No doubt food is good, fish was crispy just like how I like it, fish cake was done to perfection aswell but the portion size of the medium chips is a total rip off in comparison to how much you pay. If compared to other chippy's the medium portion is not even close to small from other shops, hence 3 stars, wouldn't come again as I feel it's not bang for your buck

Ordered a large and a small chips, arrived and they were both small chips!

The salt and vinegar was not in the bag

Order time continuously increased. Was only a small order too! Phoned store who advised food was ready but there was no driver able to deliver it - luke warm food was delivered an hour & half after order, an hour past the delivery window.

Last time it wasn’t delivered at all said I wouldn’t use again but I thought I’d give another chance because I’d had good service from you in the past

This is my go to chippy but this time was a no go. I ordered two large haddock when they were clearly medium and a few cold chips underneath the fish. Quite disappointed this time, won’t come back for a while.

Prices have gone way up and the portions are tiny and getting smaller everytime i go there. Used to like this place but the last few times ive been, ive felt ripped off. I wont be goning back anymore. 100% not worth the money

Cold chips and hot fish which was rammed into a box that was too small so that when the lid opened the batter on the fish stuck to the lid. I wonder whether the staff have thought about wrapping the fish and chips separately in paper ? I suspect not!

I friendly place for a fish and chip supper. Prices are average for the area with a monday special of sausage and chips x 4 for £10. Chicken on Wednesday.

Prices are now ridiculous avoid

Tiny portions of lukewarm food that didn’t taste nice. Also have signs outside on the pavement advertising prices, but when you go in to the shop to order, the prices quoted on the sign outside are only on Wednesdays, yet the sign is outside all week - misleading. Won’t be coming back.

I purchased a portion of regular chips, it cost me £3.80 and the portion was not even 2 hands full and were not fresh. The price is going up and the portions are getting smaller. Will not be coming back again it’s just not good value for money

food is always great from fish n chicken....unfortunately the delivery is not great at all.. expected delivery time changed 5 times. when the food eas finally delivered it was all cold. such a shame.

order came with missing items that was paid with the food they are happy to take your money but not give a refund when requested missing items need to refunded for it's your mistake

I went in there a couple of days ago on a Monday and I wanted to order the deal they have on the sign outside and it says on the sign clearly all day, every day and when I want to order he said it is finished at 4 o'clock. I made me order from the menu so it cost me double to eat there.Only went there because it was cheap. As I. Am a single parent Be aware of these scams

I ordered from fishnchicken via just eat app after waiting an hour and the app kept saying courier at resturant and the times being extended for food delivery. I called the resturant and was told on there screen my food had been delivered when I explained it most definitely not been delivered they responded very rudely "Well we can't deliver a new meal you need to call just eat" Just eat don't have a phone number only online reporting so no food no dinner and no refund at present time

always freshly cooked when I order, only thing they always miss the sachet of sauce in the children's meal.

Always arrives a bit late even though it’s like 5 minutes from me. At least it’s nice and hot. The large and medium portions don’t seem very different so I just opt for medium. They always forget my salt and vinegar when I request smh.

Poor value for money, bought battered sausage and chips for £6.38 and the portion of chips were really small with a mixture of hot and warm chips and the sausage was hard with hardly any batter. Gave an extra star for friendly staff.

Great food but always overpriced.

We asked for salt and vinegar as part of our order, but had neither which was disappointing as we had no vinegar at home. The chips also needed cooking for a bit longer and the batter on the cod was a bit soggy. Not as good as usual.

Always use this shop for at least 40 years thank iv always enjoyed the food!

The food was delicious, I don't wanna lie. The service was slow and sad employees, I know that is because are tired, but was a mood changing for me, unfortunately. Regarding the price, its a bit expensive taking in consideration the area and other fish and chips shops.

Would like to remind you when pack in keep cold away from hot as hot items go cold and cold melt!!! Especially if two deliveries are on the same bike and yours is the second delivery. Otherwise tasty.
