Two Days ago, I ordered 18 inch pizza and i got 15inch pizza then i did try to call couple of times the store but they didn’t answered then i did try from another number then they pickup call and they said i will check it for you then call you back since then it has been two days now I didn’t got any response from the store. How can you irresponsible for this kind of service 🤯

one of the worst pizza shop i have ever seen. the service, food and mostly behaviour of staff was very disappointing. Staff preson darshan and also the senior person look like manager have not sence how to deal with costomer. I ordered pizza from farmhouse north harrow before couple of days. it was chilli paneer pizza 18 inch and pizza was too much hard to eat and some toppings were also missing. After I called, the representative told me they were busy and will give a pizza free on next order. And when I called next time for pizza, he refused to give pizza free and strat argument and lastley he said ok i will give some discount on your pizza which is completely unexpectable and unprofessional. The staff name darshan and his manager both were rude on phone and called me to put the phone. It was helarious. I recommed to everyone to do not visit farmhouse pinner road because of not proper food and last but not least the unprofessional behavior of staff towords customer and very bad customer service.

Ordered meal deal off Uber eats - came late and stone cold. Pizza resembled what they look like the next day out the fridge. Pepperoni Passion had no pepperoni on it! Both were thin crust although asked for one to be deep feast and my Farmhouse Special only had ham and mushroom on it! Advertises 2 cans of drink but only received one. Uber eats said they’ll refund so hope they do. Won’t order from here again! 2/04/25 :UPDATE! Meal for 2 still advertised as 2 cans of drink on UberEats - suggest you change this.

I ordered my pizza was to it was for collection when it was ready I wasn’t told for a collection I always order for delivery I had to get a taxi to collect it not happy

The guy taking orders and serving people took my order initially telling me 25 minutes then after I paid said it'll be ready to collect in 40 minutes. When I came back to collect 50 minutes later, he's too busy serving people on Just eat and Uber to serve customers for collection. After 5 minutes he tells me to wait 10 minutes. I told him that it's been 15 minutes after he told me to collect but he was too busy and concerned with online orders. He said he has to serve them first. So I demanded a refund, which he did give hence the 1 star otherwise it deserves a 0. Disgraceful customer service. I can't talk about the food unfortunately as I didn't get to try it because of this terrible service.

Ordered Paneer and Jain pizza, they have various vegetarian options, kids chilly paneer pizza has option to replace chilly and Jalapeno with black olives to make it mild for kids although enjoying paneer. I would recommend thin crust base instead of deep pan. The pizzas are in squares/rectangle instead of usual round shape. I usually collect takeaway pizzas in insulated Iceland or Waitrose bags which helps to keep them hot without need to reheat again.

We placed a big order for pizza with starters via the uber eats app from the North Harrow branch. Our delivery showed on the app as delivered however we did not receive our order. We had no way to contact the delivery driver called Jankar Kumar, as the number on account was fake. We called the restaurant to see if they can assist, and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and said it is not his problem and we have to sort it via ubereats. He started justifying that he loses out coz we ordered via uber so its not his problem to help us. I explained he should take care of his customers who order from uber too but he was so rude and said he had done his job. I have never spoken to a restaurant who has spoken like this and did not care about their customers once the food had left their restaurant. Extremely rude worker shouting at me on the phone without assisting me I had to hang up. I did not receive my order at all and was charged fully. Will not recommend this place to others as no guarantee your food will be delivered. Really disappointed with this place.

Delicious & very tasty jain pizza. I got a pizza from here and I have to say that it was a warm and friendly greeting I received that extended to the very best pizza I've ever eaten in this country. Fresh local ingredients matched with refreshing service with a smile. I will definitely come back to eat pizza.

I ordered pizza for collection with a topping of green chillies. They didn’t put any and when I phoned them they said that they put crushed chilli. Ther was no taste of chilli. It was a margherita pizza with mixed herbs. The base of the pizza was not cooked properly. When I complained they were not bothered. I would not go back to Farmhouse North Harrow.

3 pizzas all vegetarian and tasted bitter to our suprise . The pizzas are usually fine from this restaurant but this time , it was a bit disappointing to have such a noticeable bitter taste left in mouth, really disappointed.

The coriander chilly chicken pizza was one of the best pizza's I've come across in the whole of Harrow, I will definitely be going again, and would recommend everyone to go try it out.

There any many pizza place on this road. However the services and food stands compared to the others. The people are always nice and friendly which goes along way. The pizza which no one does like Farmhouse Pizza is the 'Paneer Pizza'. There have been many version of pizza from many other places but this one is far like none other and I encourage people to go there just for this pizza.
