It was my first time eating at Five Guys, and the staff made it that much better. The lady that took our order, and gentleman which handed our order to us gave excellent service. You could tell the team behind the counter were happy. Great from start to finish!

Ordered on Deliveroo and received the wrong order. Can hands down say that it’s the best customer service I’ve received. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was rectified. Dealt with in such a polite and friendly way!

Came here last week and the manager on shift had the best customer service I've ever experienced, and just come in today at almost closing time and got the same level of service from a different manager(Dominic C), shows you the levels are the same regardless who's in charge. Really nice food and really really friendly customer service. 10/10 Edit. 18/12/24 I came here again today and the female manager and servers service was still 10/10, even 30 min before closing. Great place.

first time at Five Guys but once I had worked out how to order I was very happy with the quality of the burger which tasted wonderful and the chips were very tasty as well. Will definitely eat here again.

Great service, staff friendly, it was really busy with a big group of teens so was quite noisy due to how the sound bounces but not overwhelming. My kids loved the food and the portions were big.

Their phone number doesn’t work so you can’t make corrections to your order if ordering online. Very poor. I ordered a cheeseburger on Justeat but didn’t see the toppings page. When I tried to call the store the phone didn’t even ring, and it isn’t an issue with my phone. 2 patties and a piece of cheese on top for £11. Just ridiculous that they don’t put the toppings on as standard in the first place. Puts me off ordering again. Be professional or don’t be in business. HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. I’ll be emailing head office to highlight this problem. Do not order from here. You won’t be able to correct your order if you make a mistake, but they will still happily take your money.

Good burger. Juicy and if you pick the right toppings that can really make the burger. Thought the last time I had one the patties were a bit more smashed these seemed a bit thicker. Can take a little while to get served but then everything is freshly prepared and you can see it all happening.

We love coming here! The burgers are always amazing and the chips are just top notch!! Came on a whim on a Thursday night and was served by Sam, our food took a little longer than usual but it was no problem for us at all as we didn’t realise until he apologised, and he couldn’t enough. We were offered a free milkshake for the inconvenience and that made my boyfriends day I think!! Burgers were fab and the service was fantastic, Sam is an absolute credit to you guys, very friendly and clearly a hard worker!

The burgers were amazing but most of all Ethan was so helpful and really happy. Our order wasn’t easy with the kids but he was patient and helpful with his suggestions. Give him a bonus!!

Let's be clear, this is a review of a quality burger joint, not a fine dining restaurant. Five Guys restaurants do what they do well. They serve juicy, tasty burgers with a great selection of toppings and excellent fries. The service, as it is, is order at the till and collect from the counter, so 5 star service in this context is just being friendly and getting the order right. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in a burger joint, clean and bright.

The staff here are super nice, and the burgers and fries are really tasty. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey.

The meals are packed in takeout containers even if you're eating in. The French fries are too salty and not that great. There aren't many options to choose from.

Robert our server was great! We came here starving from a long journey and he greeted us warmly and was such a patient and polite guy! He needs a raise, thanks Robert!

Went here as I was craving a good burger, not an overly expensive restaurant style or a cheap lazy style such as McDonalds or similar. They have an insane amount of customisation available for your burger options as well as hotdogs and milkshakes. There’s also free peanuts for those that enjoy them. When I was ordering with my fiancée, she didn’t order a drink due to the price (it is relatively pricey in Five Guys) and the server gave us a free cup on the house which was really nice and surprising. Honestly made the entire trip feel that much more endearing and enjoyable. Near the seating area is a board that allows customers to draw a picture and place it on the wall which is a really beautiful touch that you don’t see in many places anymore. Overall, love this place. Quality burgers and fries. Lots of variation. Unlimited refills on soft drinks. What’s not to love?

Me and my partner went here tonight, fancying a Five Guys, we were served by the wonderful Becky. Upon my request of "as many pickles as you can give me without being sacked" she promptly relayed this to the Burger Chefs Niamh and Curtis who were accompanied by the manager, Jess. And boy did they pull through. Once I opened my burger, I was greeted with a healthy handful of pickles. This made my heart warm and my belly happy. 10/10 service, the crew were brilliant and we all had a laugh about my love of pickles.

It's a chain, so you know what you're getting. Always seems to take a while to get your food. However when you do, it's fresh and tasty.

American firm, dope scenery. Food was okay but can be improved further however staff were friendly and amiable. Would definitely visit again

A spontaneous trip whilst I had an hour between meetings. Thought I'd treat myself to one for the first time and see what the fuss is all about. Burger was fresh and tasty. Chips were very, very tasty. Service was impeccable and friendly. Expensive, but if there's 2+ of you, I imagine you can share the chips/drink and just get a burger each. Nice place to sit for 30 minutes whilst I enjoyed the burger and chips. The only slight criticism I can find is it was very cold in there. Other than that, full stars.

Basic overpriced burger joint £56 for 4 meals wasn't even hot

Lady forgot to make my son's milkshake so I asked for a free burger which I got. As I thanked and walked away I was told she whispered something under her breath which seemed like a swear word.

Food is delicious, burgers hotdogs and fries are our of this world. Still overpriced yet e still keep coming back for more. The only downside to our trip was discovering they have stopped the extra pistachios with the milkshakes which was the main reason we returned this time around. So please give his if you want us returning get those pistachios back because they make your milkshakes irreplaceable

Was told it was next level. I wish I went to scabby mcdonalds over the road half the price and better food and that is saying g Summat for mcdonalds to be putting out better food 🤦‍♂️

Very difficult this one but here goes...the chap who served me was very pleasant and helpful as it was our first time...he explained how to order and made suggestions. So we both had a small cheese burger 🍔 and fries 🍟...and a milkshake each...well...I nearly dropped dead when he told me the price...just shy of £30... The place was clean and tidy and the staff were great...but been £30 lighter in the wallet kind of took the edge off...I can honestly its no different to any other burger 🍔 joint apart from the skins left on the fries. At least I can say I've tried it now.

