Ordered online. Food ok but took 2 HOURS to arrive. After calling to ask where the food is, a staff member said the delivery driver had just left, but it took at least half an hour from that point and the delivery app enabled me to track where the driver is once they had actually left about 15 minutes after this They were clearly lying and trying to blame the driver. they didn’t offer anything at the time of call or even apologise. Paid extra for chips which were missing from the order. Seems to be a common theme in their order feedback. Not the best shawarma I’ve had

The atmosphere and the food taste are nice, but the meal portions are a bit not generous, unlike most Arabic restaurants who often serve generous portions. The hall waiter and the Arabic waitress look mostly a bit upset.

A lovely find during my stay in Liverpool. Just off Dale St. Lovely, friendly staff. Food was great (hummus for starters and the mixed kebab with rice for main, followed by biscoff cheesecake and a good quality americano coffee to finish). Would highly recommend this place.

Great little place. Lovely food and friendly service. Very good value for money. Try the Baba ghanoush or the Fateh Dajaj. The mint tea is very good too.

Delicious Lebanese Ceylon tea with fresh mint served in a traditional copper pot, option for two in the photo. Possibility to order a smaller jug ​​for one person. A great place for people who love conversations over tea and a selection of desserts. First class food, great quality of meat and rice. Everything literally melted in your mouth, everything was full of flavor. Real traditional dishes. The place is clean and you can see that someone puts their heart into it. Beautiful decorations and music in the place. Well-thought-out arrangement of the premises, tables arranged so that everyone has a place.

One of the worst restaurants I have tried. The grills do not eat bad rice. The potatoes are one of the worst types of pies, especially the meat. They are so bad that you smell the smell of meat. The bread is the right of the father and he gives you one piece and charges you for the rest. In the end, the food is a waste. By God, it collapses and we cannot eat anything from it 😫

Baba ghanoush was excellent and the kebabs were the best we have had in the UK and USA.

Popped in for a takeaway Chicken Shwarma. A nice atmosphere and friendly welcome and helpful staff. The meal was with me quickly, packaged well and tasted great!

The chips were undercooked, the bread was half stale, the salad was just iceberg lettuces tomato and red onion and everything was just overly greasy.

My go to restaurant in Liverpool. Have been many times and have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of food. The prices are beyond reasonable and the portion sizes are very generous. Definitely deserves more recognition as when we go it’s hardly busy even though it should be but I can’t complain about that. Everyone should give this a try it’s a bit away from the centre but worth the walk. Also gave a free cake for my birthday and was a very tasty cake.

I ordered a Lamb Basha, felafel and a hot tea. The felafel were big and fresh, the Lamb basha instead was very poor portion, just 3 small pieces and even though the sauce was hot, the meat was cold inside. The price is good, felafel good, but for the love of God make it fresh or warm it up properly and maybe 2-3 more pieces because the portion was too small.

The food was not packed well and it was clear that it was intentional and the rice was damaged in the bag unfortunately, so i do not advise you to order from this restaurant they're literally a mess!!!

Amazing food yet again... lamb chops are just delicious... chicken kebab is sooo tender... all the starters are gorgeous.. servings are huge... well worth the money... we love it here.. staff are lovely too xx

Simply amazing food. Cannot fault on anything. We couldn’t find parking at peak time - so the manager stepped out to assist.

We came here for a work Christmas meal, about 20 of us, the owner was so accommodating especially when we had a few drop out and few more join last minute! The food was delicious! They prepared starters for us of the chefs choice, our mains which everyone struggled to finish they were very generous portions and some gorgeous sharing desserts! Amazing staff also, really great place couldnt recommend more

Lovely food, fabulous hummus and a great range to choose from. Lamb just melts in the mouth. Loving picking dishes I've never tried and was not disappointed with Fateh Dajaj. Just don't fill up on bread as the mains are very large and very tasty too.

Food was very nice and tasted fresh the only downside is the waiting staff seem very disinterested and I had to wait over 40 minutes for someone to take my order I can understand if the restaurant was busy but only 2 tables of 3 and over a 40 minute wait with 2 members off staff is unacceptable.

We ordered take away the other day. Definitely not worthy waiting and paying for it. Mildly flavoured, little bit of rice. Certainly wouldn’t come back

Nice food and very good coffee. Houmous had a lovely nutty taste. Portions were huge. Only downer is they looked a little more preoccupied with getting their take outs sorted. Would still go back.

Great food with good environment. Price is a bit high but taste of food makes you forget that. Service should be little better as they mix up the order sometimes. I have eaten here plenty of times so I know the drill.

