Delivery was over an hour late..no apology !Delivery guy said under pressure when arrived.First time order.Pizza hawaiian has no cheese and no tomato ..flavourless and full of pineapple and ham to mask taste.Pizza dough good.Disappointing.

Amazing quality, consistently!! We live 20-30 mins away and wouldn't get pizza anywhere else so invested in a pizza delivery bag which means our pizzas are still piping hot when we get them home. Authentic Italian made pizza, fresh and high quality ingredients, stacked with toppings and always a pleasure to deal with Daniel and his staff!! We've been eating Daniels pizzas for years and his Father's before that and have NEVER been disappointed!!!

Quite possibly the best pizza in NI, eat here regularly and have never been let down, amazing vibes, amazing food, highly recommend.

I Had hi hopes for this place, looked very good ,Food was ok could get this type of food closer to home , drove over from Crawfordsburn to try this place , service was awful when rang couldn't answer questions had to go ask someone to find out answer and in person , cook looked angry and aggressive like he didn't want to be making Pizza, when arrived we had to wait about 20mins for our order which isn't an issue as we did order £100 worth of food , but to feel uncomfortable while waiting was the issue !! Staff look miserable not one friendly person in the building need to learn customer service as customer service based business... wouldn't recommend!! As I can't reply below this just speaks to the volume of your costumer service .... and you type of business you will give to a customer but you don't actually have any customer service!!! your good at attacking people on a key board this is a review for a business and their experience ... which u actually need to get a grip of yourself !!!!! Ur vile attacking people's appearance but I think you will find I was in my uniform , navy trousers and navy fleece top ... I can say I had nothing see through or Christmas related on !! Maybe you need your eyes checked !! the other person who was with me had a green hoodie on with candy cane trousers ???? Where is the see through Christmas pjs .... Also I never said I pre ordered ( but really pre ordering is ordering before you get there ) , I said I ordered and when I got there we had to wait so you really can't read !! which I. Said wasn't an issue as we did spend £100 ?? So explain your pre order or 45 min comment...... In your reply you also state that if you come on time for your order you won't get met with this disgusting response from you the owner or your staff !! Wonderful customer service moto !!! Also I have never asked for discount in my life and never would!! Don't need discount! Not my issue if the girl who was with me wanted to ask as she again was spent a large amount of money on take away pizza ! Judging people is disrespectful and disgusting, I guess its is your kind of personality your just (vile) everyone's money is the same regardless!!! the girl on the phone who rang , who let me say wasn't me ... !!! She ask if the fritters were like mozzarella dippers as these were for a child ? do you do franks sauce as a dip and also the pepperonis etc I don't really think those are hard or silly questions to ask !!!! And asking questions about the food isn't silly it's technically your job to answer them as you're supplying the food ?? Can you elaborate on what was a silly question ?? for your other comment about the time You also never told her 45 mins .. as we never left for 15 after we ordered and the time it takes to get to your location I think it should have been ready as your saying it only takes 45 min ? Remember this is by your record but as I said I really didn't mind the wait but as your staff and you have no customer service and talk about ur customer this all speak volumes to the type of business you run !! If your also saying that your staff said we give that vibe we right reviews why would you say that if you believe your services was amazing and you haven't done a thing wrong why would you even be thinking that ... that to me is really strange do you just think that about your customers for no reason ... did we do something when in the building other than stand and wait on the order ?? Were we aggressive , rude etc no we weren't any thing but but respectful! Picked up our order and met with this disgusting behaviour speaks more to your character than ours, You're right there are many other very nice pizza places in bangor and around me that would suit Again I really 100% Wouldn't recommend and maybe you need to retrain the children you have working for you! If you read this also read further down there are many more of them that say the same about the owner (cook) and the staff I mean if the shoe fits and all that ! Had pizza here tonight, was really busy but food was quick and absolutely delicious Staff were really attentive and the owner apologised for there being a slight wait All in all a great pizzeria and well worth the trip to Donaghadee Amazing food Friendly staff What more could you ask for ❤️

