Costa Coffee in Carmarthenshire

Very noisey. No attempt to deaden sound.

I popped in for a quick coffee on my way home from camping in Newgale. Staff were welcoming, friendly and chatty. Service was fast and efficient, drink tasted amazing and the shop was clean.

Rubbish. 11:55 and not even open after a notice on the door saying it would be open at 10

We visited the odeon with our family and another family Friday 23rd June at around 7pm. The cafe was quiet and clean. There was a young boy his name tag said 'Curtis' I took note as I never normally write reviews but I felt our service warranted a review. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. There was no food in the counter due to the fridge being off so he offered to bring out what they had in the back which he did with no issue what so ever. Outstanding service.

Entry is a bit confusing, and the cafe felt a bit grubby. Staff were good.

Can claim points for purchased coffees, but can't redeem them here as it's a franchise

Not happy the points machine doesn't work and when you try add your points elsewhere you can't because it's a franchise !!

Good coffee, but never know when they are open. Says 8am Google but they are never open that early! Be lucky if it's 9.30am. Had a few people waiting outside a while ago and they said they will be open at 10.15! Please update your opening hours.

Going to cinema tonight. Call in Costa as always 9pm finish on app. On door 6pm. Very disappointed to find storr was closing

Lovely hot smokey coffee with a naughty treat on the side, but this time had a toasties as well. This is a lovely.costa with fast service and very kind and friendly staff. A good experience,.worth the higher price tag.

Great, particularly now that the dishwasher has been repaired and we can have proper plates and cups!!! Staff here are all lovely, friendly, helpful and even remember what you like best to drink. They do put up with a lot as unfortunately this Costa seems to be plagued by technical issues, ranging from dishwasher, coffee machine, hot water boiler and even the card machine!!! So come on Costa support your quality staff in this shop with some fast and quality repair/engineer responses. They and we the customers deserve better from you!!!

Terrible services waiting for A coffee, 2 people serving 9 different customers with 2 coffee machine.. All that money costa making should have a lot more working for a better services

Really comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for my disability scooter. So pleased the black forest hot choc is back.

Their lattei with caramel is absolutely georgouse. And their bread and pies are delicious.

Better places to buy your coffee from

Getting a Costa is a real treat. Always had great service from friendly staff.

I visited here for some food as I was early for our film we had toasties and were served quickly and efficiently, the toasties were stunning and the baristas were lovely and had a laugh with my daughter instrad of rushing us through, brilliant service

I'm not usually a big fan of coffee chains but this was a really nicely-run shop in a good location. The staff really went the extra mile and were very friendly. This felt like a nice local community place.

Baby Chocolate chino was great a toast was delicious.

Ideal if you are early for your film, you can sit and have a Costa coffee with something to eat if you want.

A very good coffee shop. Always clean and tidy and a great range of drinks and snacks. The prices are slightly higher than some coffee shops but it's worth it.

So went into costa today, ordered two different cakes and 2 drinks, waitress bought them over to us with a cake missing and just walks off without sayin anything. I walked over to the counter and asked why I’ve only been given one cake and was told because the other one was out of stock... so basically she charged me for two, and becuae the other one wasn’t in stock, was just given one and still charged for the other but told nothin about it. It’s just pure laziness and. It’s not the first time I’ve found the staff to be rude. Very unwelcoming and I find the staff to act hungover and dopey most the time. And will now be going to costa in pemberton.

Been in here a few times and the drink has always been lovely. Visited yesterday, ordered a 'massimo' hot chocolate and it was absolutely lovely! The staff are generally very friendly and helpful!

Nice warm coffee with discounts before 10am

Very friendly staff who are always willing to help and a nice atmosphere in the store. It's a little pricey but coffee shops usually are!

I had coffee American which we quite week .I was disappointed. Also other coffee places always give a little coffee biscuit with their coffee it's a nice touch .
