Spot on. Amazing portions, great tasting food still hot and was early best takeaway iv had in a long while.

Should not take nearly 2 hours for delivery. Called the restaurant to overhear the conversation with the worker asking another member of staff what she should tell me. Terrible customer service, will not use this takeaway again

The food was a long time to be delivered, had to put the order in the microwave to warn it up.. not good

Food was lovely, really good quality burger. Chicken wings were also cooked perfectly. Only downside was delivery was 25 minutes late of what was already a long delivery window, but it is Saturday night so can understand them being busy.

Picked up my order got home and was wrong rang up and said bring full order back( kids already was eating) but said need full order back and was 15 minutes drive away so said can not doing anything about it very disappointed in the service.

can not fault the food. it's always good quality and full of flavour. but the delivery 🤦‍♀️ the delivery really let's this place down. I understand busy times but maby get more drivers, trustworthy ones at that! my first order was "delivered" phoned up because it obviously wasn't, finally get more sent out and it still took 45 minutes. then the driver tried to say he'd delivered my first order to a neighbour but going through our cameras and there wasn't any delivery to any house.

Incredible chicken burger + milkshake

Food lovely, hot and fresh. It would be good if there was alternative veggie burgers though I'd love to see that, such as meatless patties with the halloumi etc or even mushroom halloumi burgers would get amazing. It's just an idea 🙂

Good food, but a milkshake was missed off of our very small order, just didn't come with the delivery, checked the app and it was definitely there. Little bit infuriating.

The burgers were fine just the nachos wasn’t as described. They came with jalapeños and salsa. And was all soggy by time I got then due to then putting the toppings on before it came would of liked the toppings on the side for takeaway orders other than that 10/10

Our order took almost 2 hours to arrive and when it did arrive it was almost cold. I had called after 1h 20 and was told it had just left the shop, 30 minutes later it finally arrived, I live 5 minutes drive from the shop. I have had very few issues when ordering from 5 bites in the past, however tonight's experience was disappointing.

Great hot tasty food as always. Spicy chicken wings and gourmet burger are our go to. The burgers are nice and chunky with fresh salad and the wings are nice and spicy. Chips are 10/10! Defo our fave takeaway by far.

I love 5 bites the burgers are massive and full of extra bits, I love their chicken burgers and they are moist and taste lovely and all cooked well. There strawberry milkshake are my absolute favourite full of ice cream and strawberry, I can't get enough. We always order from here, it's our go to place and recommend them to all my friends!

Missing item on order. These things happen. Rang and told it would be rectified in 15 mins. 1 and a half hours later and more calls still waiting. we are judged not by our mistakes but how we deal with them. Please Try Harder.

First time trying this place arrived as soon as it opened and the chicken 🐔 not only tastes better but is bigger in portion compared to KFC perfect seasoned crispy chips faultless highly recommend

The burgers are absolutely lush from this place, the chicken burger is good quality and the Gourmet Burgers are so big and nice, the chips are lovely but the best thing I love the most is the strawberry milkshake. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered food asked for it plain via the app and the title just said gourmet bacon burger. Nothing regarding it being a bacon cheese burger. So tapped the complete plain. Plus there is no section for options without cheese. When rang up to tell them and told them, they completely refused point blank to help. Very poor as I am allergic to cheese so now have to spend more money on getting more food because of they refused to sort this out. Will never go back. Poor and crap customer service not will to help

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS EMBARRASSMENT OF A TAKEAWAY!! Ordered at 20:03 it’s not 22:30 and still no sign of any food. Partner called them after 90 minutes and was told it was on the way. 30 minutes after this I called again and was told they never had the order but would send it now- funny how they plan on sending it when they haven’t even received so wouldn’t know what we wanted?! Will never order from here again

Bag was all ripped and soggy. Chips cold and soggy. Wrap and onion rings cold, all cold and horrible due to your delivery driver being too busy apparently to bring it to my door! Asking me to go outside to him to get it, no chance at this time of night with two children in the house. Find it disgusting

Order was completely wrong. Freezing cold and just not the usually standards we get. They didn’t put any sauces on our food which we asked for in our notes.

I order regularly from here but tonight’s was exceptional! Going to sound ridiculous saying this but I’ve never had chips the way they were tonight, very crispy & fresh how I would usually want them with extra chip spice & the wrap was very flavourful! Honestly loved my meal and don’t regret eating out at all like sometimes I do when ordering out and getting a basic takeaway!! Thankyou!!

Great food. Burgers are amazing, got the empire burger. Burger was big, the chicken inside was tender and very flavoursome, added nicely to the burger. Loaded fries are amazing, loads of cheese and bacon on them, massive portion too. Meatball nachos are out of this world, the portion size of those is big enough as a meal on their own. Full order came around 20 minutes prior to time stated by just eat. All food was nicely wrapped and also hot upon arrival and not lukewarm. 100% recommend.

Quality has definitely slipped recently. Order didn't arrive on time, then the arrival time was updated, then it was still late. Burger was dry, chips tasted old and refried. Used to be the best burgers in Hull.

2hrs & 40 mins to deliver the complete order. Original order was 1hr, they missed the nachos from the order. It took approximately 1hr 42mins to deliver nachos. 6 phones calls and twice was told it would be delivered immediately. The delivery driver had the audacity to not even apologise on behalf of the shop and didn’t even interact. Handed the late order to my daughter and stormed off. Never had an issues previously but this is a disgrace.

Just moved up here, fancied a treat as it’s traditional to have a takeaway on your first night in your new home. I came here, the young man who served me what the most politest man I’ve ever come across. I’ve honestly never experienced this before as I just moved from hessle road. Now I’ll get to the point. The food was absolutely BANGING😊was an absolute pleasure coming here & I will certainly be back. Thank you for being so kind to me😊 No hand on my heart I don’t work here, I’m just being a genuine honest customer 😊thank you 5 bites, I’d give you 10 stars if I could & I will definitely be recommending you to family & friends😊

Absolutely flavourless, why put an option for sauce if you aren't going to put sauce on? the burger patties are dry and it might look good but tastes bad. If you're going to grind beef please season it

Rang multiple times with no answer, after finally getting through was told it just left, then rang back after waiting 20 mins to them saying they lied and it had actually now just left. Women on the phone wasn’t interested, not worth the hassle. 👍

This was my first time using this takeaway and sadly the length of time it took to deliver my order has left a sour taste and it's unlikely I'll order again. My chicken wings and wrap were very nice however the hotshot bits were very cheap and poor quality. It states 100% chicken breast but I very much doubt that. Overall the meal was OK but I won't be in a hurry to return sadly.

Always order from here, never had a bad meal! Delivery took almost 2 hours but the owner sent a free box of chicken wings with the message ‘sorry:(‘ on it which was lovely, never usually have problems with delivery so people must be realising what a hidden gem this place is :)

Really nice delivery driver and magnificent food, it is always brilliant here, we use them all the time. Even with big £60 orders its always 100% correct and everything is cooked beautifully.

My order came 20 minutes late and then when it did come everything was over cooked the chips was so over cooked u could not eat them and the burgers was so hard and burnt we had to put everything in the bin because you could not eat any of it. Well unhappy with it all

Not ordered for a while...always recommend you guys, and you have always been my go to for the best burger....I get it's Friday night and the driver got lost (it happens), but food was cold when it arrived (40 mins late ).