Where do I start Pre ordered as we where coming from crawfordsburn as we had a lot of people to feed we opted to pre order In total are order came too £96+£3 for dips =£99 They DID NOT START MAKING OUR ORDER UNTIL WE ARRIVED WHAT IS THE POINT IN A PRE ORDER From we entered the shop we felt very uncomfortable the staff where very rude and didn’t know what there where doing considering when I rang to add stuff on the girl had to ask someone else everything I was asking her The loaded chips didn’t have enough toppings and sauce but did taste grate The pizza where lovely and tatesed ok but didn’t really hold the heat could have been because we traveled from Bangor but didn’t expect it to have cooled that quick I could have gotten better closer to home Had a bit of a 50 50 experience and feel like this place really need to work of there customer service skills the chef really looked miserable like he didn’t want to be at work

Good things come to those who wait! Aside from a small pizza place tucked away in Glenarm Estate this is the best pizza. Perfectly cooked fresh dough finished with the best ingredients and well worth the money. The inside of the shop is spotless with bags of Italian flour stacked in one corner. The counter staff are welcoming and helpful. One thing I will warn you off is be prepared to wait as a regular user delivery has never been less than 70 minutes even pre orders are behind the scheduled delivery time. However the food has always arrived hot and delivered by a very friendly delivery person. If you are in a hurry then don’t frustrate yourself but if you’re prepared to wait then it’s well worth it.

Firstly, order took over an hour and a half to get to us. Food nice and hot, no complaints there. This was our first time ordering from Farina. We both ordered the pasta and 10” pizza because we had never bought food from them before. Both pasta dishes were very, very under seasoned. Hardly any Parmesan in the spaghetti carbonara, no pepper, salt almost non existent. Pasta was cooked to perfection though. I had the pasta with ham, mushrooms and roasted garlic, once again, almost zero seasoning. My partner had the Cajun chicken pizza, once again, exceptionally bland. I had the Gorgonzola pizza, I ordered extra Gorgonzola, I am sure if I had not had the extra cheese it too would have been too bland. We both had to add salt to liven up the dishes. I am a qualified chef and to be honest I will not be ordering again. With the long wait and the bland food, there’s nothing to entice me back. Oh and a last thing, we struggled to get the app to work, I eventually gave up and got my partner to order on his phone. We got a notification about 40 minutes after we had finished our meal to say the order had been delivered. Pretty poor for over £40 order.

Food is lovely and the portions are very fitting although the service is not as good. Ordered pizza at 9:45 and waited hours for nothing to come. Really disappointed

Pizza was tasty, unfortunately before ordering through the app it didn't warn us that it would take 90 minutes to be delivered. We'd already paid so thought fair enough. After waiting for 110 minutes I called and was told ours would be the next out, after another 25 minutes I called again and then it took 5 more minutes to arrive. So overall it took 2 hours and 15 minutes which is fine if you know about the long wait beforehand, if you don't it is just completely frustrating. The pizza was good but not good enough to make us forget how long it took.

Tried this last night and OMG 😍 Never tasted pizza like it, so delicious and fresh. Chilli garlic chips are also incredible. Staff are super friendly and helpful also, can’t wait to get back!!

AMAZING!! the nicest pizza and sides I have ever had.

I have eaten here many times, the pizza is very good. Last night I was frustrated and gave a bad review as I had to wait longer than expected past my order due time on the app, and it lead to the other meals I collected elsewhere on time being cold/soggy. But as you pointed out I have never complained or reviewed before when it was good, so I have updated this review as a result of all the good interactions to give a more accurate feedback.

I like about 300 yards from the Pizza shop £3.50 delivery and the food arrived cold the cheese sauce and crispy bacon topping flavourless and under cooked chips the pizza topping where plentiful but sad the temperature ie cold spoiled it and at £23.50

I could not be happier about having a late order. Without having to ask for an update or any sort of complaint, Farina gave us a free cheesy garlic bread pizza for the trouble. Thank you Farina, we really appreciate the consideration. The food was fantastic too. We will 190% be back.

