This is starting to become a bit of a ritual, visiting Feather and Heart while I wait for my car to be serviced. It's a lovely little place. You can sit inside our out. Unfortunately the weather has never been kind enough for me to sit outside on my visits, but inside is lush. Their large windows are a favourite of mine. You can sit and watch the world go by. There is a great atmosphere here and a great tone is set by all the staff who are attentive and warm. I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady called Aida today who was lovely and a joy to speak with. Now, the food 😁 I've had brunch on my visits. Pancakes and French toast. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. I look forward to my next visit!

On sunny days, the harbor feels like an escape from London, and when it rains, the place transforms into a cozy, forest-like refuge. I’m so fortunate to live just a few steps away.

If you enjoy posting pictures of your porridge on Instagram then go. If you want quality food and decent portions stay clear. £8.50 for two pieces of "home made" sourdough and two pieces of overcooked, low quality streaky bacon. Never again!

The dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. However, I am giving a 3-star rating because of the strong smell from the open kitchen. To improve the dining experience, I suggest installing better ventilation system.

For Father’s Day, our family decided to celebrate at Feather and Heart. Unfortunately, our experience was far from the pleasant meal we had anticipated. To begin with, we waited an excruciating hour for our food. This would have been somewhat bearable if the staff had kept us informed or if we had seen a steady stream of meals being served. Instead, we watched as other diners, who arrived after us, received their orders while we sat waiting. When our food finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor. I was served a burnt sausage that was nearly inedible. I promptly informed our waiter and asked for a replacement. He assured me that he would bring a new one, but this promise went unfulfilled. No replacement arrived, and no explanation was given. Throughout our long wait and our attempts to get our order corrected, nobody updated us on the status of our meal. The lack of communication was frustrating and made us feel ignored. It became apparent that they had likely missed our order entirely, which only added to our frustration. Adding insult to injury, the waiter who served us was extremely unprofessional. He scowled, avoided eye contact, and did not speak to us unless absolutely necessary. His demeanor made us feel unwelcome and added to the overall negative experience. In the end, we left the restaurant unnoticed. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of our poor experience, and no effort to rectify the situation. We will not be returning to Feather and Heart. A special day that was supposed to be filled with joy and good food turned into a disappointing experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works to improve both their service and food quality for future patrons.

I come to Feather&Heart more regularly than any other place in London because it's my local but also because the staff, food and service are all perfect. The food is always super fresh, and delicious - from amazing brunch dishes to salads and wonderful cakes. The coffee is so creamy and tasty. The vibe is really cute, relaxed and informal.

I am sure there is nothing new in what I will be mentioning. Lived on Brentford Lock for 1.5 yrs and always been in awe of the quaint little brunch spot. This was our last dine out and we had French toast and shakshuka. Sumptuous and satiating to both the eyes and the taste buds. Very friendly and prompt staff, easy atmosphere and a good variety of drinks to order in from. We had Berry blast and a Tropical drink, of which the name I am forgetting now. I highly recommend and such tasty food without making a hole in the pocket. Thoroughly enjoyed our dine out.

Pancakes were not to my taste. I found them rubbery and overly sweet. Butter croissant was dry and flavourless.

This place is such a gem. The service is brilliant and the food is great too. I recommend the vegetarian breakfast and the avocado toast over the açai bowl.

It's a lovely small place in Brentford where you can escape for a relaxing and enjoyable break, from a coffee to a full meal.

The staff were lovely and the venue was very cute but the acai berry bowl, which was the only menu item I had, was terrible. I love acai bowls and have them regularly. This bowl was wrong in taste, no acai flavour, and consistency, very watery. It was pretty to look at, at least.

The food was really good, a kind of Mediterranean mix of everything. Service was easy and fast (first pay at the counter then get your order served). A typical London place where everything is a bit loose in the service, but it doesn't spoil the impression. It was the Mother's day when I was there, and the lady at the counter said a few nice words to all mothers (including myself), it was warm and friendly.

We have been several times. atmospheric place, very good food and coffee. Affordable prices. We will definitely come back. A place worth recommending

Best coffee in Brentford! Always get a great coffee from F&H. Food is amazing - the vegan bowl is full of goodness, so yummy, and very filling! The food genuinely does look as good as the insta photos, and tastes really good. Always a friendly welcome - I routinely visit for coffee, brunch, lunch, or to sit and work for an afternoon. Absolute gem and a must visit.

The Bruoche french toast was one of the best I've had in London. First time trying folded eggs and the ones here were great. Good coffee and great service too.

Went to this lovely place on two different occasions in a span of 1 week. Both times the service was nice, the staff was very polite. The breakfast was very nice and health, coffee was good too I only wish the mugs were little bigger for large serving. I would highly recommend their French toast! It was very nice and the presentation was on point, picture perfect. Lovely atmosphere for a girls brunch get together, it was soo good I had to take my teenage kids and they loved it too.

Found this cafe on a cold afternoon the hot chocolate and excellent coffee were very welcome. It was that good we had breakfast here for the 2 mornings we were in Brentford. A varied and reasonably priced menu. The breakfast eggs we had were absolutely delicious and the coffee excellent. Definitely one worth going out of your way for.

Me and my friend visited this place at around 9 in the morning and was surprised that it was already packed with customers that all seemed to be enjoying the food and the ambiance. We tried the pancakes and shakshuka, which are all surprisingly delicious. If there was one thing I can fault was that one of the dish we ordered had been forgotten by the staff.

Lovely place for breakfast lunch and dinner, really good coffee, a yummy menu with enough to choose from and very friendly staff! I’ve been twice now since visiting Brentford and I think it will become my go to coffee shop!
