First time at a 5 guys. £18 for burger and fries ! Was good but not that good. I like fully loaded messy burgers. If you don't then I am not sure you would like this place. I did not like paying a proper resturant price for a meal you eat out of tin foil. There is no table service like a proper restuarant. tip - the small burger is enough really and share a small fries between two for a sensible sized snack.

So went for the first time never been before Burgers where brilliant couldn’t complain however fries where average but what can you do with fries I guess The only thing is for fast food I can’t believe two drinks 1 fries and 2 burgers total cost 38 quid Food was nice but didn’t feel like it should cost that much

Edit: Last time was better. Let's see if it keeps up Been to five guys in Reading and Portsmouth, but only in Camberley you'd get half the fries as any other five guys. In Portsmouth, I was warned by the staff not to order 2 regular fries for 2 people because regular meant to serve 2-3 people. Now here in Camberley a "large" and a regular still left a lot to desire. Felt ripped off bad.

Smells like a dirty mop. I Had 1(one) jalapeno in my burger. Large portion of fries seemed smaller than usual, burger overcooked.. and where's the mayo guys?

Expensive but delicious. Fries was cooked well, burger's just full filling.

Got a delivery yesterday over 1 and a half hours late, the brown bag was sodden in oil when the delivery driver handed it to me the bottom of the bag gave up all my food fell on the floor, he didn't give a shi plus it was literally freezing cold, so a little advice people over priced slop literally a zero all across the board

We had a delicious meal, cooked quickly and with great, friendly service. The food was piping hot and very tasty. It's not cheap...but it was good! Only downside was music was just a little too loud.

19 minute wait for a little cheeseburger and little fries around 6pm on a Tuesday, it wasn't just my order and the place was quiet. Fries were undercooked, mostly inedible and barely filled the white cup. Bun wasn't toasted enough and very 'doughy'. No apology for the wait. The worst Five Guys experience I've had by far. First time at Camberley and won't be back.

Had a family burger meal via Deliveroo missing items from order had to visit the store £50 this is the worst meal I have ever purchased even taking away the disgusting Deliveroo service the burgers and chips we’re disgusting and £50…….

Popped in with my two young children to get milkshakes and Matt was so high vibration and lovely, very much appreciated him and the service. Highly recommended!

I'm a food delivery driver, with many years experience. This has to be one of the worst restaurants for looking after delivery drivers. Place is run by a bunch of inexperienced children, who do not know how to get orders ready, or on time, as well as not notifying you when it is. You are left waiting for a long time, sometimes 30 minutes, when I could have had multiple orders from elsewhere in the time it takes them to get their orders ready. Feel sorry for the customers receiving the delivery. Don't recommend picking up orders from here, or getting home delivery. Please sort yourselves out Five Guys!!!

Food is always great, definitely worth paying the little bit extra to have a nice burger here !

My family and I usually enjoy Five Guys in the past, but this time our experience was terrible! The food was awful, with several items unavailable and everything served stone cold. Despite raising the issue with the staff, we were dismissed with a casual "it's just a bit cold." Considering the price, I strongly advise against dining at Five Guys. Additionally, the drinks machine was out of carbonation, and our order was completely incorrect. Save your money and go somewhere else!!! AOVID!!!!

Likewise, the best burgers, yummy fries and it’s really mind blowing taste. Anamaria made me a milkshake which was absolutely delicious. You are a star.

I’ve been to other five guys restaurants, that were fine. This one however made MacDonalds look like Claridges. None of the tables were wiped down and no one looked as if they were even considering cleaning up the accumulated detritus on the tables, floor, drinks area. Drink machines were pumping out barely fizzy, room temperature liquid that just didn’t taste like the Real thing. The burger was OK. The fries- looked like they needed an oil change. I see they have a food hygiene rating of 5. Maybe they have behind the counter, but it’s certainly not reflected in the state of the dining area. It wouldn’t take much to just put one person on table clearance and fix the drink machine.