I have never ever had such a poor customer experience.. I ordered £51 worth of pizzas at 5:43pm. I asked the girl how long will it be as I have to collect my daughter and I would do that when picking up pizzas as don’t live close by. She said 1 hour is thewaiting time. I asked is that definitely 1 hour as this has happened before here and she said yes 1 hour is max waiting time. I said great I will collect Around 6:40. Arrived around 6:50 and pizzas were not even made or in the oven… I expressed politely my dissatisfaction that I was told 6:40 and I need to collect my children. That is why there is a collection time surly that suits the customer. The chef/owner I believe totally went on the defensive towards my feedback saying it is 2 hours he is doing his best. His tone was one of anger. I get that but I just said if that is the case then manage the customer’s expectations and say 2 hours not 1 hour max. I explained I was just giving feedback very calmly and he just shouted to the girls working there give her the money back. I said I don’t want the money back just want the pizzas and he said he would not serve me… had he simply just listened to customer feedback and apologised for the delay but there was no need to be so rude to me.. I started to cry and was highly embarrassed in front of the other customers.. a shame customers cannot give feedback to help improve or when about to pay £51 rather than being so rude

Everytime I eat a pizza from Farina, I feel compelled to post a review about how delicious it is...that's all.

Amazing!! We just had two specially pizzas tonight and they were so tastefully delicious!! I had the Gluten free pizza and it is one of the best I've had; we also had the dirty fries again totally worth the money for the taste and quality! Fresh quality ingredients- the chicken was first class and the goats cheese fab! We actually rong after are meal and let yous know it was first class 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Keep up the hard work! 🍕

Great pizza that never disappoints.

Shocking customer service. I'm a regular customer, spent lots with them. Food arrived appallingly late - cold and inedible when it eventually arrived. They refused a refund and are now subsequently refusing orders to my address, despite taking money! When the owner was spoken to on the phone he was aggressive, dismissive and rude. Only take the orders you can cope with. If you can't deal in a civil way with customers then you shouldn't have a public facing business.

I haven’t any pictures to share as the food didn’t last long enough. Just brilliant. We were long term customers in Dolce Vita but hadn’t gone to visit Farina’s yet. Absolutely great pizza. Such a shame we waited so long to go!!

Best pizzas in Co Down!! Love this place, great selection of pizzas, their dirty fries are delicious. Very clean, very friendly and little waiting time. Parking available on street on both sides outside of Pizzeria.

Every time it's an hour to an hour and a half. They let you know when you have paid but a different time is quoted in the menu. First few times I thought it was a busy period and a small order, not many deliver in my area so fair enough, but I won't be ordering again.

Farina tonight 3 of us ordered pizza, beautiful store , fantastic ordering system in store, pizzas with out a doubt up there with the best authentic pizzas on the island of Ireland , base really top quality, the toppings are also 1st rate , try this place I guarantee you will be mightily impressed.

Good food but asked to use the electronic counter top ordering facility, 6 attempts by myself lead to the owner asking one of his employees to help, 3 attempts by her failed aswell, eventually my order was taken by an assistant. Very off putting esp as there was plenty of staff behind the counter

Food is always 10/10 from here but the marinara pizza was just way too salty & nothing to cut though it, needed some sweetcorn, red onion or pineapple with slightly less tuna but as usual the sweet chilli garlic bread/ dough ball is always a must!

Hubby and I ordered pizzas both soggy in in middle all topping where not evenly covering the pizza again all in the middle

Traveled nearly 90 miles for this pizza. It was delicious. 10/10 . The base was fantastic. The sauce was amazing. The toppings where all great. Deffo best pizza you will get in the north of Ireland.

Farina Pizza is a takeaway, having said that, the food, service and atmosphere are all top-notch. I had my first pizza in Venice 60 years ago, and I was instantly hooked. I have had a lot of pizzas since then, but I have to say the pizzas and the service from here are as good as any and better than most.

When it opened i tried the pizza and it was soaking. Again last night for the second time since it opened i decided to try it and the same problem exists. The pizzas are soaking. The bread is wet. And the bbq base is just water flavored? Was like wet nuitrient paste. Unsure if due to steaming of the meat.But had to leave this review. Pizzas should not be wet.

Very rude and threatening behaviour

Popped in for takeaway pizza. Service was slow, but when it arrived the pizza was very tasty. However, was disappointed with the provocative music video playing on the giant TV, hardly suitable for viewing in public at 6pm on a weeknight for a family.

Excellent pizzas (and I can say that with confidence as my family have tried most on the menu), quality ingredients++ friendly staff. Spotless hygiene. I would have given 5 stars but for the disappointment caused by dragon tongue garlic bread.. Personally I'd go back to the drawing board on that one or replace with stuffed crust twists
