Fast N Fresh in Fife

Stopped here on a busy Saturday for lunch on my way to East Wemyss. There's a queue to get in that stretched out into the pavement because of distancing rules, so that's a good sign. The set up is that the staff will make up a roll or baguette with various fillings. I asked for a cheese omelette baguette and a vanilla latte. The omelette was okay, cooked on a flat top grill, but I guess you can't except high brow cooking. The latte was good except the server forgot to put the vanilla syrup into it.Overall, the food was decent.

I have just left the shop without lunch due to your manager refusing to take £2.60 from my debit card. I understand that your policy is usually £5 for debit cards however most establishments don't want to take cash at this time . I paid on Monday £2.60 using my debit card the Manager thinks that I am making this up. I have the debit showing on my mobile banking app . £2.60 Fast and Fresh.! So you have just lost a customer. I resent being told that I didn't pay with my card on Monday when actually I can prove that I did.

I've just started a course at Fife College near by and discovered this place walking over from the railway station. It's a great place as there is a wide range of fresh fillings and salad toppings either in a roll or baguette. There are also baked potatoes. All provided in a handy plastic container with paper napkins. Very patient and friendly service in a very clean environment. I went and enjoyed mine in the Gallery Gardens across the road.

Great staff ,Great food , it says Fresh on the label and that's what you get . Baguettes are made up in front of you as you wait everything is spotlessly clean and there is a superb salad bar for dressing on your choice of fillings . This outlet is very popular with the students from the local tech and visitors . Its is very near the library and railway station

Fast n Fresh is fantastic ⭐️ Have been buying lunch for a long time now and have only praise for the choice and standard of hot and cold sandwiches, rolls, baguettes.Shop is always very clean and you have full view of the staff making up your food.The staff are excellent, they are helpful and very friendly.Would definitely recommend Fast n Fresh to anyone ⭐️⭐️

N'Fresca rápida ha sido una grapa de Deli fife - Experiencia sándwich por algún tiempo y por alguna razón siempre he evitado.No sé por qué, pero cuando me acompañaron en mi otra mitad, el otro día me encontré con un mundo de maravillas que apenas se puede describir.Bueno, quizás no es que la vida cambia, pero rápido n 'Fresco ofrecen excelentes panecillos rellenos y baguettes, caliente y fría, así como una variedad de otros productos alimenticios como tartas, tortas, refrescos y cafés.Sus rellenos son fantásticas y hay una grave variedad - incluidos algunos preparados por el hindú para llevar locales que destacan especialmente.El servicio es bueno, y el café es realmente bueno, esto en sí más que justifica su existencia pero rápido n 'Fresco se está convirtiendo en mi nuevo lugar favorito para el almuerzo.

Won four free baguettes from Kingdom FM. Well filled baguettes lovely and fresh Loads of fillings to choose from. Very pleasant friendly staff. I'll definitely be back.

Parado hoy aquí en la mañana tarde para reposición de energía antes de ir a The Beveridge Park para dar un paseo alrededor.Una gran selección de comida para llevar, así que estaba en oferta me pareció bastante difícil hacer una selección. plenty of choice for fillings whether hot or cold however always feel like the staff lack politeness and patience.

2nd week visiting and paid 2 different prices for a salad on 2 occasions - today paying £4.30 for a salad box - very pricey for one slice of turkey and a bit of salad - other than that very nice and tasty

food is good, yumm. i like the bacon and the baguettes. good for my tummy :) i like the staff especially the one with the funky blue and pink hair

Great selection of fillings for rolls... try something new everytime. Staff are always friendly. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Food didn't taste all that fresh and was unappatising to say the least and not a good price either .

We came here today and had a baguette with Mexican chicken and salad and a bottle of apple juice. Was just over a fiver but we shared the baguette as it's enough for lunch. You can have different toppings on either side if you don't both want the same. Very clean and food was tasty

Get to choose the filling for a baguette or roll dry with spread or butter. Full salad or miss some out. Good price

Me and one of my close friends went in during our lunch break. Both of us felt it was a little over priced but the food tasted amazing!

Never had a bad thing from here always really nice very good selactoon staff bery friendly and helpful, only thing is a little pricey but that is a sign of the times! Would reccomend to anyone though!