Five guys provided rude and slow service, getting my food way ahead of my partners. When we asked to shut the door, they said no and just shrugged and turned away. The place is completely freezing & Rude .. Avoid I say

Always a 5/5 star. Fantastic staff, always make you laugh, take their time with you whilst you order, and if you're not sure what you want, ask them. They know ALL the good stuff. Amazing hot and fresh food, you MUST TRY the Pistachio milkshake..... it's rich with flavour and will compliment your burger of choice. I always stop by here when in Camberley and always stop by before going to the cinema. Its just a great place.

Service was fast and quality food served. Staff were friendly at the till or when I asked for a extra bag for my left overs chips 😁. Definitely will revisit. Giving 4 star for service due to lack of self-service till for ordering.

Our order came to over £60. After paying for ‘Large Fries’ x 2 it was extremely disappointing to only receive two small fries and barely enough to go round. Poor show really, for that kind of money, you should be doing better….

Really slow and VERY expensive ! Can't go to the toilet without a receipt coad and then the receipt didn't even have the coad and dirty tables not cleaned at all.

Thought I would try 5 guys as I seen them in Birmingham and London so I saw one in camberley today.got greater buy a very nice lady very polite but that really was it the shake was not up to standards the strawberry one also the orio one Asked for small fries and daughter asked for cheese burger and large fries I received a full and I mean full bag of fries could not eat then they tasted vile daughter eat her chesse Burger and small fries the entertainment was some bloke in a red top shouting at the poor cook 31 pounds give or take a few pence for two shakes small fries and a cheeseburger and large fries was shocking definitely not going to a five guys ever again

Shocking service,Just waited 20 minutes for x2 cheese dogs and fries,Ended up asking for my money back. Place was dead and another couple said they had also been waiting for 20 minutes. I was told conflicting information regarding our food and my refund. Manager on duty was Matthew told him I'm not going back again. My son just informed me that he had to wait 30 minutes earlier for his food. Went next door to Nandos and had our food in 5 minutes Nandos 1 five guys 0

The manager James was very upbeat and helpful! One of the cleanest places I’ve seen too. Food was warm and the surplus of fries was a lovely boost to my day!

Last night we used Five Guys website to place an ASAP collection order but the website gave us a collection time two hours later. We went into the restaurant and explained the situation and the manager could not have been more apologetic. He then prepared & cooked our order straight away and for the inconvenience he offered us a free soda whilst we waited. Five star customer service.

This spot is great as they give free peanuts and refills and the grilled cheese is great as you can add jalapeños to it.

Saturday afternoon 14.47. Not a single table clean and only a few people in here. Absolutely disgusting.

Really the best burger I've ever had. Went to the cinema to watch a film with my children but popped into five guys for a bite to eat and honestly the best burger, skin on chips and milkshake I've every had. The service, taste and atmosphere was top notch. 5*

Five Guys Camberley is a great experience that will bring you the true taste of satisfaction. The meals were made quick and tasted incredibly delicious! It looked great and I loved the fact that you could get up and collect it. The drinks station was an awesome creation- I'd never seen anything like it! I also loved the fact that when you tapped on the screen, a drink of your choice poured automatically into your cup. I would've given them a tip, but I didn't have any money on me. What made part of it lovely is that it was nice and peaceful, so not much craziness at all. I do really think Five Guys is a spectacular place to visit on special occasions. The meal filled my stomach with food snd joy.

This is an excellent addition to the varied restaurants in Camberley. 5 guys offers a really straightforward menu and the quality and quantity of the food we order never disappoints. The burgers are always cooked to perfection and the chips are served generously. I also like that you can get as much sauce i.e. mayonnaise and ketchup you want instead of constantly asking for more from staff. Will definitely be a frequent customer here. 2 thumbs up for 5 guys Camberley.

The worst chain we've been staffs especially the cashier needs more training and knowledge of the job constantly talking not minding the customers needs.

Delivery is awful! All the chips missed off our order and the burgers were very expensive and subpar. Rang to complain and Five Guys could not have cared less. A bad experience can be forgiven but bad customer service can not.

