Food is average, and delivery time is abysmal

Awful service.... they always add 20 mins. Food was ordered 8.45pm delivered cold at 10.35

This is one of my Regular Takeaway Spots as the Food is always great. However, the Delivery times have gone so Poor, I forgot the last time we received our food early or at least Reasonably on time!! We Also did not receive one of our Wing Meals......

The food is good and delivery was on time however I call the restaurant to ask if I could thighs in my order they said ok then didn't receive any at all and that is not a good service but the food was good and the delivery was on time.

Very good communication with the delivery driver/rider.

Food was good but service was really bad 30 mints late and I called the restaurant up the person I spoke to didn’t make any sense. I remember when the service used to be soo good it was never late like this before.

Great food however you forgot the BBQ BASE ONCE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A PAID EXTRA, WRITTEN IN THE NOTES AND ALSO CONFIRMED OVER THE PHONE WHAT THE ACTUAL F!!

The food itself was nice, but they were all cold! Not even luke warm, had to put food in the microwave 🤦🏽‍♀️😩 which is not what you want to do when you have ordered! And to be fair to get my property in a car or on a bike would take probably 5-7 mins from the shop. Won’t be ordering from here again unfortunately.

Great pizza for a great price, the chicken burger was delicious as was the quarter pound burger, the fries was one of the most tastiest my family has tasted. The delivery man was early and friendly. Overall Great Service. Definitely ordering from here again in the future.

Incredibly salty - could only manage one slice from each pizza and had to bin the rest. Delivery when booking was indicated as up to 40mins but took more than twice that time - in total took 1h and 25mins from ordering. A supermarket pizza would have been much nicer. When I called to chase the delivery I was told rudely that it would be another 5mins and then it took another 15mins. Couldn’t have been worse.

food was lovely and hot, they added sauce packets which was very much appreciated and delivery guy was nice and polite. My new favourite takeaway!

The delivery guy didn't read the instructions I left, ringing intercom in the middle of the night instead of calling. But the food was nice.

The pizza was horrible, it was soggy and tasted strange. I took one bite of the chocolate fudge cake and had to spit it out as it was expired and absolutely disgusting . Food was delivered on time and the driver was friendly is the only positive but do not waste your money on this place!

I order from this shop quite regularly & I have never been disappointed, also never had any problems with missing items. You can tell they put effort into preparing your order. Also the customer service is great!! (I know how important reviews are on us hungry people when we just wana order, I would definitely 100% recommend)

Sad limp food. Chicken was soggy rather than crisp, and the chips had no flavour and were so soft you could bend them in half without breaking. Didn't even attempt the coleslaw. Coca cola was the redeeming factor.

The service was despicable. I ordered a lamb kebab roll on which I clearly requested not to add any sauce. The person behind the service may need to take reading lessons since my request was disregarded. Also the delivery man should be more formal and serious as it seemed he had been taking his job as a joke. The food was obliterated by the lack of attention to my request which was not difficult to follow.

I asked for 1 chicken nugget and 2 burger meals and i only got 2 chips for 3 meals

We had a burnt burger bun and no chilli sauce which i asked for

the waiting time was ridiculous,it took 2 and a half hours from the time I ordered to when my food was delivered.

Disappointing because last time I ordered here the pizza was excellent - arrived hot, plenty of toppings; delicious overall. This time it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive despite ordering just as they opened, was lukewarm, they gave me standard coke instead of diet and the delivery driver was extremely aggressive when I asked what happened - I only did this because I had called the restaurant twice asking after my order and both times the manager claimed he was surprised it hadn't arrived because the driver left ages ago. The driver claimed his boss was lying and became extremely defensive. Although to their credit they did discount my order significantly.

Great pizza! Ordered the large one for two - it could definitely feed three! Delivery within an hour (Thursday night). I'll most likely order from here again!
