Literally didn't arrive, restaurant apparently doesn't keep an open phone line. Abysmal.

it took delivery driver ages too find my address the delivery driver called me said he was outside with my order I go outside and delivery driver wasn't there then he sat directly outside my address then drove away without giving me my order then he called me again saying he was outside again but turns out he was at the wrong address really ridiculous he shouldn't be a delivery driver if he can't follow simple instructions

Dilervery was late and food was cold

Really nice food and staff were very helpful and friendly

Ordered for pickup at 5:30 on arrival our food hadn’t even begun being cooked Also no other customers so they weren’t busy at all

Since trying fireaway pizza i never go anywhere else , its the best in town and the team are super friendly and helpful, highly recommend

The Pizza at Fireaway, is genuinely better quality than most. The chicken strips are alway nice. Our family regularly buy Fireaway Pizza. If you want better pizza, this is the place.

rapid delivery of a pizza that was just unfortunately a bit tasteless, and for a so called spicy pizza was rather bland...also the pizza base was not freshly hand made that day, and was obviously bought in...

Pizza was good but the wings gave me accute, undeniable and unforgiving food poisoning. Perhaps the biggest shame is the absence of customer service. Neither the contact form nor people in the shop showed interest or concern. Hence passing this review to the public so you can exercise make your own informed decisions. Good luck.

Soooo expensive!!! I’ve just paid nearly £39 for 2 small pizzas and one milk shake wish I went to Pizza Hut

Rubbish. Great Pizzas if they're hot. Came an hour late and was cold NEVER again.

pizza was delicious as always, but this was the first time they have been late. gadget is a delivery window, but were at least 15/20 mins later than that. normally early, so I'm assuming they were exceptionally busy tonight.

Milad gave us great service and we have a been hear multiple times and will be back again soon

This is the best pizza place I have ever gone to in my town. Every single time I have gone here the pizza has been immaculate. All glory be to Milad Ahmed, he always makes my pizza great.

Toppings and cheese comes of most slices, other then that very good

Took much longer to arrive than expected. Was leaving a bad review, then a knock at the door. Pizza is nice, not going to lie. Roma with hot honey and buffalo mozzarella. I just wish they would answer their phone. When you want to enquire about something.

Alhamdulillah...It was a delicious meal we got from here. Special thanks to Mr. Milad Ahmed for being such a nice soul and making our pizza and other dishes with so much care. Looking forward to visiting them very soon. Thank you very much for the delightful dinner.

I ordered food, it has not arrived! I’ve tried to call your shop and it goes to answer phone, it’s now saying you are offline. I will need a refund and will try to call again tomorrow if this message does not get seen too!

The food was ok, we had Calzone, although we had high expectations from it, it wasn't the best I ever had and the filling wasn't anything as it should be (stuffed with pepperoni, this is a concoction obviously) but it was OK, I won't be having it again or recommend it to anyone I know as it is not how it should be, it will fill your hunger but that's about it. I can't comment about the other pizzas but once we try more, this rating will get amended 🙂

This has got to be the worst pizza I have ever had. , 30 minutes late. Oregano I paid for was missing. Couldn’t even taste or see the cheese, it was that bad even my dog wouldn’t eat it. , would never order from this restaurant again. Avoid 👎👎👎👎👎

Would have considered ordering from this place, but with a number that does not connect .... sounds dodge. So our business will be taken elsewhere. Shame really, as we were really interested in some deals.

Order appeared 2 hours after placing,by which time other arrangements made. Resturant were a nightmare to get hold of (number was a mobile which i found odd and kids could clearly be heard in background) and got fobbed off with them waiting for a delivery driver 1 hour after it was due to be delivered. Then proceeded to ignore my phone calls.

Late, which is disappointing as I ordered almost an hour ago, and the delivery time was advertised as only half an hour.

Usually great service. I ordered before 8pm. I am still waiting for it to be delivered at 11:30pm. I have called twice and both times been told it is with the driver and on its way. Neither is obviously true. Just say its not going to be delivered so I can arrange other food.

It's really not worth it. The food price is too high for the quality, and we waited two hours for the order. Two hours for empty thin pizza with whole olives, 6 fairly good chicken strips and small, mini, baby cannoli...

Best pizza on just eat for Weston, best salad too. Can't recommend it enough.

App was changed around the end of the delivery time slot to show it was delivered. Made a call 15 mins later to be told it was on its way and it arrived 15 mins later. Happy to charge a delivery fee and service charge, not so hot on meeting timescales for those costs.

Meat heaven pizza was delicious, felt like my taste buds were in heaven. Staff was very friendly and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely come here again next time I visit.

The quality of the ‘food’ was poor. The pepperoni pizza consisted of one piece per slice. The wedges were in fact door stops of greasy, undercooked potatoes. To top it off, it wasn’t even warm. Fireaway … fireaway and be gone with your chef.

Order from these guys a fair few times but usually down rd at pals place on drove rd & always hot & fresh to the point you can’t eat it straight away it’s that fresh proper hot amazing pizza best in Weston by far, but tonight was the first time I’ve ordered one for my home address which is literally a couple minutes away from usual spot & pizza was Luke warm & very stiff not it’s usual standard it was eatable but I was starving not long finished work very poor sorry guys but was not good really I’ll just put this down to Monday blues 🤷🏻‍♂️

AVOID! The pizza was average and the cookies were mouldy! Then upon calling the store they said they would refund us, which they never did. Additionally, they didn’t seem to believe me that they were mouldy. I then left a complaint on their website and nobody had the common decency to get back to me. Disgraceful company and extremely poor customer service!

For me, they are the best in town.

I'm not really a take-away kind of person but really fancied a pizza today. I ordered a Vegan pizza in store to take away and chose the toppings I wanted. The staff were very polite and provided a good service. The pizza was well made and tasted fresh and nice. I would definitely go here again next time I fancy a local pizza. 10/10 :)

Amazing pizzas made from scratch in front of you, very fresh ingredients the taste is unbelievable definitely the best pizzas in Weston, very friendly staff very welcoming the shop was very clean and there was a good selection of drinks. I have Also had takeaway and the delivery was very quick within 20 minutes of me placing an order it was here still hot and very tasty. Perfect pizzas I won’t go anywhere else.

Sadly my margarita lacked any basil and was over cooked so much it was dry. I like a pizza where you see the cheese string as you bite into it. This couldn’t have been further from where these pizzas were. Our pepperoni pizza was better but still not brilliant. A tad disappointed as the base was nice. I sadly wouldn’t order again after this order. Sorry guys but it just wasn’t what I expected.

So food was 15min late, An when it got here it wernt up to scratch Pizza didnt have no taste to it, it was dry an bland. Also didnt bother to put cheesy crust like we asked. An the avacardo salad fml was horrible. Again didnt even put no cheese in it like we aksed. Score out of 10, prob a 0, clearly dont do what you ask an food was just horrible.