Spent over £40 on a birthday treat. £12 worth of items were missing. Store just said that the driver probably had them. No refund. Food we did receive was not edible, soggy and wet. Money wasted.

I visited with a person sensitive to noise. Spoke to one of the servers about turning the music down just a bit so we could dine here. He explained that the music has to be at a certain level, but he would turn it down just a tad while the person I was with dined. Five star just for him and he understanding this server was. Food good as usual. I really should have waited until we'd left to write this review. No sooner had I posted the reviews, the person who appeared to be the manager turned up the music again. I was saddened by his behaviour and I could see the rest of the staff looking over at us. Thank you for responding to this message, and had I known before now that I could have edited my review, I would have done so straight away. The person I was with had a noise sensitivity. He was simply having lunch somewhere different for a change!

This restaurant should not be considered fast food as we waited for more than an hour for our food as the stuff Prioritise Online orders and Uber Eats over customers in the store. We found out this information after complaining as we couldn't understand why the weight was so long considering there were only two other groups in the store.

My family were well looked after by manager Elena and her team when #justeat failed to complete the order. Thank you.

Brilliant fresh burgers and fries

Very dirty place - rubbish on the tables and food under. We had to ask the staff to clean the table for us, which they really took their time with... Food is mediocre and quite pricy, only beef on the menu, the chips had a ton salt on them. Would not recommend.

It's my first time to five guys, the man on the till was fantastic, great service and definitely had the patience of a saint.. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered via Deliveroo and the food was overcooked but also cold. Cancelled the chips for absolutely no reason and didn’t call to update, just didn’t bother to send them. Called multiple times to try and get an answer and no response. Absolutely appalling service.

Less than 10 people in the restaurant, we came in for a milkshake. We're told there was a 40 minute wait for food, so they've stopped milkshakes. Obviously so busy they don't need our business.

Who doesn't love a Five Guys burger, the Camberley restaurant is still relatively new but I was surprised to find it almost empty on a Saturday at 5pm - here's why, 2 burgers and chips for £35 is just ridiculous (it's not Michelin star). In this current economic crisis I think five guys could seriously go out to business. They need to rethink their business model. I'd happily pay £20 for 2 burgers and chips - that seems fair.

Good food. Bit pricey for a burger "joint"

I went in here for a quick burger when stopping overnight in Camberley. The fries are cooked in peanut oil, which is a whole lot better than canola. If they used beef dripping, they'd be even better. To my surprise, ninety percent of the dozen or so customers were young, male North African immigrants, talking Arabic.

Their hot dogs aren't hot dogs and the toilets are locked. I miss Bella Italia man.

From start to finish mine and my partners experience was incredible we were greeted by a lady called Roxanne and she was very polite and know exactly how to help a new customer walk through the door and to make them become a regular and returning customer, honestly the best person i have met in the customer service industry

Not been to 5 Guys before so this was an unknown. Must say the burger was really good and the chips as well. It's a basic fast food meal but done well. Chose to eat in as the store we visited was not too busy.

£28.10 for 2 hotdogs, 2 chips, and 2 drinks. How can that be justified? Nice food, but a total rip off.

Ordered to collect burger, hotdog and milkshakes and it was very delicious. Best burger and hot dog I ever had. I tried in lot of places but five guys, you guys were outstanding. The only disappointment was that I was little bit late to collect it because of my busy worK schedule and the guy who served me with curly hair was very polite and had great customer service. Five GUYS. You guys are doing a great job and will definitely be back.

One of, if not the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, not just with Five Guys but in general. I’ve been to quite a few Five guys in Guildford and a few in London and considering this store is fairly new, I’ve never had such a horrible experience both with the food quality and customer service. They need to have a hard look at their staff. The Blonde on the tills with the bushy eyebrows too busy flirting with her dunce of a co worker to take my order. I was met with an eye roll once I asked if they would take my order (was the only ones in the restaurant). Didn’t ask if I wanted toppings was not helpful and then proceeded to go back whispering and giggling. As for the food, we were served at least 3-4 hour old fries they were cold, chewy and had no crunch, I could tell by the lack of oil on the brown paper bag how dry and stale they were. My burger was not palatable. Burnt bun and dry, clogged the throat. Store was a mess, chips all over the floor. Will never return and suggest anyone who reads this doesn’t either until they sort it out.

