Amazing food and an even more amazing staff,I placed an order on Uber Eats and they didn t had colesaw,instead they put me some extra chicken wings with a heartfelt message on,it is deeply appreciated.I recommend it and will certanly order again.

Very bad customer service Staff don’t take the orders correctly As I was placing the order over call they just disconnected the phone on the face and i tried calling them back no response. This is ridiculous

The food quality of the chicken tastes so dead and the portions are very small for example like the chicken and chips, the chicken tastes like it is out of date

Missing item in bag. Gravy was just warm yellow looking disgusting water. Size of beans and gravy portions very small now 2 teaspoons. Ordered double chicken burger and only single burger put in. Paid £34 for all items....not good enough.

Best chicken I’ve had in a long while. Good value for money, quick, friendly service, very polite. Would recommend. Definitely going back! 😋

The food arrived cold and when I phoned to tell them he said sorry honey next time he didn't want to give me a refund. Anyway they won't be a next time . The food was small and cold . Disgusting

Best chicken shop in the area, chicken is cooked to perfection the prices are good and is open lots the bossman is nice and has great customer service and lots of selection on the menu

Love this place the fries and chicken are always great and tasty. The staff are fantastic very friendly and polite. I live in Leatherhead but I go past so many chicken places as this is just the best

Had to leave without ordering as there were no Covid precautions in place. Customers not wearing masks and sitting in even when it is banned. Too risky for me.

Don't bother to order from here , food disgusting / rank / horrible I don't normally do reviews but felt I had to on this occasion , we had chicken family meal delivered and looked like it had been fried to many times also doughnuts where stale and chicken popcorn was rock hard, even my 2 dogs turned their noses up , instruction for boneless chicken only was ignored , I don't mind paying extra for this but at over £31 for food I will put that down to a bad choice . hope this helps. it only got 1 star because I didn't have a choice for minus stars.

Food is amazing but is always late

Worked late so thought I'd try just eat for the first time. Ordered a spicy chicken burger meal with an extra piece of chicken and a coleslaw side and a fillet burger meal for the Mrs. Came very quick but what a disappointment. Chicken was cold over cooked and dry. Burger was small, cold , barely any lettuce and that was yellow and practically no mayonnaise. Order was wrong too not a spicy chicken. Chips were ok and the slaw was ok. Drinks were warm. Rang the restaurant and an Indian chap answered. I explained the problem but he was not interested at all. Said sorry sorry sorry, that was it. Went through the just eat app and got through on instant messenger to a guy who was very helpful and I got offered a partial refund which is not what I was after, just wanted to leave feedback on my order. Happy with the service of just eat but wont be buying food from this place ever again. Not the first time I have eaten there but it was a year or so and that was poor then.

Nice chicken but not finger licking good

Definitely becoming a favourite spot, cheap and wonderfully put together wings. Crunchy outer texture, freshly prepared, comes out piping hot, making it a delight. The lovely marinade spicy but not overwhelming gives it a loving feel to it. 100% recommend

Terrible ribs. The chicken was fine, but the ribs were the worst I ever had.

The manager was very welcoming and wings tasted great! Not often do you get this service at a chicken shop!

This is a decent chicken shop and one of the only places open around at lunch time if you want to get some hot food in the area on a weekday.

The dog enjoyed it! Chips cold, ribs inedible, piece of chicken more meat on a butchers pencil. Wings very average at best. Sad as I was hungry and now feel completely unsatisfied and frustrated that I wasted ££ dont be fooled by the positive reviews.

Best chicken and chips in London. i travel far and wide to go to this shop. The twins know how to cook chicken and its good quality their prices are unbelievable how cheap it is for such well cooked good quality food. The staffs are very friendly. I would recommend this to everyone
