My food here was very delicious, with amazing service from Marissa who made me feel very welcomed. Would definitely come back again.

Through just eat - food kept being pushed back, it’s been 3 hours now and still saying preparing order but courier is at restaurant. Third time this has happened to us within a couple months. I don’t want no automated copy paste reply I want an actual reply. Going to be leaving this exact review on just eat when it can. If the order never gets cancelled and food never turns up and you’ve taken our money we won’t be best impressed. It doesn’t matter if it was delivery or not, still not acceptable and we are going through just eat too.

Was very loaded last time we went in there. Was super busy and when we ordered food it took 1 hour before we got it all because we got a milkshake. A bit disappointing but I forgive you five guys.

After ordering and waiting for 2hours!! The food arrived and a burger was missing! We tried to ring the restaurant as we had waited so long and this was our dinner! it rang through for around 30min+ and no answer from them at all! The food was cold. Will not be ordering again.

Incredibly disappointed. Your delivery driver has stolen from me. This is not cheap food and to open the bag to find 2 burgers missing has ruined your reputation. I called the restaurant, they said the full order left them. Terrible experience.

Not happy, the order took nearly two hours to be delivered and its stone cold, both the burger and chips absolutely stone cold really isn’t good enough, I can appreciate it’s a Saturday night but for a simple order it’s not good.

I have been here twice in last few weeks, service was very efficient and friendly, the burgers and fries were excellent both times, whilst not cheap I think they are worth it for the quality, toppings and taste. To keep costs down a tad we shared a small portions of fries which was enough for 2 adults. Look forward to my next visit.

The delivery drive gave us somebody else’s order. When contacting the restaurant they told us the driver was given two orders and he gave the wrong order to both customers. When we told him it was the wrong food, he just told us to go and talk to five guys - who were the wrong people to contact as they couldn’t do anything to help.

The food was almost 3 hours being delivered. I tried to cancel but couldn’t do so through the app. Really disappointing.

stone cold food and milkshake like water. 25quid for a horrible meal. Saw the driver divert from frimley to Farnborough before delivering. terrible.

So glad we ordered despite the negative reviews. Our order was slightly delayed (there was a time jump) but the restaurant was so nice about it when we called. Popped it into the over for a minute and food was absolutely delicious. Will order again.

Ordered one bacon cheeseburger and one bacon burger. When they arrived both had cheese on which makes me really ill. Called them up and was told they'd make another if we drove down to pick it up!!! We had delivery for a reason. Very unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

Was really looking forward to a lovely 5 guys burger until 2 hours later when it all went downhill. Started with diareaha and then violently throwing up about 30 minutes after, got so bad to the point I couldn’t get out of bed as I felt so cold and weak. Will never be going to a five guys again.

First time at a 5 guys. £18 for burger and fries ! Was good but not that good. I like fully loaded messy burgers. If you don't then I am not sure you would like this place. I did not like paying a proper resturant price for a meal you eat out of tin foil. There is no table service like a proper restuarant. tip - the small burger is enough really and share a small fries between two for a sensible sized snack.

So went for the first time never been before Burgers where brilliant couldn’t complain however fries where average but what can you do with fries I guess The only thing is for fast food I can’t believe two drinks 1 fries and 2 burgers total cost 38 quid Food was nice but didn’t feel like it should cost that much

Edit: Last time was better. Let's see if it keeps up Been to five guys in Reading and Portsmouth, but only in Camberley you'd get half the fries as any other five guys. In Portsmouth, I was warned by the staff not to order 2 regular fries for 2 people because regular meant to serve 2-3 people. Now here in Camberley a "large" and a regular still left a lot to desire. Felt ripped off bad.

Smells like a dirty mop. I Had 1(one) jalapeno in my burger. Large portion of fries seemed smaller than usual, burger overcooked.. and where's the mayo guys?

Times kept changing and it took well over 2 hours, to deliver

Chips satuated in salt so unable to eat. Chips once just lined the bag and cold as the container is a useless cup. Hot dog overcooked and too tough to eat. At these prices, Five Guys should not be getting away with these shoddy practices.

Got a delivery yesterday over 1 and a half hours late, the brown bag was sodden in oil when the delivery driver handed it to me the bottom of the bag gave up all my food fell on the floor, he didn't give a shi plus it was literally freezing cold, so a little advice people over priced slop literally a zero all across the board

We had a delicious meal, cooked quickly and with great, friendly service. The food was piping hot and very tasty. It's not cheap...but it was good! Only downside was music was just a little too loud.

