No Delivery, ended up having to collect even though delivery was paid for! Food was sitting there for over an hour after being made, everything was cold!

Shriraj and pruthviraj both are working good and they always talk with politely with good manner

Worst experience we ordered 16 inch pizza with toppings like corn and other stuff but we received mushrooms and tomato we called the restaurant the guy spoke with us for 2 minutes and left we are in call about 25 mins no one responded worst customer service .

I want to say I have ordered a pizza with specific topping as I’m allergic with Mushroom this people have sent me a pizza with mushroom and also the other topping which I haven’t even kept. When I have contacted instead of rectifying there mistake they were just telling it’s closing time and I am hungry was waiting for the order since so long on the Christmas Day. Not only sending a wrong order the staff don’t know how to speak to there customer, while working in such kind of business the employee should try to sort the issue but no help and the other main thing I was speaking but the have just kept the phone aside which is really disrespectful as I was listening there talk and even though not a single hello even not informed me to hold for a while why are they even working if they don’t know how to treat a customer!!! Worst service will never ever visit them again

It was very spicy and the bread was not crispy.

Chips were under cooked, hard & not golden yellow. Pizza had to much masala spickle over, couldn't enjoy otherwise the pizza would of been nice. Burger was nice. Provided lots of free garlic sauce which was good for pizza & most appreciated

Honestly one of the worst places to get pizza from. This place makes disgusting pizza and no gloves or no sort of covering while making the pizza. Wait time was around 10 mins but the pizza came out soggy oily and disgusting. Honestly if you want pizza your better off going to RFC or any other place but i highly recommend not coming to this place as hygiene and customer service and food is appalling

Stopped here due to being succumbed by the very accommodating pricess and the lure of fresh pizza. Service and prices are very favourable and quality and taste was excellent. There are plenty of choices on the high street, but this appealed the most to me and the staff were very friendly. May come back for another visit in the future.

The order never arrived but was marked as delivered 1 minute BEFORE the driver phoned me to say he had the wrong address and he read the address of the restaurant not delivery ! He then said he will be 5-7mins but never showed up and just marked as delivered without getting a code. I got no food and the drivers phone number didn’t work when calling back . This company just stole my money and delivered nothing !

Diamond Pizza Place is hands down my favorite spot, and as a regular, I can honestly say they never disappoint! I ordered here one time before , I told them make the pizza thin crust but they made it deep pan and the dough even at that time was not fresh. Today I ordered this pizza again , I told my brother not to order from diamond pizza but he didn’t listen. The toppings was falling apart from the pizza , they didn’t cut the slices even correct and AGAIN the dough was not fresh like last time. My brother asked the man for just little bit chilli sauce , but he said no in a rude way first money. We literally threw the pizza in the bin and ordering roosters now lol. Please whoever is in charge of this pizza shop , sort your pizza shop out and get new employees.

The staff is not helpful, the pizza are not worth the price they charge. The guy who made our pizza had long hair and no covering. So don't be surprised if find one or two hairs in your Pizza.

I recently ordered two portions of garlic bread and masala fries, but I received only one portion of garlic bread and regular fries instead. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The lack of attention to detail and quality control was shocking. I was really looking forward to my meal, but this experience left me feeling very let down and dissatisfied. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL.

It’s a good shop only issues are things are abit pricey however it’s fine, normally dine in is the option for me. I recommend this shop if you want something really filling.

This Time I was not happy with My Order. Firstly there was a stone in Pizza which was not acceptable and secondly taste was not as usual either staff has changed or they have not updated about ingredients what has been changed in same pizza I always order same pizza but this time it was not upto mark. Totally Disappointed.

Great customer service from restaurant and delivery driver viraj. First order was unfortunately damaged in transit both restaurant and driver (Viraj) were very apologetic and a replacement was delivered in less than an hour. Very pleased overall

From Restaurants Pizza was great as expected and as always. This time i was disappointed by delivery when I received my Order that was cold and Cold Pizza will never give you that crunch of bite what you paid for that with Delivery Fees and Service Charge which is not worth to pay for.
