After getting mugged off twice previously, I thought I'd give it one more chance to redeem itself. Well, I wish I hadn't bothered. 2 microwaved saveloys both split, what they call large chips, but I would call medium at best. And the best bit was the large cod which was6"" long and the same width and a quarter of that was batter. £14.70 for that. What a rip off, oh and they only take cash! I guess they don't have to declare it all. I'll never waste my money there again.

We were in the local area and we found this lovely fish and chips. The name of the take away is actually Fish 'n' Chips. Staff are really friendly. You queue to order then wait outside to be called. For locals, they do recommend calling ahead with your order so that you do not have to wait and it minimise the number of people wait outside. Great thinking from a covid perspective. The food is freshly cooked and it was really nice. Not too greasy.

This is a non-pretentious, friendly, great value cafe and bakery. It's very busy, probably because it's so popular, so it might be necessary to wait a little while for the excellent cafe service. I enjoyed a full English breakfast whilst my husband had something similar. Happily for us, this cafe was also dog friendly. Whilst there, I did hear another customer waxing lyrical about the quality of their fresh bread. Unfortunately we were leaving Southwold the next day, so had no excuse to buy bread ourself.

This is a regular stop off for us...the pizzas which come with a drink are always good value and tasty option. The refillable coffees work well for us. Staff always pleasant, and the layout of the pub works well with lots of individual areas, which can make it feel quite cosy, especially in winter. We will keep returning based on experience.

Hi we went there for dinner, the place was clean and tidy, the service was ok, we were in the rear restaurant which was pleasant but had no atmosphere. The food was ok but not quite the standard of other places we have visited in the area. It’s worth a visit.