I had very average meal, not happy at all

Very average food. Fattoush salad and hot aubergine dish arrived swimming in oil. Salads filled out with red onion and lettuce. Falafel was very disappointing - didn't taste fresh. Staff are great - good service.

We are regulars at Fattoush and have a superb experience every time. The staff are extremely attentive and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Without a doubt, the food is a particular highlight as it’s always cooked to perfection! You won’t find another restaurant like this in Liverpool as the atmosphere, service and food are phenomenal.

It was a fantastic experience . The food was absolutely brilliant and it was all halal. We dined in and found a place to pray inside. Our waitress Noorhayn was lovely. We couldn’t ask for more.

I came with my family before catching a train back to London. I must say this is one of the best kebabs I have had,even including London. The quality of the food and service was excellent. I also took the food away and enjoyed this again. I will definitely re visit this place again on my visit to Liverpool. Thank you.

Had an extremely lovely experience. The food was very delicious and flavoursome. We had the kibbah, hummus awarma, lahema pizza, mixed grill and mohlbeia for dessert. Each dish was more delicious than the other. The staff super friendly and nice. I only spent the night in Liverpool but if I come again I’ll be sure to pay Fattoush a visit.

Amazing food, amazing service, great atmosphere. We had a variety of dishes and drinks - everything was just right. Their honey & banana milkshake was better than the stuff you would get from a dessert venue! Will visit again if in the area.

Overall this is a very generous 3 stars, I visited on a Monday at roughly just after 5pm - I was hungry so decided to look for the nearest place after my meeting. I walked in and the regular greeting"Hello welcome to Fattoush, how can I help you?" Was missing - so I had to walk over to one set of wait staff who were talking to each other then went to their counter to seek a menu and ask where I should be sitting. I ordered a hot starter and a cold one. The cold starter was a Fattoush salad and the hot was a Sujuk sausage - both were lovely, with that I ordered some Lebanese tea. The downside of it was maybe my experiences in other places but middle Eastern style restaurants have the tendency of giving you bread with your starters with their house dips - this place didn't which was disappointing as that builds up an element of rapport with the customer and makes them enjoy what's next to come. This didn't happen and I was searching for a bread like item to wash up the juices from the Sujuk. This put a downside on the overall experience as majority of the, actually all of the middle eastern restaurants that I have been to have bread as a complimentary item. Then comes the main which was lamb kofta with their rice. I must say I was hungry as I missed lunch and wasn't bothered of raising a concern at this point. This main was disappointing as the only thing fresh on that plate was their salad. The lamb kofta felt like it was taken out of the fridge at the start of service and cooked as it had that old taste to it and wasn't juicy. The rice felt like it was microwaved and given to me - it never had that fluffyness or bounce of fresh rice - it stuck together in some places. I always judge restaurants on their ability to cook a good kofta (Sheesh kebab) and rice - if they can't get that simple dish right than it is not worth going to. Overall the food let the place down on my visit but the starters were nice.

Service was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The food portions are generous and overall tasty but a little on the bland side. Relaxing and chilled out atmosphere with music that transports you to the middle east, which was perfect on a wet evening in Liverpool.

We came here late one night during the Open and I am so happy that we did. The food and service were great. I got a milkshake that was outstanding.

Nice experience dining as group at this restaurant. Small cafe but plenty of seating for larger group. Accommodating owners and staff. Gave us set menu with variety of starters and main dishes. Their hummus is divine and really delicious with their pitta. Nice falafel and traditional shawarma wrap too. However, for main course would recommend mixed grill as best option for value, taste and experience for dining in larger group. A great dining experience for money overall (paid about £20 per head).

We really enjoyed our visit to Fattoush restaurant the atmosphere was perfect for a Thursday evening meal. Service was top notch especially from brother Tariq who may or may not have asked Me to name drop him lol! Lamb seekh was very nice we got number 32 and 38 both amazing meals. Very reasonable on the price too.

I could eat here everyday and feel good about it. Delicious and healthy and plenty of variety. We ate lunch here and ordered a mezze platter, soup, and another hot side with a couple drinks. Just superb all around and totaled about 30 quid, much less than I had expected. Absolutely a must visit if you like Mediterranean.

Visited this place for a late lunch and ordered the Kabseh Chicken to eat in and a chicken sharwama to-go. The Kabseh tasted like it had no salt, so I added some myself. The dish was ok, nothing great. Disappointed with the rice as it looked like boiled pouch rice because it was served quick - I hope it wasn't. Sharwama was decent, againt nothing extraordinary. I do wish I tried something else on the menu, but maybe some other time. When I visited the time was 16:30, so not too many people. Shop looked lovely, atmosphere was really nice and bathroom was tidy and clean. You don't often get Lebanese places, so for what it is I guess it was adequately priced.
