I love biryani which they make. Very tasty 😋

2nd time I have purchased their amazing lamb dum biryani I was blown away by the taste and spices the sauces and quality of portion. Ordered a portion of fish pakoras too were spot on and crispy. Enjoyed the mint sauce. The tea was even better than expected they give you a small portion as a complimentary but I also ordered 2 large cups after. Value for money service was fast and staff were all working together in back kitchen. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you

Visited Faheem's biryani yesterday and tried chicken biryani on his recommendation. It was good. Better than many. On the bone. Slight improvement in taste can be done, hence 4 stars. Otherwise, it was much better than many places I have tried before. Parking is available infront of the shop, across the road and nearby shops. Make sure you read the parking signs displayed. Most of them are free and have no problems. Good place to try for food and not very expensive.

What can I say, Faheems is by far the best curry and biryani we've had in Leeds in a very long time. Flavoursome and value for money, legitimately could feed a family of 4 with 2 portions!

If looking for The authentic Hyderabadi dum biryani taste in Leeds, then look no further than this place. Tried chicken biryani and it was spot on original taste of Hyderabad. Service is good and Faheem bhai is very helpful. Please note it is mainly a takeaway joint and might not be fully suitable as family dining set up.

Ordered some food for a takeaway, as I don’t live in Leeds , when I reached home , chicken Manchurian was absolutely rubbish , not even cooked properly, we had to throw it . When I called the owner he said his battery is dying and disconnect anytime . If some one is genuine he would have called me back and discuss my issue . I don’t know how this place got good reviews it seems all are fake . Guy who took the ordered gave chai as we ordered few items as a complimentary other than that no positives . Very bad customer service from the person who answered my call . My recommendation is don’t even think about ordering the food from here. Word of mouth will spread fast..

Best place to have real and authentic Hyderabadi Biryani and the staff is very humble and supportive especially the Faheem Bhai by himself is soo welcoming to everyone 😊 :))

The biriyani was tasty I would order that again however, paying £9 for a portion of shami kebabs and & £9 for a portion of seekh kebabs id expect them to be homemade not shop bought.

If you ask biryani takeout they give you night packed if you ask for eating they give you fresh one, very bad never gone buy again. I told them once about the problem they compensated but recently went agin did the same.

I came here to have lunch today with my mrs, and i can honestly say i am very impressed with the service they gave us. I asked for chai which i received 10 seconds later. We had chicken and lamb biryani which was full of flavour, nice and spicy just the way i like it.. very nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Please don't even think twice to go here.. just go!!

I have been ordering food from Faheem Biryani for almost 2 years now and loved it. However, my experience has been terrible for last couple of times. 1. The quality and taste of the food has drastically deteriorated. 2. The food is stale and tasteless. It seems as if leftover food has been reheated and served to the customers. Today, I ordered 2 biryani, 1 chicken tangdi, 1 chicken seekh kebab and garlic coriander naan. Biryani - stale and tasteless (Definitely it's at least a day old biryani) Chicken tangdi - Again stale and undercooked. The marination tastes raw. Seekh Kebab - absolutely stale, chew like rubber and extremely dry Naan - stale and very hard absolutely inedible. Faheem is a great guy and I am writing this review so that he open his eyes and address these issue. Please maintain the quality and taste, otherwise this restaurant won't survive for long.

Simply wonderful, not for a minute it felt like I was in the UK. I was in the streets of Hyderabad - the very same taste, same aromas and even the same texture of food. Together with the super nice n pleasant demeanor of the owner n his friends n family it was bliss. Will definitely come again :)

We order from here for lunches at the office quite regularly, but this was my first time joining in and oh man - it's great! I had the Lamb Biryani and loved it! It was spicy, but not too spicy for me (I'm not good with anything over medium heat) and packed full of flavour.

Faheem comes across as someone who genuinely cares about the food he serves, and his customers. While I waited for my order, he offered me a complimentary tea which set the standards for the rest of the food as it was a fantastic brew, and I'm not even a huge fan of tea! I ordered the lamb biryani, and I cannot sufficiently express with words how blessed with flavour it was, the lamb was wonderfully marinated and so tender, and the portion size was more than generous - I've had many biryanis and I definitely rank this amongst the best. Also, the menu isn't limited to biryani, there are more options than you'd expect. I opted for the samosas, and rolls, to go with my meal and as expected, these were great too - Tasty, crispy, and generously filled. I will definitely be back in the future to try more items.

It is not biryani, i don't know what it is but it's biryani especially hyderabadi dum biryani, it's traditional Pakistani brown rice with additional white rice on top. It's just waste of money.

I had high hopes after reading all the positive reviews being a Hyderabadi myself, but our experience was far from satisfying. It feels like many of the glowing reviews are written by "local guides" who probably have no idea about authentic Hyderabadi food or are part of a marketing push. We ordered the lamb dum biryani and butter chicken for the family, expecting a flavourful meal. Unfortunately, what a big let down. The rice was soft and overcooked, lacking the distinct layers and aroma of authentic biryani. There was barely any masala, making it taste bland and lifeless. Even the sides – salan and dahi – missed the mark and felt far removed from traditional accompaniments. Honestly, this should be called a palao rather than hyderabadi biryani. The butter chicken had both butter and chicken but unfortunately way off to be called the "butter chicken". If you’re looking for authentic Hyderabadi flavours, this place doesn’t deliver. Very disappointing experience. Never again!

The biryani was gorgeous! We had chicken one and lamb one. The latter was a bit spicier. The portion was big and it was very affordable. There was no need to wait for the collection either, and the staff were kind.

I had given earlier 5*, whenever I come to Leeds, this is the place I will go for my food and take parcel to family, today first time along with biryani, I had order currys and Nan, hoping it's as authentic as biryani, but never expected they provided nan from Tesco garlic nan and ready made curry sauce. When I informed about this to the kid who has desk, he was like you didn't like the curry, no problem that's fine. Disappointed with service and food very first time at faheem biryani.
