Family Kebab House in Carmarthenshire

This is supposed to be a share box all I received is one large mixed kebab and a small fries and I was charged 20 quid

*Response to your reply*: I understand your reason and i apologise that the driver had to deliver in the rain but people make mistakes and if the driver answered his phone this would have been resolved better. I made 8 attempts to call the number back and i wasted no time to do this. You are a service that should expect your staff to treat their customers with better manners whatever mistakes were made. I did right by apologising to both yourself and the delivery driver but sometimes these things happen but to be spoken to in that way is not how customers should be treated especially when we are paying customers! Thank you. First review: Very disappointed in the delivery driver tonight. I made a little mistake on my address and received a phone call from who i believe was the delivery driver. Unfortunately my phone has problems with being able to answer calls so was unable to answer so I tried to call back. I rang the numer 8 times with no answer so I contacted foodhub who tried and they too couldn't get through. Eventually after 20mins the shop called me, I apologised for making a mistake and he was very polite on the phone. Within 5mins of the phone call, the delivery driver came back. He called me from his car (after not responding to my phone calls) and was very rude to me on the phone. He made me come out of my house in the rain to receive my order, he also rudely asked me why I hadn't answered my phone in which I responded that I called 8 times! He muttered some words when he got back in the car and I told him I will be leaving a stinking review. In the 8 years of living here I have always been treated with respect and have never had any problems with this particular kebab shop and I can honestly say that tonight was a first.

Had a delivery this evening a regular with family kebab house , the delivery was wrong , reordered again you can see it was thrown together no sauces as requested very disappointed with the meal , did ring them to say an wasn’t bothered so won’t be having again in future.

Was Best kebab in area ,but ordered tonight of Internet was told sauce was added to kebabs but were bone dry ,phoned got told sauce was added which I refuse to believe ,

We usually order from here often but the fact the delivery driver can’t actually deliver it and I have to walk to get it anyway (when he’s just sat in the car btw) is beyond irritating now! I live down the road, I payed for delivery but have to go and collect it from the driver anyway? I’d rather walk to the shop and save the delivery fee if that’s the case! We won’t be ordering again as by the time I get the food the chips are cold, the drinks are warm and I’m annoyed by my “delivery”, also I don’t know what sauce that was but it was not garlic. Not impressed.

***Another Great Meal, Well Done You Guys***. Food always hot, fresh salad & no waiting time. Very clean premises & i can be fussy. Efficient friendly staff, smack on as always.

Had a delivery this evening and it was barely warm. A tip for the cook, cheesy chips is not a huge heap of cheese dumped on top of luke warm chips, the cheese should be melted. The only plus is the delivery was on time and the coleslaw was nice.

Fabulous kebabs, chicken tikka is amazing, always hot and generous, fresh crunchy salad, I can fault them best take away around 👌❤️

I asked for 2 mixed meat kebabs and they gave me just doner kebabs. Then i specifically said no sauce and had one kebab drowned in bbq sauce.

I used to like ordering from this takeaway and used them every few weeks as the food was hot and arrived quickly. Tonight I’ve tried to order only to find there is no ‘CASH’ option online anymore and when I called to ask if it was an error they said they no longer accept cash!!!! How utterly STUPID is that!!!! We won’t be ordering again!!!

Give me the wrong order twice won’t be going there again

Be warned, they gave me the wrong order and when I phoned them they called me a list and that it was my fault. The kebab I had from them was also cold and the meat was overcooked........you should be ashamed of how rude to a customer you were, I hope other people read this and give your establishment a miss.

I'd previously left a bad review as felt totally let down by the service. We rang the order through last night to give them the benefit of the doubt and they have totally redeemed themselves. Phenomenal food at great price. Family kebab could be the food establishment of choice if they keep this up.

We ordered food from you last night and my partner had a kebab. He has spent the last 12hours being violently sick and his GP has just confirmed he has food poisoning. Yours was the only food we ate all day yesterday. Also it took 2 hours to be delivered and we were overcharged. Not happy!!

I'm a big eater and love my food. Best kebab house by far within my local area. I can't manage to eat more than a medium as it's too much OMG!!!!!!

Have to say this is the best takeaway that has come into the area. they always try to please, and once i wanted something that was not on the menu, but then when i ordered next time they informed they now have that item there for me :) they certainly do look after their customers needs. keep up the good work :)
