Fat Boys in Hounslow

I was down for training & popped into fat boys as I was early and in need of some breakfast! The woman serving was lovely and chatty and I got the impression she knew most of the regulars. I had eggs, orange and coffee which was really nice and very reasonably priced. I have since discovered Fatboys was used as the first cafe (Teabags) in tv show Motherland!

I highly recommend this restaurant, the atmosphere is fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff. The food is really good and the wine is reasonable priced.

What a gem! I had the most wonderful meal here to celebrate my mums birthday and the manager went above and beyond to make it special by bringing us a free dessert with a candle and an extra glass of wine each. The food is outstanding Thai food whilst the ambience and decor of the restaurant is so homely, romantic, unique and just beautiful to be sat in and around. Great atmosphere. The service was second to none and this restaurant is just overall just an amazing place to visit - don’t hesitate! Some of the best Thai food I have had in London. I will definitely be back.

This restaurant is just amazing! The energy is different, Knee and Hos are always smiling and proving an excellent customer service!! The food is tasty and delicious, the value for money is great. I would recommend to visit, everything was perfect.

Meeting a colleague to brief him on a local project, I arranged to meet at FatBoy's (to his amusement), where we drank coffee and ate their excellent home-made cakes and brownies. Nee is a most welcoming and capable host and took very good care of us, suggesting a larger table outside where we could spread papers out in the sunshince. Top class service and great food.

After visiting Chiswick New Cemetery, lunch was called for. A local resident gave directions to Fat Boys. The interior was warm and inviting. The menu was extensive and ranged from snacks and starters to main courses and desserts, all of which was fine dining? The host was most obliging. The meals were delicious. The four of us each had a different selection of food and drink and the total was inexpensive. As we watched the Christmas tree being erected and decorated we all agreed that it was a splendid stop off, before returning to Wood Green. My thanks also to the Cemeteries team of Hounslow Council for enabling a positive outcome at Chiswick New Cemetery.

Great friendly service and best English Breakfast I’ve had in years…! Had a 2nd visit a couple of days later for bacon sandwich and again it was great. Quality ingredients cooked served with care.

Wonderful coffee, beautiful and professional staff, if you are willing for a good atmosphere and you are in neighbourhood, you should give it a go 😋

My self and my daughter visited fat boys cafe for a coffee and her a bowl of chips as we had to collect my grandson around the corner from school so had 40 minutes spare time. As we arrived I asked for a menu and my daughter who may I add is pregnant asked to use the toilet. The lady was polite enough handed me a menu. When my daughter came outside I explained they had said this time during the day it’s a limited menu, she wanted a bowl of chips rather than a proper meal so asked the man (who I’m assuming is the manager) my daughter replied and said shall we go some where else as she didn’t fancy a big meal & we also didn’t have the time for that, I went on to say to him we will definitely be back to try as have heard of this place. He then grabbed the menus and started raising his voice saying do you think I’m stupid and said if you wanted to use the toilet why not ask instead of this stupidness, at first we both was shocked and thought he was joking but he continued to say we was lying. I did stand up in our defence to ensure him this wasn’t the case at all we was coming not only to use the facility but to have a coffee /drink. Our gym is across the road and we would of gone there if it was a case of only using a facility. If you want to be treated with manners & good customer service I most certainly would avoid here. I have never met a more abrupt and rude man, how he runs a business with this attitude is beyond me.

What an amazing find fat boys is in Chiswick! A real hidden gem just a few streets away from the station, you will find a beautiful local restaurant! Serving the most amazing fresh Thai food and the best I have ever had. Not to mention the incredible service we received from the family run restaurant. I already cannot wait to return!
