Family Garden Chinese takeaway in East Riding of Yorkshire

Ordered food for 6pm . At 6:35 asked for my money back, then it miraculously appeared.

I don’t usually get Chinese takeaways, but this was Fantastic, really enjoyed the food, big portions and very good value for money, will definitely use again !

Been A regular at this Chinese for some time. I think this is the best in hull IV tried by far The beef in black bean sauce is amazing the curry is sometimes a little spicy/peppery but still nice. Defo try it 👍🏼

The salt & pepper box is an absolute bargain, it is more than enough for two people and every part of the box has pretty equal amounts so it is easy to share. The shanghai dumplings are delicious, if you have never had soup dumplings before definitely try them from here. Was told when ordering they were short on drivers and there would be a good wait so I was well aware of the wait time, absolutely fantastic service from the woman taking orders, and yet delivery was not actually that long anyway.

Had Singapore chow main last night and is always spot on but the side dish of mushroom onion gravy and chips was terrible.The chips were shocking as was the onions and there was very little gravy.Hope this is a one off as everything I order from here is usually first class.

Tasted amazing, I recommend the peking ribs and special chow mein. 10/10

Quite disappointing. We ordered on telephone but there was no mention that it was cash only until we arrived to collect. After getting the food home, this was the second disappointment. We ordered a large variety of dishes including chicken, duck, prawn and mixed specials, all of which fell short of the mark. We ate less than half the food and the rest ended up in the bin. This is another one to we won’t be visiting again - sorry.

Ordered online Chicken Cashew - Very tasty generous portion size - given a delivery slot and paid online a definite bonus - All takeaway and delivery staff many thanks job done very well.

Simply the best! We have had 2 meals delivered over the past few weeks. What a treat! Food fabulous, portions more than adequate. Service brilliant. Couldn't recommend more. We love it! Thank you xx

Shocking service. 2 hours to be delivered and they got it wrong then lied about keeping a dish when they replaced it Stay well clear. Must be better else where Very very poor

Rang up for an order delivery. Got told it would be a hour. A hour and half no food. Rang up it was going to be another 20 mins plus. Therefore we would of been waiting 2 hours. Know it's busy cos of Christmas eve but very very disappointed. Ended up cancelling our order

Portion size has been reduce to like child size portions and prices gone up.

Great Chinese takeaway. Food is excellent and always ready when they say its going to be.

It's literally the best place to eat. I highly recommend eating here. The food is amazing, and the service is top-notch. Everything about it is truly awe inspiring.

Food was hot and tasty, good menu options and food was ready quickly for collection

Excellent Chinese, king prawn curry had a good amount of prawns in with a sauce that had the right amount of spice in. Lovely spring rolls and sweet and sour.

Very nice food, reasonable prices, but possibly the coldest waiting area on the planet!

Ordered by phone Christmas eve to pick up, was told 45 min . Went to pick up and after an hour of waiting in there, they hadn't even started cooking ours. Asked for our money back. People walking in off the street and ordering got served quicker. No organisation, will not be going back 😡🤬.

Best Chinese food I've ever had. Used this place quite a few times now, and they've got it spot on every time. It's always delivered on time, still nice and hot, and absolutely delicious. Keep up the good work.

Best Singapore chow mein in the area.

Love it but as with many take aways just getting too pricey 7 pound for a curry meal with chips from a take away. Not long ago paid this for waiter service.

Great Chinese takeaway, the lady on the phone taking our order was knowledgeable and offered us the opportunity to trade items in a fixed meal. The food arrived quickly and piping hot. Very reasonable prices for what was ordered and plenty of it to go around.