Missing fries and took over 2 hours late

Wow that burger was unreal best burger I’ve ever had!

I placed my order at 17.59 and at 20.30 it still hadn’t arrived and was showing as ‘Awaiting a driver’. At 20.30 it suddenly updated and said delivered even though my order didn’t arrive!!!!

Took 3 hours to arrive, called the restaurant and was told it was ready 35 minutes after ordering, leaving it sat there 2+ hours!

Food never turned up even though app said it has been delivered! Can only assume your delivery driver had dinner on me!! I clicked on contact us on app and it says we will get back to you within 2 days! That does not help me get my food tonight!

Just eat maps are terrible and need sorting out always problems ….

Food was ordered at 6pm and arrived at 9 15pm. Food was cold. Not happy at all

The milkshake had fallen over during the delivery, the lid came off and split everywhere. The hot food however was brilliant. Extra side ketchup was missing.

19 minute wait for a little cheeseburger and little fries around 6pm on a Tuesday, it wasn't just my order and the place was quiet. Fries were undercooked, mostly inedible and barely filled the white cup. Bun wasn't toasted enough and very 'doughy'. No apology for the wait. The worst Five Guys experience I've had by far. First time at Camberley and won't be back.

Honestly don't mind the wait at all, it's completely worth it! My issue is that there is absolutely no way to address the missing half of the drinks I had ordered; 10% of the cost of the order!

Had a family burger meal via Deliveroo missing items from order had to visit the store £50 this is the worst meal I have ever purchased even taking away the disgusting Deliveroo service the burgers and chips we’re disgusting and £50…….

Popped in with my two young children to get milkshakes and Matt was so high vibration and lovely, very much appreciated him and the service. Highly recommended!

I'm a food delivery driver, with many years experience. This has to be one of the worst restaurants for looking after delivery drivers. Place is run by a bunch of inexperienced children, who do not know how to get orders ready, or on time, as well as not notifying you when it is. You are left waiting for a long time, sometimes 30 minutes, when I could have had multiple orders from elsewhere in the time it takes them to get their orders ready. Feel sorry for the customers receiving the delivery. Don't recommend picking up orders from here, or getting home delivery. Please sort yourselves out Five Guys!!!

All that time to be missing a burger

Really amazing burgers made just the way you want them. The staff are really helpful.

My family and I usually enjoy Five Guys in the past, but this time our experience was terrible! The food was awful, with several items unavailable and everything served stone cold. Despite raising the issue with the staff, we were dismissed with a casual "it's just a bit cold." Considering the price, I strongly advise against dining at Five Guys. Additionally, the drinks machine was out of carbonation, and our order was completely incorrect. Save your money and go somewhere else!!! AOVID!!!!

Likewise, the best burgers, yummy fries and it’s really mind blowing taste. Anamaria made me a milkshake which was absolutely delicious. You are a star.

no straws and not enough sauce given

I’ve been to other five guys restaurants, that were fine. This one however made MacDonalds look like Claridges. None of the tables were wiped down and no one looked as if they were even considering cleaning up the accumulated detritus on the tables, floor, drinks area. Drink machines were pumping out barely fizzy, room temperature liquid that just didn’t taste like the Real thing. The burger was OK. The fries- looked like they needed an oil change. I see they have a food hygiene rating of 5. Maybe they have behind the counter, but it’s certainly not reflected in the state of the dining area. It wouldn’t take much to just put one person on table clearance and fix the drink machine.

The driver was amazing food not and took ages

Five guys provided rude and slow service, getting my food way ahead of my partners. When we asked to shut the door, they said no and just shrugged and turned away. The place is completely freezing & Rude .. Avoid I say

Late, & Cold food and missing items

Always a 5/5 star. Fantastic staff, always make you laugh, take their time with you whilst you order, and if you're not sure what you want, ask them. They know ALL the good stuff. Amazing hot and fresh food, you MUST TRY the Pistachio milkshake..... it's rich with flavour and will compliment your burger of choice. I always stop by here when in Camberley and always stop by before going to the cinema. Its just a great place.

Ordered at 6.58 with delivery time of 7.40-8.00, finally arrived at 9.15 and was cold

It took over an hour to get the food but I imagined I’d take a bit so I was ok with it.. only thing the fries were nearly cold and the burger lukewarm.. apart from that the food was good..

Slightly cold, missing straw for milkshake, and large fries were not large, there were very few of them. Burgers still tasty although they were a little pink / medium for my taste.
