During my visit to Five Guys, the fries were a definite highlight. Cooked in peanut oil, they were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delicious, fresh-cut potato flavor. The generous portion, even in a small size, was more than enough to share. I loved the slightly salty seasoning that gave them an extra kick, making each bite irresistible. If you’re a fan of fries, Five Guys definitely delivers!

Dreadful. They’ve sent a cheeseburger rather than a hamburger… I orders hamburger, and can’t eat cheese. Totally incompetent. Refund requested yet heard nothing back.

They brag you can have as much cheese and bacon on your burger as you want but when I challenged it they gave me less than you’d normally get. First time experience pretty disappointing to be honest, for the price you pay you’d want them to get your order right

Food is excellent beats any other burger I have ever had, apart from my own that is. Cajun fries are bostin and the raspberry shake is the best. Only downside - no straw provided and no ketchup on the side as ordered.

Lunchtime order. Only thing to knock five guys on is price, it's not cheap but not like a full restaurant meal price either. Food is delicious, staff are friendly, see everything get cooked fresh and quickly.

Burgers was lovely as usual.... but the fries were cold so wasnt very nice. Milkshakes lovely as usual too.

Not good don’t use suffered food poisoning from here the other week, food tasted as if the meat had been left out for a while and cold, my review has been moved off the site clearly so people aren’t aware of this !!!!

Amazing burgers, amazing chips, amazing milkshakes! The chocolate one was absolutely brilliant, best one I've ever had, the strawberry milkshake was good if you like strawberry bits, showed how fresh everything was, unfortunately not for us. Definitely well worth the trip 👌

I forgot how good American bacon tastes! It was very crowded, but the staff were friendly, helpful and ready to clean the tables in between customers.

They missed off 4 of our 6 drinks, no option to call the restaurant or to say they were missed off, they only give the option for the burgers to be missing so clearly the drinks don't matter to JustEat

I love this place just wish it was a little cheaper 3 burgers 3 drinks I fries over £51 definitely only for special occasions

Absolutely disgusting, £30 + for a burger fries and what we thought was a salad in a bowl, what turned out to be 2 slices of tomato a bit of lettuce and 2 slices of pickle , oh and 2 slices of burger cheese which we didn’t ask for oh and the salad bowl cost £12 . This is the first time I’ve had a delivery from 5 guys and it’ll certainly be the last.

Presentation was diabolical. Food came just chucked in a paper bag on top of each other, fries were just chucked in the bag loose. Wrong burger was sent & they forgot to bring milkshake. Fries were frazzled. No care or pride was taken in the presentation or service to customers considering everything was overpriced as 2 burgers, 1 fries & a milkshake was £33. Will not be returning.

My burger had no bacon nor jalapeños and the full order was meat enough cold when it arrived

Sweatiest mashed up burger I’ve ever had. Wrapped in till foil so retained all the moisture and looked horrific . Shake was nice as were the fries but would never go to five guys again.

Quite frankly an over priced and slightly slimy burger due to being wrapped in silver foil paper with a disappointingly small bun and bacon which was so crispy it lacked taste. Milk shake was sickly sweet for my taste. Fries were however very good and plentiful. Only sauce available was tomato ketchup, personally a fan of BBQ or mayo

Lovely hotdog, probably one of the best I've ever had. Lots of fries even though we ordered a small between us. Quick service, location was clean and tidy and staff were friendly.
