Since the new management their food is awesome 🤩

I ordered a Lamb donna with Chilli sauce and the trimmings, i was really looking forward to get stuck, but when it arrived i discovered that i actually had to make the donna myself, the lamb came in a box, the onions etc came in another box and the pitta bread was separate (and rock hard) plus no chilli sauce it was garlic. Really.......... never again, i simple small order and you get wrong and i had to do all the hard work at home. poooor

The menu offers rice at a very good price but he has stopped serving it because of lack of demand. I wish we had bought it more often, it's use it or lose it. I had a lamb shish kebab. The salad was crisp and the meat was juicy and tender. There was plenty of it too.

Since new management the food quality is excellent, they gave more on the menu with superb flavours. I gave them a second chance once I saw the new management sign and I was pleasantly surprised, new clean place, great people and super tasty food. I will be coming again 5stars *****

Order from here all the time, best chicken kebab and always deliver quickly. Portion sizes are quite large and they separate the salad from the meat and bread so it stays hot and isn’t soggy. Overall quality and taste was very high. Will continue to keep ordering from here.

I’ve been going to flame bbq grill since new owners it’s the best kebab I’ve ever had the food is top quality and the owners are very welcoming I would recommend anyone to try the food you would not be disappointed!

10/10 as always. In my opinion the best chicken shish in the area, comes like its straight from Istanbul. Lovely fresh salad and perfectly cooked chicken.

We checked this place out recently. Food was really fresh and great quality. The new owners are really friendly and welcoming. They have done a great job on the place. Definitely going again.

Great food and excellent customer service. The guy made half chicken doner pizza and half mix meat doner pizza as my wife prefer chicken only! He added some extra toppings that suits our taste buds and made it very delicious. Highly recommended.

Lovely chips and cheese burger, it was nice being able to choose what we want in the salad also. Some good variety in the menu with just Donner and chips with the salad of choice.

Ordered a kebab and it came in separate containers, which was weird. Salad was fresh, pitta was rock hard and meat was pretty greasy. Portion size was good though and I enjoyed it until I got to the bottom of the meat, as was sat in grease. Will definitely try them again.

We normal order online but as we were driving past decided to pop in, and I’m glad we did. With the new ownership the service was brilliant, communicating with customer and creating a great atmosphere. We had 2 kebabs and cheesy chips. My partner is fussy with the way his meat is cooked but nothing was too much hassle. They even showed him the meat before we took the order away to confirm it was the way he wanted it. The portion sizes are very generous and I can never finish mine. Overall, 2 very happy (and full) customers. We will definitely be returning!

I wasn’t expecting the chicken kebab to be so good. We’ve gone back quite a few times since. Im not sure if they have new management but the food is perfect & the staff are so friendly. We’ve been back several times now lately & have never been disappointed!

Food is great but the service isnt what it used to be. I ordered large doner with chips for someone. I requested chips to be packed seperately as I wanted to have chips and I am vegetarian which they said we cant do. Despite the fact that was never a problem in past. So I ordered a seperate portion of chips. I then requested for Vinegar chillies, I got told yes we have it and then person at till spoke to gentleman in kitchen who said something in his on language and then person at till said, we dont have it.

Poor. Ordered a chicken burger meal. Chicken burger was literally a peice of chicken in bread, no salad, no sauce. Very disappointing. Will not be returning

I frequent this excellent restaurant often as I like the special air that is exist in this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and well trained. The service is pretty quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is excellent. I came more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is modest. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

Delivered burnt pizza after waiting over a hour then had to wait a hour for a replacement not much better. Called for a refund manager not available. Worker was very rude said no refund and put phone now never will order here again!!!@

They used to serve the best donner kebab meat around Camberley and Farnborough. But they have changed the donner and it is not nice as it used to be :( Service also has gone downhill. Collection orders are never ready for the pickup time they give you.

After having to wait over an hour and a half and being told the driver is 5 minutes away each time I called to find out where my delivery was, I did eventually get my order, the driver was fairly apologetic and the food was average. Quite unsatisfied.

