great food and service, never booked yet and usualy a decent table, has had an upgrade and do think its now better, only been for evening meals but the breakfast at weekends is very popular

On the 28 of October I took my children and grandchildren to the restaurant for a family meal, the service was good but when time comes to pay I was told the card machine is not working to go outside to get cash which I did, I didn't think nothing of it then ,but on the 17 November my sister and I went back to the restaurant service again was good but when I ask for the bill I was told the card machine is frozen I have to pay by with cash it's then I realised something wrong because during the time I was there I saw other customers paid their bill by card. I felt I was discriminated I'm a black woman the other customers where all turkish and some English .I ask the the staff why I was treated different from everyone else she said don't ask her she is only a staff.they lied about the card machine not working because I'm black that's is not acceptable .I send at lot of money there each time ,I'm not going back there neither will recommend it to anyone.

Nice restaurant that does lunchtime special for a set price . The food was cooked very nicely and the service was very good

Normalmente la comida aquí es muy agradable, como la mayoría de la mayoría de los empleados. Uno en particular es de Arrogante, grosero, atrapados y en condiciones poco higiénicas después de la tos y estornudos continuó para manipular los alimentos y vasos sin lavar sus manos. Aparte de eso, el restaurante es bonito, cómodo y comida encantadora.

Vine aquí para la cena mientras yo estaba en la zona. La camarera fue muy amable y servicial y me ofrecieron un asiento de inmediato. Mi comida llegó después de sólo unos minutos y fue bien presentada (ver fotos). Por desgracia, la carne no era experimentado y probado sosa. Muy mal, si la comida era mejor este habría sido una evaluación de 5 estrellas.

Lovely food , relaxed atmosphere. Have visited numerous times and can highly recommend their Kleftico.

This was a good experience where a family gathering took place, good service, food was ok, nothing fancy overall a good experience

Decent lunch menu, dessert menu is very limited. Only 2 options to pick from and one was not even ready to be served.

Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Really friendly service, staff very attentive withoit being over the top. Food was tasty and good value. Comfortable with good decor.

We decided to come here for lunch on the spur of the moment. Despite there being five people we were seated very quickly by our friendly waiter. The place was quite full with customers there for a great looking breakfast buffet which we will try the next time we visit. We opted for a set menu of mixed grilled meat which could of fed all of us let alone the three it was intended for. It tasted very fresh and well made. Some have said it is a little expensive but it was no more then other places and the portions were extremely generous.

After ordering for the first time from fez not only was the price extortionate the food was was delivered with the wrong ingredients, we called to request the additional ingredients to the dish as the food was extremely dry and should have come with it regardless. It seemed as though they was aware of the error but didn't seem very sincere about the mistake! The extra ingredients took 25 mins to arrive which meant heating up the take away in the microwave. Although the food was warm it wasn't very appetising and we was extremely disappointed. £40 worth of food in the bin! I highly doubt that we will order again from this restaurant.

Because our local kebab restaurant was closed so the oher half went a bit further to her sister restaurant. WHAT A RIP OFF. We ordered 2 small lamb shish and paid nearly £12 more than we would usually have paid at our local kebab place. The salad was limp and watery with no tomato, the lamb was tough and the yoghurt dip was tasteless. The chilli sauce was tasty. We both wished we had saved our money and made some cheese on toast for supper. We will not be ordering a takeaway from here again.

Tried this place for first time after seeing it on the TasteCard app. The food was very tasteful and staff very courteous. I ordered a mix grill, £14, which had a selection of chicken/lamb shish and kofte with chips(or rice) and salad. Bread and chilli...

The best fish platter I have ever had eating out, along with our mixed fes platter with cheese, mucver and various other nibbles which did taste delightful.Overall I found the service was pretty nifty and friendly.

I have been here a few times. Food is always very tasty and lots of it! Tables service is brilliant and they are very helpful. We order their platter for 2 but is most definitely enough for 3!

Nice interior, and well fitted out – I like the fact the chef is out in the open and you can watch him ‘do his thing’. The meat is always very good...be it chicken, lamb, adana, chops. I nearly always go for the sharing platter...
