada de teléfono para comprobar las salsas y ensalada que queríamos con nuestros pinchos, así como un mensaje de correo electrónico a decir que nuestra orden era el camino. Cena llegó a unos 20-30 minutos más tarde y fue genial, como siempre, gracias a 'equipo' llamas
