Amazing pizza. Delicious and tasty. I've never had a bad pizza from them and will keep on using them.

Woodlands used to be great, now that fasty food has taken over it has gone down hill. Not worth it.

Ordered 2 1/2 pounders with chips, I asked for garlic mayo All over the chips. When I got home and went for the chips it was quite obvious there was somthin wrong with the garlic mayo as the smell was horrible, my mum even came down from her room and said what's that stinking you've bought back in! Not only that but the chips looked as if they had been fried 3 Times over As for the burger it was Luke warm,looked burnt didn't even taste it. Chucked it all straight in the bin. Didn't waste my time going back to get a refund so thought first time e for everything I'll leave a review! LOOKS GOOD FROM THE OutsidE BUT ITS ALL A COVER Up inside the shop isn't very nice, very dirty floors, shoddy building work and even the staff look scruffy

A disappointment. Not recommended. They are very stingy with toppings, very slow, too expensive inconsistent in charging their customers, and the food is bland. Rising from the ashes of the previous business at this address - Wood fired pizzas - and diversifying their range of foods to include burgers, kebabs and fried chicken, 'piri piri' chicken we thought we'd try them under the new "Fasty Food" guise. Website not great - that should have been a warning, but we thought we'd try a local business rather than the national chain (Domino's) 2 doors down. We ordered 2 13" pizzas @ £15 each and a 10" one @ £11. They charge £0.75 as an "Processing" admin fee for online orders!!!! 10% discount for collection in person. Order paid for at 19.10, 15 minute countdown timer started on the order website. I waited some minutes and then left to get to the shop and collect. I arrived as they were working on a pizza, which turned out to be one of ours - just started it after I got there, so there is a time delay getting orders to the chef, and it was a Monday early evening so they were not at all busy. No menus available to take home, but on their signs they offer "buy one pizza get one free". I asked about this as we had paid for both. The chap working there, who was previously working there under the former shop name, apologised and said the website was not up to date. I asked if they would do something to reimburse me for the extra £15 I'd spent. He called the manager, who suggested I go to the website, cancel the order and get a refund - this was a silly suggestion and not technically possible, so customer ripped off. Pizzas arrived some time later at 19.45 and I was home by 19.50; a total of 35 minutes for a 15-minute order process. Pizzas quite bland, not enough tomato sauce base nor toppings - they are very stingy. Not recommended, so will go to Domino's next time, and I told them as much. Pity, as they have it in them to compete fairly by offering superior customer experience and food, and have failed on everything.

My favourite pizza place since 2020 when I found it. Great choice of ingredients and lovely staff. I usually collect directly and never wait more than 15 minutes for my order. Definitely recommend. I always get a consistently good service.

We’ve got takeaways from here for a couple of years and it’s such great pizza. Pizzas have crispy bases and they’re never greasy. The sides are also really tasty, all for really good value. So glad it’s my local pizza delivery!

What I liked is their oven actually runs by woods and not gas, it’s giving nice smoky smell to pizza. Pizza is nice and ingredients are fresh and value if money.

We've been getting our pizzas here since they opened. Best pizzas in Addiscombe! The base is light and crispy thanks to the wood-fired oven and they have a really good selection of toppings especially for vegetarians. Service is always prompt and friendly. Great local business, do not waste your time with anyone else!

Appalling for a pizza so spicy I put it in the bin I wouldn’t buy the pizza if it was the last pizza in this whole world waste of dough waste of money stay way!

Expensive, very dry, too salty. What a waste of money ,wanted a change at lunchtime ,should have stuck to sandwiches! Will never order again. Learned my lesson!

It's farewell to Papa John's and Helloooo Woodlands pizza for me. Their pizzas are just amazingly tasty and the delivery is super fast. The extra toppings are a bit steep though at £1.20 each but it's quality ingredients especially their goats cheese and buffalo mozzarella ❤️❤️❤️ I was ordering through Just Eat for the Nectar points but it's much cheaper to order via their app directly. I recommend this place to everyone!

Pizza really good and efficient delivery. Ordering via website is awful. No logical flow and very frustrating needs to be redesigned.

I love Wood fired pizza's & although these ones are ok I'd seriously question that thier made with freshly made dough as advertised. The biscuity texture of the crust points to frozen dough which really let's it down.

