"Two portions of bbq spare ribs" Sends out 1 potion in 2 containers. Beef curry literally right in the bin as inedible and like rubber. Rest of food cold. Overall not worth the wait or price.

Worst chips I’ve ever had from a Chinese! Not worth the long wait times Totally expensive and took an hour and a half for collection order (convinced they forgot our order and made it up when we arrived to collect).

The food was fine, although on the cold side. The price seemed average. But we waited for 2 hours on our order, I phoned after an hour and was told that the restaurant can just update the delivery time, and it would arrive in 20mins. I phoned after 20mins and she said she meant it would be ready to leave in 20mins; the food arrived 40 mins after the 2nd phonecall - 1hr and 20 mins later than expected.

Ordered food at 18:00 for delivery. It was delivered at 21:00 (on order it was stated that it would be sixty to eighty minutes). When it hadn’t arrived we called and were told it would be 10 mins. After thirty minutes we asked for a refund. Restaurant refused. Asked again for time and was told it would be out with the next driver 20:05) It eventually arrived at 21:10. The food was no better than average although the salt and chilli ribs were good. Not recommended

Ordered take away over the phone and it was ready when promised. The guy who took the money was really friendly and the food was very nice, beef curry lovely with a bit of a kick. We’ll be ordering again.

Curry sauce is very spicy but I prefer that. Chicken fried rice had very little chicken for the price. Long wait time but not the worst I've ever ordered.

Don't bother with this place. A complete waste of time. Disorganised, appalling communications and food you will never get to eat. I ordered a home delivery. An hour later, I called to ask where it was. "Oh, we're really busy," said the person on the other end of the line. It will be with you in about 20 minutes. I told them not to bother. I demanded a refund. Learn from me. Don't even get to the point when you need to ask for a refund – just don't order from this bunch of chancers in the first place.

Ordered carry out to be delivered on a Sunday evening. Chose 'crispy chilli chicken', fried rice and prawn crackers. The crackers were edible - that's about it. the chilli chicken was very unpleasant and very far from crispy: chewy, tough and pretty revolting. The fortune cookie was stale. The rice was tough, too. When we phoned to complain we were connected to the manager who wasn't helpful in the slightest and basically said 'Well, what do you want?' Eventually we were offered a free starter should we place a future order with them, which is very unlikely. Best avoided.

Not usually enthusiastic about takeaways however friends arrived and Chinese was the order of the day. Placed our order with Far East Oriental and delivery was estimated at 40 minutes. Less than 30 minutes later our order arrived and we were all pleasantly surprised. Soups were flavoursome and hot. Assorted mains were all excellent and they delivered us a few extra freebies. Best Chinese in the area by a very large margin

Always very welcomed by staff greeting customers. Not to sure of kitchen staff occasionally one may come out but never cheery. Always had great dishes in adequate portions and served in a timely manner. Highly recommend getting your takeaways here best in Giffnock / surrounds.

Been to order chips rice and curry sauce. The container wasn't wrapped in cling film and also never got offered or pack into plastic bag, on way home in my boyfriends car I had the container on my legs and when we stop I got curry sauce on my jeans! When we phone to shop and complaint woman said "we can't do nothing about it" in cheeky way! Not recommend this chinease never ! The most cheeky and rude staff ever meet.

This is the first time we tried this place and ordered take away. While the delivery time was quick, the food was disgusting. We ordered pad thai, a thai beef green curry and satay chicken skewers. The chicken skewers came in a viscous sloppy brown colour which was quite revolting to look at and to taste. Rather than have some tasty chicken on sticks with a bit of peanut sauce, it was a horrid mess. The thai beef green curry was almost congealed, gluggy and gluppy. It looked pretty vile. The beef was strange - not sure whether you would identify it as beef in a blind taste test. While the curry did have bit of a fragrance to it, and a good amount of heat, it was pretty disgusting to eat. The curry contained mushroom (and odd addition) and peppers. Not exactly sure if they used coconut milk or not, but the curry could hardly be considered a thai curry - and it is pretty much false advertising. After scrapping most of the gunk and glup off the "beef" and peppers, I could only eat a few mouthfuls before throwing it in the bin along with the chicken shitay skewers. On the up side, the prawn pad thai was edible. Plenty of prawns. Nice, but not particularly much flavour nor colour - we were just happy though we could eat something. Completely regret ordering food from this place - it was disgusting.