Hands down the BEST!! Ordered almost ten times now over the last few months, consistently awesome food! Cannot beat the charcoal BBQ flavour!! BBQ is best eaten fresh off the grill, so would recommend collecting and munching while it’s hot.

I would give 0 if I could. I left clear instructions on how to reach our house. The driver would not listen to me. He then got frustrated and began swearing and shouting down the phone. 2 Hours after I order, I still have nothing and he's refusing to deliver. Joke of a place. DO NOT ORDER

At the first moment you arrive in this place the stuff gives you a nice feeling. Very friendly hosts, it is a nice place to enjoy with friends or with your date. delicious meals, skillful chef de cuisine, honest cost and professional service. Warmly recommended.

Went into shop to order a half pounder with cheese and asked for £2 lamb doner in a box. Normally they take cash straight away but for this time he didn't! Whilst making the burger he used BARE hands to put in the cheese which is disgusting they got very aggressive when I pointed it out. Finally got my food and they asked me for £9.70!!!! All I got was a burger and £2 doner meat. But they said there prices had gone up! I think it's because I moaned about bare hands! I will be complaining to trading standards NEVER GOING BACK

Such a shame, when we first started using this shop, all was very good, however the last 2 times have been very different with food being cold and very long delivery times, over an hr and half, such a shame, won't be using again!!

Quality has deteriorated recently. Had a kebab for 2 tonight, both cold, pitta was tough (and cold), chicken Doner has actually run out so they cooked some up separately on the grill and it wasn’t good at all....overall just feel it’s gone downhill quite a bit, and it’s not cheap either after recent price increases.

Whenever I visit Camberley, one of my meals is from this restaurant. I love Turkish food especially the Doner Kebabs and this restaurant never fails to deliver what they promise. Very easily reachable even by bus, the bus stop is just outside the restaurant. The food served is Halal for people who prefer Halal meals only.

Only ordered for myself and my daughter both items were incorrect. The customer service response was what do you want me to do about it? Will not be using again just wanted to make others aware. They make a mistake its your fault what a sad state of affairs.

Seriously overpriced and owner is very rude. At least have some courtesy and manners when charging such high prices! Large chicken sheesh for 7.50 which is two scewers...20p for sum pickled chillies and 50p "service charge" for using card to pay..for a takeaway is allot...didnt bother with chips as friend said its rubbish! Smell is enticing with charcoal being used to cook but due to poor service and over price i would not recommend

Went here today just as they opened... looked clean enough dissapointedto say the least. Kebab meat was chewy like rubber.. pizza was " bitty"... only thing that was nice was the chips!!! Wouldn't visit this place again!!

Do not order pizza it came dry, missing 2 ingredients, greasy. If you do order a takeaway from these people check it at the door, if I had it would of gone straight back

Friendly staff with great selection; succulent chicken and tender lamb cooked just right! You have to try their fantastic lamb ribs. They have became our family favourite, and we never order without at least a couple of portions.

Ordered a chicken kebab, a cheese and pineapple burger and chips. The chips were disgusting, tasted like they'd been re-heated and went straight in the bin. The burger looked like it had been kicked round the floor and had no onion, mayo or chilli sauce despite being ordered. The kebab was o.k. Will not be using again.

Absolutely disgusting! Gave us the wrong order! Called to complain and they shouted at us down the phone and hung up! My children are now going to bed hungry and we have lost our money. I do not recommend! Deserves no stars at all!!

Most appalling service!!!. Quoted 45 mins and it arrived 1hr 12 minutes later, I live 0.3 miles away!!! Will never try this again. I'm now hungry and ever where is closed!!! Please avoid takeaways as you will be disappointed

I order the BBQ burger and other half has the kebab. We have had takeaway from here on numerous occasions and also good quality. Really enjoy the food.

I've been eating from here regulary for the past 2 years and the food is always excellent. Only once have I had a problem when I ordered cheesy chips but received normal chips; a quick call later and they delivered the cheesy chips as well as a refund. Delivery is always in good time and the staff are polite over the phone and when they deliver. I have tried other kebab places on occasions when with friends etc and I can honestly say that Flame Grill are far better. Overall they are a fantastic kebab house with brilliant staff and customer service. What more do you need?
