Five Guys Cambridge Leisure Park in Cambridge

Burger was flavourless and overcooked, the oil they cooked the chips in had clearly not been changed for a while and they over cooked/burnt the chips , customer service was soulless and it’s way overpriced food for what you are actually getting and the cleanliness was non existent

Popped in here just after a gig at the junction, the restaurant was just shut as we got in.... The team member on the counter went out of his way to sort my son out a little burger and fries as he was upset as he'd been looking forward to it all night. Staff were super friendly even at the end of their shift and it was greatly appreciated!

Shout outs to Roli for a friendly and exceptional customer service - you went above and beyond!

Delivery time was pushed back multiple times, also I ordered Cajun fries but got regular instead. Courier was patient and food was delivered in good condition.

Ate here before a show last night and really appreciated Roli’s enthusiasm and leadership with his team. The food was great and the service just as good! There needs to be more Roli’s around. A great leader taking his team with him. He would not accept the praise for himself and congratulated his team openly. Superb guy, superb team!!!!!!

I ordered a takeaway from there, when I received the order it is totally cold when I asked rider he told me this not his mistake because he showed me he arrived my destination within 10 minutes.and also the burger was so hard.

The guy working the till Friday night with a beard and tattoos was so friendly he made my day! He deserves a raise as do all the workers for being so efficient when it's so busy

Great food as always, but it's getting pricey now. Came here with my son after a visit to Clip and climb round the corner. We got 2 little burgers (one with bacon) a small fries and a soda and it came to £27 (at the time of writing)!! The food is easy to swallow, but restaurant prices for what is (great) fast food is making it harder to justify coming 😔

Far from tourist crowds, close to train station. Perfect place to rest and enjoy. Great staff, delicious food.

Ordered to pick up. Arrived early, staff could not have been better, very attentive, polite. Food whenever ordered is always good. There is the expense thing, but to be honest, you can see them making the burgers, THEY WEAR GLOVES, which is always awesome. ( Should have a little tip jar, I will sure add to it, given their service)

Hi. Dear all I need to tell you what happened today to me. With Italyan manger she is from Italy. 🇮🇹. She refused to give me food because I park my bike in front. She is not professional. And not helpful. And she didn’t respect me. At all she is racism I think I’m gonna to take legal action if she did not say sorry to me. And. I advise the big manger to fire her from the store. She is not credited to the business at all. She is mintely have problems I did record everything what happened if she did not say sorry I have to contact with. Leader So please get in touch with me

the numbers did not correspond to the burgers which created chaos with kids as by the time the 3rd one was unwrapped the first burger was already eaten.

Best grilled cheese sandwich I ever had.

Service was relatively quick for a Five Guys, food was good, and the restaurant was clean. More of an issue with the building itself, but was hard to have a conversation and order at the counter with the high metal ceilings causing quite the echo, and the music was very loud.

Tried this place for lunch today and wow I was blown away. The staff where really professional and welcoming, with smiles on their faces. The food was ready in good time and was very good quality and I really believe as five guys Quoted " we focus on the food, not the fast". I would recommend the bacon cheese dog & the bacon cheese burger, the fries are probably the best I've tried. The atmosphere was great and had a real American vibe about it, the music was a little loud but was bearable. Overall fantastic

The service was pretty fast, the restaurant was spacious and very clean. Now: Oh my god, the food. I had the bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and Five Guys Shake with Reese's and Oreo cookie pieces, it was literally the BEST food I have ever tasted out of anywhere I've eaten in my life. Nothing less than perfection. 10/10!

Chips were soggy and cold. Burger was sooo dry, and cold 😖 did not enjoy it at all.

Music a bit too loud for my liking. Chips are very morish, you will not be able to stop going "om and nom and nom". Veggie burger with cheese was yum too. Had pickles as extra topping. Peanut Butter shake was epic to end with, like ice-cream. Girlfriend enjoyed her chips with ketchup. I had mayo.

They're not called Five Dog, but they're not called Five Burger either. Quite loud for my taste, but a great pistachio shake 😋

The burgers are awful. Whoever says the opposite just haven't tried good burgers, I'm sorry. Fries aren't great either. Milkshakes are probably the best options here.

we had a lovely service there was around 13 of us and it was fast and a lovely team to serve us food was quick and they coped with us really well 1st class service

You go here for the fries. The best in town. Also, customer service is really good, which is not something I can say for a lot of places.

