Five Guys Camberley in Surrey Heath

I recently visited Five Guys in Camberley and wanted to share my experience. The cheeseburger with bacon and onions was fantastic – cooked perfectly, juicy, and full of flavor. The fries were also a highlight, a really generous portion with that great salty taste. The service was excellent, and I especially wanted to mention Karen, the manager, who was absolutely fabulous and very attentive. The atmosphere is definitely casual and lively. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Five Guys in Camberley, especially thanks to the wonderful service provided by Karen.

"Once again, I had a great experience at the Five Guys in Camberley. Their burgers are always cooked to perfection, and the fries are generous and delicious, which is what I've come to expect. But what really stood out during this visit was the excellent service. Harry looked after us wonderfully; he was friendly, efficient, and made us feel very comfortable. As always, we gave in to temptation and ordered one of their milkshakes, which was thick, creamy, and a total hit. Harry even gave us a good suggestion for combinations to try in the future. I recently visited Five Guys in Camberley after moving to the area, and it was such a great experience! The burgers were really tasty, and I loved how I could choose so many different toppings to make it just the way I like. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, making them the perfect side to go with the burger. But the best part was the milkshake! It was thick, creamy, and full of delicious flavors like peanut butter, Oreo, and chocolate. It felt like a treat and a drink all in one. I’m really glad I tried it, and I’ll definitely be back!

A lovely lady named Karen served me, she was extremely helpful with helping me choose toppings and my burger was delcious. Definitely the best service i’ve ever had in a Five Guys.

2 hours after ordering, after calling the restaurant and after logging a complaint the food arrived cold. For over an hour the website read that the driver was at the restaurant.

Through just eat - food kept being pushed back, it’s been 3 hours now and still saying preparing order but courier is at restaurant. Third time this has happened to us within a couple months. I don’t want no automated copy paste reply I want an actual reply. Going to be leaving this exact review on just eat when it can. If the order never gets cancelled and food never turns up and you’ve taken our money we won’t be best impressed. It doesn’t matter if it was delivery or not, still not acceptable and we are going through just eat too.

Burgers and the chip were cold and was missing 2 portions of chips! Tried to call to to find out why but no answer

Food was barely lukewarm, milkshake melted to water like fluid. Food took 3 hours to arrive, kept being pushed back, no answer from the restaurant phone call. This is absolutely a disgrace! Third time this has happened, third time I’ve had to wait 3 hours to arrive, two orders beforehand on a different date from this restaurant were cancelled after waiting hours. Not recommend for delivery at all!! Appalling service, appalling delivery time.

Usually love this place but sadly it arrived freezing cold and without the ordered burger toppings - surely this the whole point of customising a burger ! On arrival the driver asked us how long we had been waiting as they had kept him waiting over 30 minutes at the restaurant - possibly explains why our food was stone cold!

time kept on changing later and later, in the end we went and picked up the order ourselves. 1.5 hours after we ordered it and it was cold where it had just been sat there. not the 1st time this has happened.

I ordered this at 17.36. It FINALLY arrived at 19.42. Not good enough at all. Chips/fries were also stone cold upon arrival.

Was very loaded last time we went in there. Was super busy and when we ordered food it took 1 hour before we got it all because we got a milkshake. A bit disappointing but I forgive you five guys.

After ordering and waiting for 2hours!! The food arrived and a burger was missing! We tried to ring the restaurant as we had waited so long and this was our dinner! it rang through for around 30min+ and no answer from them at all! The food was cold. Will not be ordering again.

Possibly not Five Guys fault but the food was only vaguely warm when it arrived. The driver kept the cold drink next to the hot food. Could have been the cause.

Incredibly disappointed. Your delivery driver has stolen from me. This is not cheap food and to open the bag to find 2 burgers missing has ruined your reputation. I called the restaurant, they said the full order left them. Terrible experience.

Not happy, the order took nearly two hours to be delivered and its stone cold, both the burger and chips absolutely stone cold really isn’t good enough, I can appreciate it’s a Saturday night but for a simple order it’s not good.

I have been here twice in last few weeks, service was very efficient and friendly, the burgers and fries were excellent both times, whilst not cheap I think they are worth it for the quality, toppings and taste. To keep costs down a tad we shared a small portions of fries which was enough for 2 adults. Look forward to my next visit.

The delivery drive gave us somebody else’s order. When contacting the restaurant they told us the driver was given two orders and he gave the wrong order to both customers. When we told him it was the wrong food, he just told us to go and talk to five guys - who were the wrong people to contact as they couldn’t do anything to help.

So glad we ordered despite the negative reviews. Our order was slightly delayed (there was a time jump) but the restaurant was so nice about it when we called. Popped it into the over for a minute and food was absolutely delicious. Will order again.

Ordered one bacon cheeseburger and one bacon burger. When they arrived both had cheese on which makes me really ill. Called them up and was told they'd make another if we drove down to pick it up!!! We had delivery for a reason. Very unhelpful and didn't seem to care.

Was really looking forward to a lovely 5 guys burger until 2 hours later when it all went downhill. Started with diareaha and then violently throwing up about 30 minutes after, got so bad to the point I couldn’t get out of bed as I felt so cold and weak. Will never be going to a five guys again.

First time at a 5 guys. £18 for burger and fries ! Was good but not that good. I like fully loaded messy burgers. If you don't then I am not sure you would like this place. I did not like paying a proper resturant price for a meal you eat out of tin foil. There is no table service like a proper restuarant. tip - the small burger is enough really and share a small fries between two for a sensible sized snack.

So went for the first time never been before Burgers where brilliant couldn’t complain however fries where average but what can you do with fries I guess The only thing is for fast food I can’t believe two drinks 1 fries and 2 burgers total cost 38 quid Food was nice but didn’t feel like it should cost that much

Edit: Last time was better. Let's see if it keeps up Been to five guys in Reading and Portsmouth, but only in Camberley you'd get half the fries as any other five guys. In Portsmouth, I was warned by the staff not to order 2 regular fries for 2 people because regular meant to serve 2-3 people. Now here in Camberley a "large" and a regular still left a lot to desire. Felt ripped off bad.

Smells like a dirty mop. I Had 1(one) jalapeno in my burger. Large portion of fries seemed smaller than usual, burger overcooked.. and where's the mayo guys?

Times kept changing and it took well over 2 hours, to deliver

Chips satuated in salt so unable to eat. Chips once just lined the bag and cold as the container is a useless cup. Hot dog overcooked and too tough to eat. At these prices, Five Guys should not be getting away with these shoddy practices.

Got a delivery yesterday over 1 and a half hours late, the brown bag was sodden in oil when the delivery driver handed it to me the bottom of the bag gave up all my food fell on the floor, he didn't give a shi plus it was literally freezing cold, so a little advice people over priced slop literally a zero all across the board

We had a delicious meal, cooked quickly and with great, friendly service. The food was piping hot and very tasty. It's not cheap...but it was good! Only downside was music was just a little too loud.