We've been ordering from woodlands pizza for around 2-3 years now and we love them. Never ever had a problem. They are very accommodating as we are fussy eaters. I've lived in London for a long time and i was so desperate to find a decent pizza cooked in a wood fire oven. It makes such a difference. I either call them or most often ı use their own website, which gives me 10% off and loyalty points. They've always been nice and patient over the phone. So we love their pizzas, we love them, we love their delivery drivers.

Best pizza place to order from. Delivery is fast food is yummy , not greasy and good value for money! We always order from here when we feel like a pizza night in. Today one of the pizzas was wrong. And a new one was sent to the door with in 13 minutes! The delivery driver was so polite too. Not sure if woodlands has changed hands now? I order from here at least once a month.. I usually get the lasagne and they sent me something else instead ( pasta with about 5 peas? ).. they was so rude on the phone my partner ended up hanging up. The pizza was also pretty bad tonight too. Lost a good customer

No idea what all the bad reviews are about, because this place is great. Fast delivery - as in we ordered at 9.03pm and the full order turned up at 9.20pm. Very good pizzas, light base, crisp edges, proper woodfired taste thanks to their HUGE oven. (Hey doubters, it's right in the window, so go see, plus you can smell the wood burning from outside.) BEST garlic and cheese pizza bread ever. Not thick and doughy, but crisp and golden, with puffs in the dough from the heat. Fabulous. 10/10 would definitely order again.

The delivery was fast and there was no issues, except the pizza did not taste or look anything like original Italian pizza and I doubt that the pizza was done in a wooden oven. I won't be ordering again.

Ordered bruschetta pizza and carbonara and I got food poisoning. I was literally sick for 3 days - this happened 2 days before Christmas so I wasn’t able to eat and drink everything over Christmas. Will never ever again order from this place.

I rarely ever write reviews, but these guys deserve all the stars I can find. Their pizza is amazing and always arrives piping hot and on time or even early. Their driver is a legend. Any issues get resolved right away. Definitely the best pizza and service around Croydon.

We are not local, my wife was at a nearby hospital and we fancied a pizza. Really pleased, great pizza. The sides were fantastic too. Everything was cooked to perfection. One thing I noticed was that the toppings were placed on with care and thought, not just thrown on. Would recommend.

Loads of pizza shops here. This one. The dough is cooked in a wood burning oven. Bit doughy the pizza I got. Not good when theres a Dominos next door . Maybe try again soon. But you gotta cook yo pie.

I had ordered from woodlands pizza late last night to be delivered to my hotel, i went for Parma deal and extras as I was extra hungry n the meal was amazingly tasty. Delivered hot temperature of meal was fresh. The chicken dippers have to be the best I have had. The chocolate fudge cake is lush plenty of choc icing. Would highly recommend and I will be ordering again tonight! Great customer service polite on the phone and on the delivery, thanks guys :)

The pizza isn't Italian and doesn't have any near taste of a original Italian pizza. This place isn't Italian with Italian food. This people's using Italian name to make business on it

Excellent! I am Italian, lived here for 29 years now and this is one of the best and good value, thake away/delivery pizza I had in UK. It's not greasy and the stone wood fired oven makes the difference. I am going to try their other dishes as well and it's definitely going to be my future delivery pizza place. Pizzas tasted great, but apparently something is wrong with the website as I ordered to pick it up for a later time, as my partner was coming over. Instead I got it delivered to my door way too early and it turned out cold once she got here.

WOW! the first time I've ever ordered from here was last night and the food was AMAZING. It was piping hot and really well cooked. The delivery guy was really nice too. I will only be ordering from here from now on, 10/10 THE BEST PIZZA IN LONDON. I can't recommend this place enough. FANTASTIC.

Shocked. It’s Valentine’s Day. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides at 7:30. They said 40 minutes. I called after nearly an hour. They said another 20 minutes. Not happy. Called again after a further half an hour. They said ANOTHER 20 minutes. I obviously relayed my feelings. He told me to cancel it if I want, they are busy and I’m wasting his time and put the phone down. Oh and it’s now 25 minutes since that last phone call - 2 hours since I ordered- 9:25pm and still no pizza. Just one rude little man and one very hungry couple with no dinner on Valentine’s Day. NEVER AGAIN.