Took my son here for a birthday treat today ..wasn't sure what to expect but the food was very tasty and the cajun fries especially nice . Would recommend 👌

Ordered through deliveroo, order was delivered sealed but an item was missing. Contacted the restaurant and they just said there’s nothing they can do and will not be resending the missing item, so 3/4 people had dinner tonight. Thanks five guys 👎🏼

First time at 5gs , service was spot on. Burgers were ace , fries were a little disappointing as it seemed we had all the small end bits in our cup. Good to see proper cleaning down of tables between punters as well. Definitely be back but probably skip the fries myself .

Lovely staff but food was cold and not that good. Needs process improvements so food isn't sat getting cold for so long. Also 24 staff and 12 customers but yet incredibly slow? How?

Utterly disgusting in there. We walked out. When you charge over 10 quid for a burger I expect the floor to be cleaned. Bins overflowing and cr*p everywhere (I have a video if you'd like to see it) perhaps ask the 12 year olds "running" the place to grab a mop. Where's the adult running it. Utterly shocked. You need to sort yourselves out.. vile

Burger was full of grease, outer wrapper greasy, had to pick up with a napkin. Very expensive, stick to burger king.

Great food but horrendous service!!! Stood around watching the employers while I was waiting for my food with my family! Everyone who was working behind the till were all talking!! Smacking food onto the grill. Absolutely making a mockery of the food they were serving! Overly staffed for a branch that has no management at all! Absolutely appalling! Will not be getting food from here again!!! SHOCKING WORKERS!! Only one girl who served me was very polite and actually took her job seriously!! Guildford branch is way better!! Do not order from this restaurant via Just-eat. Order will never arrive and you will waste money on the service charge that Just-eat keep. Order goes from 'Driver at restaurant' to saying 'Delivered' within 5 minutes of the order being placed. Restaurant does not answer the phone to rectify order.

As a first time customer, first time eater and first time five guys experience I was blown away. Not only was the cashier polite and welcoming to my wonderment over the menu as well as informative to answer any questions I may have had (particularly the all in). It was a joyful atmosphere that lept me well entertained while waiting as well as the magical sight of peanuts! Yes, I know. I have never been to five guys nor witnessed their concept. However, if you want a filling and well made burger with fried go! If not for the food go for the wonderful staff. Thankyou five guys camberley for a memorable first time. I will be back again!

Very tasty food. Quite expensive for what it is but as it is so tasty its worth that bit of extra cost.

Our first Five Guys experience certainly lived up the the hype. We opted for 2 salted caramel shakes with regular fries. Wow, they were absolutely awesome!! Proper USA standards. So good. The regular fries could have easier served 4 people. Very large tasty portion with the skin on. £15 is on the higher price point, but it was certainly worth it for a treat. Looking forward to going back!!! Worth noting, don't run straight up the stairs to the toilets without knowing the door code... as you will be running straight back down again... I never quite understand the need to lock the doors in a restaurant...

Food was 1.30 minutes hour late!!!!

Disappointing! Ordered at 7pm via Just eat, arrived at 9.20pm, an hour and half after expected time.. Multiple calls to restaurant which were not answered. Poor Just Eat guy got an earful but it was Five Guys fault. Cold food and £49 wasted.. don’t think I’ll give them a 2nd order!

