Feather & Heart in Hounslow

Awful customer service. Wouldn't accept reservations for under 4 people so while the whole restaurant was empty, everyone (about 20 people in small groups) was sitting outside on a cold morning. We shivered while no-one came to tell us that you order inside. They advertise this as a brunch spot, and yet they're not organised to provide a good brunch experience. All the staff were standing around inside, warm and happy! Why couldn't one of them tell us to order inside??? When the food came it was average at best.

Great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Food is excellent and has always been served promptly. There is no ordering from the table which is a shame. Not even for water. You have to go to the counter to order.

Had a wonderful morning at this café with my friends. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was just perfect. But the highlight was the excellent service—friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Highly recommend for a great start to the day! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good coffee but slightly disappointing full breakfast. Plate was stone cold as were the three tiny mushrooms on it and some of the other food too. One egg was a bit sloppy and undercooked and overall the portion was very average. A pre-heated plate would have helped a lot.

Very cozy atmosphere, the place was absolutely buzzing when we walked in. The food was in amazing. Staff were very friendly! Would definitely recommend. Note: You order and pay at the counter and the waiters will bring it to your table.

I’ve already been to Feather & Heart twice, and I haven’t been disappointed. It’s the kind of place you can never get enough of, always tempting you to try something new each time you visit. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are just right, the service is quick, and the staff is usually friendly. You order and pay at the counter before taking a seat, and they’ll serve you at your table. The decor is impeccable and unique, just like the way they present the dishes. (One small suggestion I have is regarding the orange juice: it would be great to have the option for freshly squeezed juice.)

We visited this restaurant for the first time for my baby’s birthday, we made a reservation and arrived 8 minutes late. On arrival we were told our table had been given away, no apology from the young man. In fact he said we gave your table away because you were late, we explained 8 minutes is not long enough to give the table away. He was quite hostile, until a colleague of his said that some other guests were leaving. Food was average and we only waited 5 minutes for a table in the end but not a very nice welcome at all with two young children to be initially turned away quite rudely. Will not be going back sadly, even though the coffee was quite good.

Visited F&H with my two teenage sons and absolutely loved it! Delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff made our visit very enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

What a great experience in this place. We had the Bacon Butermilk Pancakes, F&H Italian Bowl, matcha latte, and mint tea. While all the food was delicious, the service was fantastic. They welcome you with a smile and take care of you professionally and promptly. This place is a great stop to recharge your body and soul, and if you are around the neighborhood, you should experience it for sure

Needing somewhere for coffee and brunch this well reviewed location popped up and was perfect. It's busy, it's popular, and the food and drink did not disappoint.

We've fallen in love with Brentford - the river, the canal, the sense of an old manufacturing world rubbing shoulders with new businesses. It's vibrant and fun. Which brings us to Feather & Heart. It's vibrant and fun. We went there for a relaxed Sunday morning brunch. The place was buzzing and the staff were brilliantly welcoming. The food is just want you want for chatting with friends over coffee. Avacado with egg on sour dough - terrific. My shakshuka (eggs, peppers and tomatoes) was superb. There were great cakes and pastries. It felt like brunch should feel. Well done to the family who run this place. There's plenty of competition in this area, but Feather & Heart gave us just what we needed - an eating experience that was vibrant and fun.

Overall great atmosphere, amazing staff and customer service but most of all,, they did not fail to bombard my taste buds with flavoursome food

Possibly one of the best places for pancakes breakfast and coffees. It’s just such a shame the place is too small I’m sure if they opened a bigger place they will be very successful.

Feather & Heart, is a delightful brunch spot that has quickly become a favourite of mine. The pancakes are simply amazing—fluffy, flavourful, and generously portioned. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. I will definitely be returning again soon.

Loved this place the first time, second time the they missed a few regular ingredients (they added back on request) but then i was served stale pancake on my third visit. I was struggling to get the knife through the last one. I asked for a replacement and was served 2 out of 3 pancakes stale. Really disappointed.

Feathers & Hearts is such a lovely spot! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. everything cooked perfectly, and the presentation was great. The bacon, eggs, and beans were my favourite, but everything on the plate was spot on. The vibe was really chilled, and the fact that it’s dog-friendly made it even better. The staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. Highly recommend if you’re after a great breakfast in a cosy setting. Will definitely be back!

Me and my husband came here for. Saturday Brunch. And we were welcomes and looked after by a lovely staff member- Hussein. He was polite and extremely helpful throughout our meal. The atmosphere is lovely and lively. Definitely recommend this place especially because of the lovely service given by Hussein today.

Very nice atmosphere and ambience

Nice hot chocolate, inconsistent service, was made to walk to counter for order and walk to counter again for cups of water... whilst my neighbouring table did none of that. Felt very awkward and prejudiced for an establishment with the decor of an upmarket vibe.

It’s a 5 star from me because the food is really good we ordered pancake and french toast and Hussein is absolutely wonderful

Lovely place to ear, food 10/10, atmosphere 10/10 want to give a special shoutout to our server Hussan. He was very welcoming and so attentive really made the experience so seamless.

I am passionate about breakfast and the vegetarian breakfast was superlative. The place was constantly full. With a cheerful vibe. Music a tad loud but I felt I was in Paris. It feels great up be inside, to look outside and to see and eat the marvellous food. I'm not one to write reviews, I normally just cannot be asked, but I was truly amazed by this place. The staff are young and cheerful. Sometimes not perfect but the do try with a smile. I would go back tomorrow and every day if I lived near. Do go. And eat.

The food is delicious especially the french toast which looked so good. The cafe doesn’t have a lot of space so it’s a bit tight but other than that very relaxing. Coffee is a bit bitter for my taste but the smoothie was delicious.

First time eating here. The atmosphere was lively and the service was very friendly and food was delivered incredibly quickly, especially considering how busy they were. The berry pancakes were delicious, perfectly cooked and very light. The Aussie folded eggs were also perfectly cooked. It's also little touches that make places like this stand out from the rest. Like loose leaf tea and decent coffee! And gluten free bread as an option too. Definitely added to my favourite brunch spots in the area!

You can smell raw egg on your cup, spoon, plate also the air was full of smoke of burning. The air condition wasn’t good for that space.

Arrived at 340pm on a Sunday, the advertised opening time is until 5pm however we were told the kitchen closed at 330pm and by 4pm they started putting chairs on tables. It was like having a coffee in a primary school at going home time. Not a good a vibe at all. Felt very unwelcome. A shame, because the coffee was really good, but didn't enjoy our visit at all. Wouldn't recommend or go again.
