Paid online ordered then 4 hours later after trying to call went down and closed tramps

Service as they said but the meals were very bland. Used them a couple of times and no problems always nice. Tikka massalla didn't taste anything like a massalla and the kurma was like water also cut backs on the chicken. Hopefully just a bad day.

Ordered food at 1830. Stated delivery time would be 1950. Time now 2040. Tried calling but continuously busy. Obviously I’m not gonna be getting my food. Terrible service!!!!

I stumbled up on Saffron by sheer luck and oh my am I glad I did. The service to start is great. The lads are approachable and easy to chat with while ordering. It's food we're all interested in though. WOW!!!!! Food was that good we try and go weekly. We have tried chicken tikka (twice, so nice and authentic) lamb balti (twice, so nice and authentic) lamb makhani amongst others, mixed kebab for starter, we've tried keema rice which is amazing, keema naan and peshawari naan. Its all been delicious. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ lads.

Ordered twice from here now and just not turned up! No answer when ringing now sat here 1 hour and a half later with a child needing to go to bed and still no food!!

I ordered Tandoori King Prawn Tikka I got 6 shrimps with a few onion slices, the curry sauce was nothing but coloured water. I would not waste my money ordering from there again. Disgraceful

Meals are spectacular onion bhajis are to die for these guys are great nothings to much bother made how you like

First time I've been into Saffron tonight. Service was fantastic from Kalik and Hassan, they helped me pick my curry and cooked it exactly how i asked them to based on what i like. The curry was outstanding and portion side was really good. I will be back, happy customer. Recommend this place!

Read all reviews prior to our first visit today. Really excited to try food while watching the Euro football. Won't be ordering again. All curry sauces were watery was tasteless and like baby food. The chicken in the curry cooked well. Naan decent and no difference between veg/ mushroom rice's. 4/10. (Reply to owner). Ate most types of curry and this was poor. When trying a new Indian I always order korma as this is a good sign of quality. The same happens when I use a new Italian garlic bread and margarita tell you everything.

edit. 29th may 2021. ordered again from here, this time ordered the veg biryani but didn't get the omelette on top :( easy mistake, everything else was absolutely delicious as always. :D . EDIT. FRIDAY 16TH APRIL 2021. Ordered again from here and absolutely love the customer service I get every single time from the restruant staff. Super friendly and out do themselves with the food everytime. always a pleasure coming here! :D Staff are absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Kitchen is clean and has a great atmosphere. Food is always delicious and piping hot. Great value for your money! would highly recommend to everyone

Usually great from here but had an order with half of the stuff missing. Delivery driver took the food away saying they would make it all fresh. When the order came 10 minutes later it wasn’t all fresh. The missing items were but the rest was just heated up. Really disappointing as I won’t be ordering again now.

Onion bajjis were burnt the lamb bhuna and rogan Josh was like baby food very poor experience will never go back there again waste of money

The best Indian food around. Freshly cooked in front of you... yes you actually see the chefs hard at work cooking your food! Staff are so pleasant and respectful and most importantly the food is delicious. Highly recommend 👍

Good bunch of guys work here always a belter curry and the onion bhaji are immense made by pops deffo recommend saffron for a ruby

😡😡😡😡😡 ordered food at 19.07 they then added 40mins to the average delivery taking it to 20.31 I then called at 20.42 to be told its left for delivery. I live around 1 mile away and it is now 21.11 still no delivery I have tried calling several times and they have now left the phone off the hook. I am furious, I will leave another review when it finally turns up. I want a full refund 😡😡😡😡😡

Food wasn't nice Prawns tasted not like a fresh king prawn and sauce was not like Bhuna al Baraka Walton is far nicer Staff were not welcoming when I went in Will never go here again

This is hands down our favourite takeaway. The food is gorgeous and always comes really quickly and piping hot. Great customer service and the young lad who delivers is lovely. We have food from here at least twice a week, we’re obsessed!

Wrong order delivered. Called 6 weeks later as promised a discount 2 pound off a £20order took 2 hours told it's valentine's Day sorry we're busy. Foods nice bit wasn't treated nice.

Fabulous Indian takeaway. The guys there are very pleasant and more importantly cook superb Indian takeaway food. Vegan Naga Curry with Kashmiri Rice - top draw!

Came here tonight for boxing day meal.... Lovely Chef and server looked to young to be cooking our meals but got my eye wiped..... Beautiful meals everything was cooked to perfection. Went to collect was greated, and didnt get made to feel awkward at all. Very friendly. Most of all food was fresh tasty and not a greasy takeaway.... delicious thank you boys Lyndsey

Regularly buy bhuna/korma from here with egg pilau rice and it's amazing, well priced. Deliveries can take a bit too long, but well worth the wait, as their curries are not greasy (i.e. not full of oil) and the rice is to die for!

I purchased a take away . I got butter chicken, meat was tough and disgusting. I would advise people to stay away from this place.

Meal took 1.5 hours to get here. The butter chicken wasn’t even butter chicken. Naan bread was tough and the chicken was over cooked. Just tried ringing them but the number is disconnected. Couldn’t eat it!
