Never delivered the food wouldn't answer the phone

Asked for cheesy chips and curry separately, got curry and cheesy chips together when I clearly asked for both separately twice, and made me pay an extra 50p for the curry sauce and didn't get my cheesy chips replaced. I'm absoutely fuming with the service because the guy on the desk refused to serve me the right order. Got both me and my friends order wrong.

Absolutely terrible. £6.50 for “meal” deal. No sauce or even lettuce on burger.

Excellent service, we were visiting from Middlesbrough and after a concert wanted to order food so decided on flame n grill This guy is amazing he turned on ordering just for us as I'd messaged him earlier as it had got too busy But nothing was too much Great tasting food, amazing huge portions and still piping hot I highly recommend ordering from here when in Newcastle Lovely food and lovely owner Thankyou we hope to order again soon😊 Marie

mixed kebab was nice but the cheese garlic pizza didn't taste of much and the base was undercooked.

25 minutes for a raw pizza. Staff are rude when you ask for it to be cooked for longer. Telling you that because he cut it he can't put it back in. Obviously half cooked and very rude. Would avoid next time. Taking advantage of customers just because of the time they are open till late. 20 minutes in the my own oven later looks cooked at last. May aswell cooked from frozen.

I ranging them continued since 10 times but they did not picked my call

Took them 15 mins to accept my order Never answered the phone ! Wrap stuffed with grease wrapped in 3 different kinds of foils … Positive: pizza presentation is nice n tastes good too

Tasy food and would eat from there again. Taxi rank right across road as well which was convenient

Took two hours to be delivered for a 5 minute delivery! Rang 15 times and the phone was picked up and put down continuously!

Best burger ive ever had. So delicious and juicy! Lovely food. Had the mixed grill and pizza too everything was cooked to perfection and this was at like 1am when they had a rush of people (from the club next door) honestly such amazing service. Didnt have to wait staff were lovely! 🙌🏼

Found a hair in me food, won’t be coming back

ordered chicken kiev pizza and it came plain chicken and cheese. no flavour of garlic. chicken burger wasn’t cooked was still pink in middle. wasn’t even busy. only us in the shop.

Busy at night especially weekend ..various selection of food ..abit slow in service .abit pricey but food is OK...

Don't get the mixed keebab wrap....... I had my cheesey chips in town waiting on a taxi. .with my mixed keebab wrab in tow, I eagerly headed for home!!! Keebab on a plate, and delicately cut in two.... Ready for the first bite.... This was to be my last bite also.... It did not taste good at all!! I went to bed that without the satisfaction of a fabulous amount of meat in my mouth (which is very unusual after a night out in town)

Asked for donner wrap, got one but with chips, garlic sauce and without any salad, no one asked me if I want any

Long wait and food was left to go cold on the side. Complained straight away that food was cold, dismissed by member of staff and told to speak to someone else. Shaking hands with random people and not washing hands before going back to cooking food. Dirty in normal circumstances, dangerous in current circumstances. Avoid.

Ordered through just eat, the food didn’t arrive after waiting for more than an hour, when I called the restaurant was very rude and they said they came in and they rang and no one answered,, they didn’t ring! They refused to send the food again although I have prepaid it and prepaid for the delivery, they refused to refund me or resend the food.... worst customer service

Gone really bad. Used to be the best. But dont no what has happens to them recently. Sort it out lads.

Terrible!! I ordered a chicken tikka kebab and had to leave for 5 mins and when I got back it was ready ( alarm bells already ringing as a freshly cooked chicken tikka kebab takes longer to cook than that). When I got home they had clearly reheated old chicken and it was inedible!! The worst thing is they clearly knew what they were doing!! Avoid this place like the plague people!

Went when I was drunk but great service and the popcorn chicken was amazing would recommended

Usually don’t eat kebabs but me and the Mr were going back to his house outside newcastle and dropped by for a bite to eat. Had the kebab meal and it was great, so glad we got it! Glad we shared because the meal is enough for two people. Service was also very good. Can’t complain about anything and we also got to eat inside.

Fairly lame kebabs here. My chicken tikka pieces were pre cooked then microwaved. Think it's main business is drunk people, not good for sober people.

We go hear every time we have a night out at the town staff are very polite foods always been tasty no complaints .

Your drunk, it's there. Tasted good after beer. You're not going to go here for a Michelin star meal but when it's 3 am I recommend.

Get to see some funny fights in here. Staff are fast, nice and respectful. Always packed at around 2pm. They serve chicken paramo and pizza. I like the digital signs, nice up to date prices.

Excellent pizza ordered online via Just Eat & ready for collection at promised time. Only question on this place is that their hygiene rating was not on display. Looked fairly clean though.

Great place for food after a night out

Waited over an hour for my order then food was cold! They had wrong address and didn't listen to me at all then to top it off my order was wrong! Food was horrible will not be ordering again absolute waste of money! I am Livid!

Just a takeaway but clean premises food was amazing recommend it to any body table's and chairs to eat in if needed

We are visitors from Kent for a long break and to watch the toon of course, the best pizza we have ever tasted!!!! And the sizes are mad big 🙂

Best "podrão" ever, many vegetarian options, clean place and good price. The only problem is that most meals are spicy, but that's expected from places like this.
