We visited the restaurant this evening and cannot believe the restaurant is closing as our meal, and the service was faultless - every tapas was served hot and in a timely manner and the food was delicious. I want to wish the team every success and will follow the chain to their new restaurants in Preston… All the very best Fino Lytham - you were great - all the very best to the fabulous team in the future 😊

Really disappointed with the service here at Fino, we visited on Sunday- could not fault the price as they were offering 50% off, however if i was paying full i would not have been happy. Very limited menu, two items we attempted to order were out of stock, this should be told prior to ordering in my opinion, very scaled back menu especially with the items also off the menu. I've been before a few times and the menu has been much more enticing. The reason I'm leaving the review is for the service, it was appalling. Food was dropped at the table without us knowing what everything was. The food was extremely fast to come, a lot of items cold including the croquettes, mushrooms and meatballs. No check back to see how everything was, then to actually get the dirty plates cleaned away took well over 45 minutes, we actually asked for something to be boxed away, which one girl did, brought the box back and still didn't clean the plates away. We then asked for dessert menus, which were brought and still no plates cleaned away. Shocking, it was as if no one wanted to clear them, eventually a girl came to clear the plates as i ordered a dessert. The churros which I've had and enjoyed before were so hard, over fried and cold. we finally got the bill, i removed the service as I don't like paying a service charged having worked in an establishment where the staff don't get it. We did leave a tip, all being reluctantly, we had to go and get change as no cash left on site. When i gave the tip to the server i instantly wished i hadn't. having known we had gone to the shop to get cash for her, she couldn't even look at me in the eye to say thank you. I had to place on the side and received a brief, thanks. Wouldn't return based on my last experience, a shame because I've had many a lovely meal here before. Staff training needed.

The food was lovely, the tapas served timely. We had chorizo, mushrooms, croquettes, meatballs, prawns, calamari and black pudding and a few other items between 6 adults. The 3 children had the ‘kids eat free’ meals, although we did get charged for them on the first bill. I found the menu to be plentiful and varied. The children’s food wasn’t served for ages meaning they ate a lot of the adults’ tapas whilst waiting. That could be improved as they had reduced appetite when theirs did arrive. There were a handful of waiting staff on, with 2 being a real credit to the company and doing the lion’s share of the service. All in all, it was enjoyable and tasty and I will go back.

We have used this restaurant frequently since it’s opening but it isn’t a patch on what it used to be. This is the second time we have eaten there in the last few weeks and the service is simply appalling. Food is literally dumped onto your table by waitresses who clearly don’t want to be there and are definitely in the wrong job. No customer service skills whatsoever. The menu has been scaled back so much that the choice is so limited as to not even being worthy of a tapas menu. We were warned when we sat down that it had been scaled back as they were in the process of changing menus? Can’t understand the logic in that or why you would have new menus printed with the scaled back offering if you were in the process of designing a whole new menu. The scaling back also applied to the wine list! Massively scaled back with an offer of only 4 bottles of red to choose from. We would of gone elsewhere but it was Saturday night and restaurants were full .This was before experiencing the dreadful customer service. Won’t be going back until the offer and the service is drastically improved.

Our first visit to Lytham St Annes and we were surprised at the number of cafes open on Friday for brunch - massive choice. We looked at a few menus and sussed outside ambience and decided to eat at Fino Tapas. Smallish selection of cocktails but we went for a Mojito and a Supernova Gin Hibiscus (see photo) - the waitress (one of 2 that really need some training) asked my wife if she wanted a single or double gin and if she wanted tonic with it? - That sounded odd for a cocktail so my wife went to check if the waitress had misunderstood which cocktail it was - she had. But that led to the 2nd of the 2 unprofessional waitresses being very abrupt with my wife. We thought never mind - they are probably having a busy day - although about half the tables outside were empty (maybe locals had seen which waitresses were serving!) Eventually the 2nd abrupt waitress took our food order, service was slow and seemed disjointed. We had the mushrooms in cheese and black pepper and the goats cheese beetroot and walnut salad (see photo) both were very tasty. We asked for a bottle of water - which we got - but they didnt bring any drinking glasses until about 20 minutes later! Then whilst we still had about 50% of our drinks left the 1st abrupt waitress came over and asked if she could take our cups?? - Eh! - we didnt have any cups on the table and we were still drinking out of our glasses - maybe the kitchen was short of drinking vessels? About 4pm the later shift of waitresses started and they were fine. I ordered a latte and one of the abrupt waitresses brought it and spilled it as she was putting it on our table - instead of apologising or saying she'd get another she just plonked it on the table (see photo of what it looked like when she dumped it on the table). I accept a full cup can spill whilst walking - but she spilled most just as she was putting it on the table - at least apologise! The 3 younger/smaller waitresses were fine, but the other 2 really need some training in customer service. Will we visit Fino Tapas again - absolutely not - there are plenty of other places to eat in Lytham and I'm not prepared to pay to get such atrocious service.

Fab friendly pub! Lots of choice for both children and adults. Spacious so can fit larger families if need be! Staff were helpful and brought colouring etc over for the children which kept them entertained too!

Ordered for the first time ina while last night 2 pizzas ..'the meats' and 'the mexican'.Now I wasnt expecting the sort of pizza I have been pleased to have tasted in Naples but they were awful! Firstly they were 25 mins late and when I opened the box of both I was stunned by the lack of topping on both pizzas. Hardly any cheese on either and a lot of big gaps around the crust covered in nothing..I wont be ordering again. Wheneverin the past I have mentioned take away pizza to my friends they have always said 'have you tried Papa Joes? Theyre great! Well I have now and these werent

Had a bad experience here, food and service lovely but didn’t expect to be harassed by drunk patrons at 10.30am, the man in question was being served alcohol with no food and unsurprising started to kick off. There weren’t enough staff to deal with him so a fellow diner had to take charge and manage to persuade him to leave when upon he continued to rant and rave at us all from the pavement. I don’t know the law regarding alcohol service before midday but I didn’t expect it at this time of day and won’t go again despite the lovely position and food, the management are putting the staff at risk as no one came to assist the two female staff on site.

Great breakfast. The team are really friendly. It was very busy on saturday morning. The team had no issue with scrambled egg or veggie sausage all delivered to the table with a smile. This is the third time we have been here, staying close by in the Motorhome Stop mext door. Always a friendly welcome that keeps us coming back.

Afternoon tea at Lytham Hall was excellent. After a tour of the hall where Denise gave us lots of interesting facts about the Clifton family we went for afternoon tea. What a great experience. Simon was the perfect host with Angela attending on us very diligently. Food was fabulous, surroundings were refined and experience was excellent. Thanks for giving us an exceptional experience.
