Food was ok, however sauces a bit runny! Will be going back to Beijing for next meal just has that quality edge

Whenever my family wants a Chinese takeaway meal, this is the place to go. It is solely a takeaway restaurant there is no dining area. The food is always tasty, we are never disappointed and have ordered from here every couple of months for the past few years. They've never messed up an order and their delivery times are accurate. The staff have been friendly and professional, both over the counter and on the phone. The food is good quality and inexpensive. We usually buy a lemon chicken, spicy crispy beef, chicken chow mein, special fried rice, sesame seed prawn on toast, spring rolls and some BBQ sauce for the chow mein. It's good stuff. They are very generous with their servings, they really do fill the tupperware it comes in right to the brim.

Portions were bigger than expected, had 3 meals instead of 1. Sweet & sour chicken was the best we have ever had from a take-away, all sauces were tasty, not too salty. Great prices, good fun!

Ordered takeaway at 532 PM called back at 632 PM was told driver had left at 620 I live 8 minute drive still no food at 645 and I was told it would be 40 mins then I get at a call at 650 saying he was in car park what a joke

This was our first time of trying this takeaway and we are SO glad we did. Food was on time, it was hot and absolutely lovely 😊 we have had previous experiences with deliveries not being able to find us so all in all it was a very enjoyable experience. We will DEF be going back for more 👍

This is our favourite delivery for Chinese food in Colchester! The Peking Dumplings and crispy tiger king prawns are amazing as are the noodles, highly recommend, nice Thai option with green or red curry

We were disappointed with our latest meal..was no where near as good as it use to be..so we are now trying somewhere else..we used to always use this place

Do not know if they have a new chef..but this time food was not as good as previous..not as tasty..but some dishes over powered..also not chefs fault..only luke warm when delivered

Was really looking forward to having a great Chinese but this was an epic fail. The roof of my mouth feels like it has been stripped off. So sweet and syrupy totally wiping out the taste of the other ingredients. Won’t be going back.

Had friends round to visit.,so decided to order a takeaway..it came on time ..and we all really enjoyed it.,food nice and hot ..very tasty..nice fresh ingredients.

Ordering for this Chinese is alway a pleasure they take card or cash on delivery. There is a small charge to use a card. The food is fresh and has lots of taste. I love the pork Chinese style. The portion sizes are incredible and I normally have Chinese left over. The quality of the meat is excellent. They do deliver at small cost. Cards have a surcharge. Lots to choose from with some exciting specials

Once again ordered takeaway..in came in time stated..was hot and fresh..duck with pancakes was much better than before..will continue getting takeaways.

A lot of Chinese takeaways taste the same -- so it's a delight to find somewhere that offers something familiar, but a little different.The Won-Ton Soup and salt and chilli ribs are very good (I always get the same dishes from different places so I know what to compare) I was so impressed with the food that I had to phone them up to tell them and then write this review!Check it out! - and get the won-ton soup!

Great just to phone through and get food delivered to your doorstep.Basic chinese,but always very nice tasty and hot.

Myself and my husband have eaten from here a couple of time. Tesco do a boost where you can change up £2.50 worth of vouchers for £5 worth of food so that's always handy just before pay day. The food is average, nicely packaged for the drive home. Bit difficult to park outside this one, there is a lay by opposite which is good if it's avaliable. If you want to do the voucher offer delivery is not an option.

The title says it all, I am a lover of Chinese food and have never tasted a Chinese this bad. The meat smelt awful, rice was stodgy and the chicken balls were full of uncooked batter! Never again, this has actually put me off my favourite food.

Ordered the first time due to a recommendation, from then this has been the only Chinese take away I eat from. Food is D- lish! Well cooked, generous portions and reasonably priced!

Spent £30 of Tesco vouchers here (£7.50) and had a very good meal. Everything was well cooked and very tasty. I placed my order by phone for collection and my food was ready within 25 minutes. My vouchers were happily accepted and I returned home. The first thing that caught my eye was the scarlet sweet and sour sauce, I was a little suspicious at first but it was perfect, not just the flavour but the consistency and everything else. I wasn't disappointed with any of it and plan on ordering from here again. It is a very good takeaway.
