Family Kebab in Caerphilly

Great service, hot, tasty meal delivered earlier than expected ! Portions are great, kebabs are filled to the brim and excellent value for money ! Thank you Family Kebab !

I wish I could give zero stars. Never order from here. Served dangerous mouldy food. Not even a tiny bit of mould which would have been forgivably missed. Look at the state of it. The manager was rude. "refund? Nah love". He was adamant that he would eat food from a place that served this disaster. That says it all really. He never even apologised. Should be shut down.

Ordered large meat, chips and salad, when it came the tray was basically a load of chips 5 little strands of meat and stale brown salad. When I phone to complain the owner started shouting at me and told me to never order food from them again. Wow fantastic costumer service. First and last time I use this place.

Food is delicious, always delivered piping hot and in a great time. Never use anywhere else.

Was on time but the order was messed up.

Rang this place to see if I could get a delivery to my truck and was told we don't deliver to trucks sorry. May I ask why isn't my money good enough Thanks for nothing

The food from this place can be hit or miss as some days my food is on time and tastes fantastic but on most occasions it's cold and needs to be reheated. Your best bet is to collect your order so you got it while it's hot. The staff are friendly and welcoming so that's something and they are open 7 days a week

Absolutely disgusting just had a delivery £9.50 .. more like £2.50 freezing cold.. never ever again!💯

Ordered food and received the wrong food. I get you made a mistake but i order food to eat it and waiting hour & 15mins for food is a long time. Wont be ordering again

Just tried to place a order for delivery 1/2 a mile away and was told £4 delivery on a £25 order wow

Food is always delivered hot and on time.. Very friendly delivery service too.

Have bought from here on a few occasions however i went to place a phone order as I am partially sighted and have cereal palsy and had trouble seeing the menu etc online but the Manager on the phone was very rude and disrespectful so that will be the last time we go here

Although we had to wait a while for it to come the food was amazing the chicken shish was the best I've had and had a free bottle of Pepsi max as a sorry for the wait.. Will order again in future 👍

I've been a good customer for a while, untill the last order I made they cancelled. I received no food and they still charged me. I rang them on the phone and he kept shutting me off in a rude manner and he said "It has nothing to do with me ". Shame really they lost a good customer over 1 order. I ordered through FoodHub. FoodHub said contact them directly. But they won't help. Won't recommend to anyone anymore.

Shocking kebab meat was like dry burnt bacon never again terrible

I have used this takeaway on numerous occasions directly and through takeaway apps and never had a problem until tonight. I ordered a large and extra large kebab with garlic chilli salad and pickles and what turned up was two kebabs the same size with no garlic or pickles. When I raised this with the takeaway they said they’d sent what I’d ordered nothing they can do absolutely disgusting attitude!! Even I compare with what I’ve previously had from them never mind what you get from other near by takeaways it’s disgusting and definitely was no bigger than a regular. The portions if they were right and they have all of a sudden changed to all being one siZe despite three different costs then I will go to one of the other takeaways who don’t lie and rip me off and provide good customer service and recognise previous loyal custom!!

I’ve used this takeaway on numerous occasions via just eat food Hub and directly never had an issue until tonight!! I ordered a large and an extra large donner woth garlic chilli salad and pickles. Well what turned up was two kebabs no different in size and certainly not large or extra large and no garlic or pickles. I raised this with the takeaway comparing to what I’d had on other occasions and was told they have sent everything nothing they can do!! Disgusting attitude and level of customer service Well what they sent was not proper portions a completely rip off there are other kebab places locally that provide what is ordered with a good attitude!! I will go elsewhere as I’m not a mug won’t be lied to or ripped off and disappointed that previous loyalty counted for nothing!!

Stay absolutely clear, meat and chips were vile lamb doner was so thick and full of gristle chicken was really fatty slimy and tasteless soggy chips drowned in sauce , I've had some dodgy kebabs but this tops the list. Not one bit was fresh, no care or attention . I don't even think they would eat the food they cook themselves it's that bad . Have a sandwich . And give it a miss.

Absolutely discussed with the food I had. Freezing cold when turned up a hour late. Bread solid also wet. Kofty we had was burned and raw inside!! The salad was brown like its been left for days. Absolutely appalling!!! Would not recommend this to anyone!!!! Worst food I've had by far!

not very nice at all last chicken poppers were over done, chips weren't cooked all the way through. only nice thing was the burger but even then the roll was burnt a bit. very disappointing .

Cold food ,and for the second time no 10 garlic mushrooms,instead sliced slugs ,and the free pizza very well done,phoned just eat for the second time family kebab said that's the menu 10 mushrooms cut up,waste of time and still cold

Best takeaway I've had in a long time. Half an hour from order to doorstep, food was obviously all fresh, awesome crunchy chips.

This is one of our Go-To places for Kebab, Pizza and Southern fried Chicken, The Salad is fresh, the Chilli Sauce is flavourful. Delivery is more often than not before the scheduled time. I am always happy to recommend this place to family & friends.

This place has gone down hill forgot half are meal and took a hour to bring the rest. After complaining we was promised a free meal after asking for are free meal we were told we could not have it.and food was cold

Awesome chicken Kebabs, by far the tastiest I have had and I came from up north where there are Kebab shops as far as the eye can see. Excellent prices and friendly staff. You've got to try the coleslaw and the chilli sauce. I didn't have the sauce myself but Dazzy said it was full of win!