I only popped into to order and collect for family, the burgers are made while you watch. I cant comment on the taste but ive been assured they are the best. The service was excellent, it was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere appeared very chilled. I will be trying the burgers soon. 🍔

Expensive as burgers go (since there is a McDonalds about 400 yards away) but you cannot beat that hand made just for you, freshly cooked to order taste! Keep up the great work!

Burger was good but not great, a bit greasy and there's better out there nowadays. Fries were a bit soggy too. The pistachio milkshake was delicious.

Food and staff excellent, but the restaurant was very cold, it was warmer in the toilets.

First time I have had a 5 Guys and it was brilliant. This is a decent little restaurant. Well staffed, didn't take too long to get the food (which was great).

Great food and shakes but i can no longer eat here.. why?.. ill tell you why.. The lads (not lasses) that work there, have B.O that bad, when they walk around it leave a nasty awful stench trail. To be frank.. its absolutely disgusting and offensive.. deodorant is clearly lost in time and space here.. Bring a nose plug and air freshener.. god speed

Delicious burgers. Better than other large fast food chains but that is also reflected in the higher price tag. The restaurant was super clean but overall lacked atmosphere. Much of the 'decor' was what appeared to be reprinted magazine information pages from the 50's on foam board. Free salted peanuts that you can shell are a nice touch.

We came in for lunch and were served by Aleksandra. The service was excellent. Our server to the time to explain the menu and offer us tips on how to get the most out of our meal. I think that Aleksanda went above and beyond today.

Not a big shake lover but after my 8yo son told me to try a biscoff with banana shake I'm smitten, I don't leave reviews much either but after visiting today for lunch I slurrped my shake while my meal was prepared and after asking to order another (with mild embarrassment) the 2 sweetest and beautiful female staff gifted me my shake as, in their words 'i was so nice'. Now sadly it's rare to find 2 very young, beautiful girls who work in a fast food restaurant who were both extremely kind, friendly and had the biggest of smiles😁 but seemed to be making the best of their day and in turn making my day too. It costs nothing to be polite, and a smile almost always turns someone's frown up side down. So I want to send a massive kudos to these 2 young superstars. You are a credit to your employer and to young people everywhere, especially with all this WOKE bullcrap that seems to be corrupting the younger generation. Too many of the younger and especially pretty girls seem to act entitled and look down on others simply from the fact that they are pretty. Well the best part 6 is on the inside, society much preferred 6 those younger people. So Don't you 2 fab five guys girls ever change as you will always bring joy to others. Absolutely absurd the amount they charge for something which is about as good as a Big Mac. I have wanted to try 5 Guys for ages but I was left utterly disappointed with the experience, and a little hungry and a lot lighter in the wallet. Really don’t waste your money you can get 4 double cheeseburgers at McDonald’s for the price of 1 here. It’s certainly not four times as good if at all.

Ordered 3 burgers and 2 large fries via deliveroo. Order arrived with 3 burgers no fries. Driver does not know what happened, five guys claim they had given the driver the fries. Customer support only refund for the missing fries! So I get to pay for an incomplete meal, which I don't want to eat on its own. Great Friday evening with the family, thanks!!

Place is always great service from staff and aren’t any complaints. Found a hair in my burger this time but spoke to the staff with respect and got respect back. Was swiftly dealt with and they provided me with a new burger. Manager came over and offered us some fries and milkshakes. Only thing preventing from a 5 star is the hair in the food but what’s also preventing it from 3 star and below is the service provided. Would recommend this place.

Fabulous food, always is. Very quiet though.

At first you review the prices and think no way is a burger worth that. Then you take the first bite and boom £10 well spent. Fries are to die for but you get way too many I would share one regular fries with a friend as you cannot eat that many. Public enemy once said don't believe the hype when it comes to five guys they were wrong

If you want a burger a bit different and tastier from the major fast food chains then here it is.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. This was an outing for the grandkids. They wanted to go to McDonald's which I vetoed, so we compromised and went to Five Guys. Did not regret it.

Nice clean restaurant. The milkshakes are probably the best I've ever had. It is very expensive for what it is. For me, it's a once-in-a-blue-moon visit to Five Guys. Highly recommend it if you are feeling flush. Would be 5 stars if not for the price.

Very good burgers, chips and milkshakes, but like all Five Guys outlets it was overpriced and an uninspiring venue. The benches are hard and uncomfortable and it's difficult to move between them. At £15 per head they should do better.

I love that you can add different toppings to a burger. The potions are really big, so I always go for small burger and fries. There are plenty of condiments. Clean and tidy, fast service. Is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Usually empty inside on a weekday evening.

Staff are always happy to help and the service is quick. Not had a bad experience Food is spot on

Not been to Five Guys in Kirkstall for ages and this time it is the same great service and food as I remember. Now that is consistently great service. 2 Bacon Cheese Burgers and a Regular fries between 2 is well enough. The burgers are numbered on packaging and receipt so you know which is which when you get different meals. I can't rate them highly enough. 100% beef burgers and proper fries all made on the day (not a freezer in sight)

Bacon double cheeseburger hit the spot with a side of large fries and they really are a large portion. The chocolate milkshake tasted like a proper milkshake unlike other well known brands.

Fast food, self serve food place. Very similar atmosphere and setup like McDonald's, but significantly more expensive! We decided not to eat here, but did get milkshakes which were pretty amazing!