Very disappointed. Have waited 2 hours for delivery and still not here. It gave a second update 1 hour ago to say the driver was in the restaurant picking up order and apparently still picking it up! I will probably go to McDonald’s as my guests are hungry. Will never use this service again Now unable to post this comment

This is the place for you if you want horrible experience. We order our food with our cousins at the same time, they get their food in 20 minutes and 90 minutes later finally we get our below average burger! The restaurant has 20+ staff yet they cannot serve food quickly they are slower than Wes Morgan in Fifa. While I become malnourished and start to decompose at my table, they have lost my order in a tornado like mess. COME ON! Then I get some chips which are drowned in paprika, so spicy that they are inedible and burn my throat to dust. In the time I spent to get my food I would have already had a 5 course meal. STAY AWAY FROM FIVE GUYS CAMBERLEY, they are more overrated than Trent Alexander Arnold and Maguire.

Great food and service a bit pricey and the dining area was cold.

Chips were alright and even though there were some in the bag, they didn't fill the large cup to the top which I was surprised about considering they can't throw stuff away. You are better off just getting small chips and hope for the best. Grilled Cheese was a joke they turned two burger buns inside out and slapped a cheese single and fried for £4 as well. I make better grilled cheese at home.They also need to bring more options cuz it's so limited like a chicken or pork sandwich cuz the blt ain't enough

Great food. Good service. One thing I didn't like is the code for the toilets, makes it feel a bit like a prison to try and get in and out.

Can't fault the food here, when you eventually get it. I took the kids to the new five guys in Camberley as a treat, they ordered 2 burgers and 3 milkshakes, with 3 small fries. The place was bustling, but we did manage to get seats at the high tables. The shakes were ready pretty quickly, within about 5 minutes, the burgers however took another 25 minutes to get, so shakes were long gone before the food was ready. When it did eventually arrive the food was good, as it usually is at 5 guys. Juat think it's early days and the staff and line cooks haven't got the process down yet. All in, I'd go back, but not for a while until the hype and newness of it all settles down.

So very disappointed with Five Guys Camberley. Very dirty place and our Veg Burgers came after 14 minutes - very cold. The story given to us was that they had to wait for the chips. Who has to wait for chips!!!! So let down. A manager could not be bothered to talk to us. Wasted £15 which we do want back. We even went when it was relatively quite. I run a restaurant so I know how easy it is to keep it clean and give hot food.

Nothing more invigorating than getting charged £20 for fries, a drink & a burger which deteriorates into a wet soggy mess before you get a chance to eat it.

By far the best place to get a burger in Camberley. Albeit expensive, but worth it for an occasional treat. Some Five Guys branches have ever so slightly different tastes. The first Five Guys I had in Covent Garden was the best tasting. I've tried Five Guys in Maidstone, Bluewater, Milton Keynes and Guildford, and the one in Camberley is the 2nd best I've tasted.

We kept hearing about how fantastic Five Guys was and that we had to try it, so were pleased when it arrived locally. We probably shouldn't have gone on the busy opening weekend, but that aside, there isn't enough seating to manage capacity, the bright lights & noise levels gave me such a headache, I definitely couldn't hold a conversation, let alone hear myself think. My husband said he's been to quieter nightclubs! So if you like that "vibe", then this place is for you! Otherwise, the food was average, but I can get a much better tasting & more reasonably priced burger at McD's, so personally I won't be returning. I have to say though, the staff were very helpful & on the ball considering how busy it was.

Best burger place. Fresh well made burgers and you can always taste how fresh they are, I’ve never had a bad thing to say about any five guys I’ve been to! You can see that the staff communicate well in Camberley and are trying to make things as smooth as possible for people (sometimes even when your voice is very loud when shouting orders numbers, if people aren’t paying attention then they will miss their number). People that say they will have a better burger at McDonald’s clearly have very bland tastes buds and cannot comprehend the flavours they experience at five guys, so take that with a pinch of salt. Like I said, you can taste how fresh the burgers, fries (cajun are the best) so that will reflect in the price. I mean you get free peanuts whilst you wait (best peanuts I’ve ever had btw) and loads of fizzy drinks to choose from, what more can you want?

great food, easy to understand menu. However on the app, I saw the option for desert milkshakes including a millionaire shortbread flavour, so i went up to order that and was told it didn't exist