The food was very good. The service was very good too. It was, however, freezing inside and for this reason I would not go back, you really couldn't enjoy your meal. The place was full literally of teenagers sitting about not buying anything. There were teenagers sitting in groups on the floor outside also.

Not only it’s the best Five Guys in Cambridge, but also the best of all I’ve visited in the UK. It’s one of the few places left in Cambridge were food is fresh and so so tasty, the place is always clean and the staff is really amazing and kind. The manager is really doing a great job, providing amazing customer service and making sure that the other members of the staff are also trained to provide the same type of service. Congrats to them all for doing such an amazing job ✨

A nice if not a bit expensive for a burger joint, food good though.

The food is nothing special compared to what you pay for it, but you have ample opportunity to customize your burger choice. However it is nice that it stays open late.

So, we had an eventful evening, friends in not the best states, and this five guys MADE OUR NIGHT, they were so nice and lovely, the food was delicious and it raised my mood 🩷

Five Guys burgers and fries are consistently good, but this branch is open till late and it’s great after a movie at the Light Cinema or a gig at the Junction. Staff always friendly, too.

Five Guys on the Leisure Park is a great place. My daughter loves it, the staff are amazing, and it is always clean, bright, and buzzing.

Fantastic service and brilliant food, a model example of a five guys

Been to five guys many times now, mostly in Norwich, this five guys is massive! Plenty of seating! Went for something different this time because I saw recently you can have a Grilled Cheese divided into two halves to act as the buns and then pay for 2 extra patties or 1 If you wanted a single. This was up there with one of the best burgers I've ever had, anywhere, so cheesy, crisp but juicy patties, soo good. Highly recommend asking for this off menu selection.

It's big and spacious Working long hours The junk food was not really tasty and it's super expensive. With the same price you can go somewhere nice a restaurant or so and pay the same or even less. Very noisy

I don't know when a burger, chips and drink got to be £20. It seems a lot for a flavourless burger topped with sticky processed cheese. The place is loud and uncomfortable. The staff are great.

Staff always friendly and attentive. Food is always very good and tasty, but a little expensive. The custom drinks machines are fantastic and clean, but again too expensive. My only gripe is the music is a bit loud for my liking. Its just a tad distracting if you want a relaxing eating expensive. Otherwise its always a great go to place for me

I have visited this specific Five guys restaurant now for just over a year and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this restaurant what so ever! Their service and their food and everything about Five Guys is absolutely Top quality, the Staff is nothing but Professional and Amazing with customer service!!! 10/10!!!!!!

Tasty food, quick service, clean facilities. The portions of fries are LARGE. We get one regular between the two of us. Regular burgers are double patties, order a little one for a regular size burger. Pretty good value for money and staff very pleasant.

It's okay for what it is, if you fancy a tasty burger, you will get this, its not cheap, but I guess nowhere is these days. It wouldn't be my first choice of food to eat, but others liked it. It's good you can choose exactly how you'd like your burger, what extras to add and there are loads to choose from. The drinks machine with loads of different flavour combinations was very popular.

Very good fast food served by friendly staff, sitting bang in between the fast food and restaurant price ranges - 5 of us out for a Birthday treat worked out at £12 a head. Excellent burgers and perfectly cooked fries (ordered 2 regular between 5 as portions are huge), accompanied by the best shake ever to have passed my lips! We'll be back.

The best burger and fries I've ever eaten in my life, there's a reason it's expensive! All cooked there and then fresh on site, unlimited fizzy drink, incredible milkshake and hotdogs, and free nuts 😅 love it 😊

Burger was just OK freshly cooked smash burgers made to order... not enough sauce so couldn't taste yummy bbq. Was looking forward to the fries but disappointed by these dry hollow over salted shells. The ones that were were ok just tainted by the not very nice ones :( the people were super lovely and the place was clean. So no issues there it just didn't live up to the hype, there are plenty of other places in Cambridge that do tastier burgers for the same price or much cheaper!! (Sorry Five Guys)

Best burger and polite staff even though we went on closing hours.

Visited with my children, first time I've been there and would happily go back. Was a bit quiet so little atmosphere but everything else was good. Friendly helpful staff. Food came quickly, was hot and good. Girls who are 7 and 9 also enjoyed it.

Always a reliable and pleasant dining experience, food is always great, love the fries done in peanut oil! The staff are great and really know what they are doing, other fast food joints should take notes how to efficiently run a kitchen! Wish the music was a little quieter, but good rock soundtrack!
