Good was stale and chicken was bone dry and hard

Manager is a moron. Ordered food via Deliveroo had projectile vomiting, along with sweats and stomach ache. Once the manager received the complaint via Deliveroo he called me, was very aggressive, tried to tell me that he didn’t believe me and tried to argue with me. I hung up as he kept arguing with me. Absolutely no idea of customer service or even basic food hygiene or cooking standards. Avoid.

Food is fantastic and delivery time is great... if a driver is available. If not, you can wait for 2+ hours. Not the restaurants fault, but if they want to offer delivery, they'd do better to have their own drivers rather than relying on JustEat's terrible ones.

Waited an hour for them to pick it. And then when they did the delivery driver dinner and deliver it to the right address. They delivered it somewhere else upon their delivered. N of course, in the evening you can't get hold of anyone and just eat to complain. So someone else is gotta free food and that I've paid for absolute joke. Do not use this app

I ordered two drinks with my meal and i never received them

I was originally given an extended time after paying for my meal to then wait an extra 30mins. My food was cold and was very disappointed.

First and last order through deliveroo, they forgot to include the gravy that was part of both mine and my friends order, my friend phoned them and instead of taking responsibility the person on the other end accused him of lying, and soon after hung up instead of dealing with the complaint in a professional manner. The food was okay but nothing more, after reading some of the other negative reviews mentioning poor hygiene though I have concerns

My husband enjoyed the chicken portions. He said they were better than KFC. I love the chicken burgers and the sticky ribs are to die for.

The ribs from here are the best and as for the rest it's always good 😋😋.

I never received the order and when I called the restaurant they told me that they had handed it to the Just Eat driver, who had marked it as Delivered, and told me to call Just Eat, which isn't an option on the website. I don't know who got my food, but I hope they enjoyed their free meal. I'm applying for a refund.

Chicken over cooked and dry but beautiful ribs

Though there are drivers around waiting, the order still took an hour. This isn't acceptable, especially with the added service charge on top of delivery charges.

Ordered boneless chicken meal. Chicken was very dry and had no flavouring despite the menu saying its a unique breaded chicken. Tasted like normal breaded chicken fillets from a supermarket

Order me and my colleague lunch from here, turned up raw and obviously unable to eat, called the branch of where we ordered (Irlingborough) and was hailed with abuse, sworn at, threaten. Told I don’t know what I’m talking about at all. I can clearly see that it’s raw. Avoid at all costs

Normally Favorite chicken is good but this time it was so,so greasy, half of it was inedible. Grease dripping out of the bottom of the bag. Chips brown and soggy

KFC who? Really tasty food chicken burger is always tender. Never greasy. Chips crisp and gravy is delicious. Order from them for past 3 years and only had one bad meal which we assume is because the regular staff were off

Food was late being delivered then when arrived it wasn’t what was ordered. ordered 1 kids nuggets 1 kids popcorn both came nuggets ordered 2 blackcurrant drinks 1 blackcurrant 1 orange delivered ordered baked beans as a sided delivered baked bean juice no beans in it.

Ribs: Not as tender as baby=rack; not as succulent as Chinese style; not barbecue style; no sauce. So curved you get them all over your face. Not good at all!

Never order through deliveroo, ordered, says it has been delivered but my order was nowhere to be seen.. so had to get my money back and was waiting a long time for my food as me and my family members where left starved :S

lunch time order - Luke warm fried chicken too greasy. Wings pretty much cold. Busy shop so should be cooking fresh, not satisfied with cold chicken. Positive point fries cooked to order. Staff lacking customer service. I’ve been many times sometimes it’s ok not consistent

The oil needs changing everything tasted of really old oil the chips where horrible because of it and the chicken was way over cooked and dripping in old nasty oil.... never again :(

Restaurant service is 1 star because you no longer deliver to us... It's not our fault your delivery driver threw our food all over the road and had to get more. The decision to narrow your delivery area is a joke and you should be ashamed.

Unfortunately we have just gone to order our weekly order of ribs and chicken wings but the prices have just become way too much. £18 for 10 ribs, beset double what they were. Sad to say that with the prices we won’t be able to afford our weekly favourite anymore :(

Lovely hot food. The Bubblegum milkshake is to die for. I love their ribs the sticky sauce makes them very moorish. I will definitely order again in the near future.

Food was delivered on time. However parts of it were cold. And the main issue I have with this place is the driver dumps the food on the doorstep and goes. Every time! They don't wait to see if the door is answered and make eye contact with the customer. Awful standards and you cannot blame Covid. I'm not inviting you into my house I'm just expecting you to wait until the door is answered at the very least! Have some respect for the customer

Great food & quick delivery as always just a shame on this occasion there was missing items & after numerous attempts at ringing (line dead) I gave up trying to contact them.

Ordered food, estimated time between 8:30-8:50pm. order updates kept saying conformed order. nothing has arrived. waited couple more minutes and then phoned the store. rang 3 times, would go through but no one would speak on the line (after i said hello a couple times). normally good but this time was bad.

Best takeaway around, food usually arrives on time or early and is always hot!
