We had an amazing family celebration of our Golden Wedding at Europa on the 5th of October. Our party of 27 all enjoyed the excellent food . The service from the staff was first class. Thankyou for looking after us so well.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Europe and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere transported me straight to Italy — warm, welcoming, and absolutely perfect for an authentic Italian meal. The food was simply divine! Every dish was crafted with care, bursting with rich, authentic flavors. From the fresh pasta to the perfectly seasoned sauces, you can taste the quality and passion in every bite. The food was a slice of heaven. What really sets this place apart, though, is the attention to detail. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like family. Whether you're a fan of Italian cuisine or simply looking for an exceptional dining experience, Europe is an absolute must. I can't wait to go back!

Absolutely brilliant. I took my parents, who have worked in the restaurant industry all their working lives, in and around London. They are usually very critical of most places I take them. They loved Europa. We all did. Every element was perfect: portion size, temperature, presentation and of course taste. The service was attentive, warm and welcoming. Can't wait to go back. Great food, great for a lunch time catch up as they serve you quickly. The food is always spot on and there's plenty of it.

Lovely meal tonight. Ever so slightly slow service but we were in no rush so was fine. Really lovely food, nice staff and very accommodating. Really enjoyed it.

You will never get the smiling welcome from all the staff, kitchen staff included as you do in Europa. That’s your entrance! Then, when you sit to peruse the wonderfully extensive menu with your mouth watering & drink in hand, you will be served with the most sumptuous food. Whatever you order, rest assured it will be freshly cooked to utter perfection. We use this restaurant often & nothing changes, hospitality & food consistently cooked always. Our absolute favourite in Keynsham. The best fillet steak around!!! And the mixed grill!!! Well say no more except yummy yummy Please come & receive the welcome & very best food as we have enjoyed for many a good night over the years with friends & family. Simply the best. First time here, great food, great service and had a lovely evening. The owner gave us a drink at the end of our meal, nice touch.

Great lunchtime food, bit quiet but very good

Lovely place for a meal. On the slightly more expensive side but the quality of the food, drink and ambience more than make up for this so don't let the prices put you off. I had a lovely spaghetti pasta (cooked to perfection) with slow cooked beef and venison meatballs, with a beautiful silky smooth tomato sauce. My son (10) had a freshly cooked pizza with pancetta and chicken, a wonderful fresh and crisp dough with a beautiful chewy crust. Had a bottle of the house red, a very nice Montepulciano that really showed off its quality once it had breathed for a while. Desserts, my son had the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream (sorry gelato) and I had the Affogato, a scoop of vanilla gelato with a shot of espresso that you pour over the top! The mix of hot and cold, sweet and bitter is very pleasantly surprising. Finished with a liqueur coffee that was expertly made and we were more than happy (and merry lol). A hidden gem of a restaurant that we will definitely be returning to.

Wanted to try this place for a while and finally went spur of the moment tonight. Food was lovely, very fresh and portions good, left feeling very full. The service is 10 out of 10, we were treated so well. All the servers were amazing, so friendly and made us feel welcome. The lemon cello shot at the end was a lovely gesture. Really nade to feel like a regular. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely meal xx

Family friendly restaurant with great food and service! We enjoyed everything (pasta, caprese salad, risotto) but the pizza was the best!

Agim and staff gave us an excellent service and the atmosphere was lovely. Food was delicious and excellent wine, the Grillo and the red La Bomba are exceptionally good wines.

It was a little expensive, to be honest, the food tasted OK I think the lasagne should have a little side salad instead of having to purchase

Fantastic Mediterranean food tucked away in the corner of Keynsham. A nice, varied menu with some lovely Greek and Italian dishes. The weekday special menu is an absolute bargain for what you get but weekend dining is t going to break the bank for delicious food and friendly but unobtrusive service. Our new favourite bit of the med, not on the med.

My absolute favourite place to eat. Always great food and service. Very good quality food and portion sizes are large! Really good on the gluten free food too which is great for my son who is ceoliac. He LOVES their gf pizzas.x

Great food. Service was a little sporadic and they weren't even busy.

The restaurant was freezing cold, had the air conditioning going and it was -2 outside, people were sat eating with coats on. Had a phone call the morning of our evening booking asking for a pre-order, thought this was very late notice, when I got my order and rang them I was quite rudely asked to e-mail it. Food was okay

Arranged a birthday meal for 19 and had a lovely night. Staff were really friendly and food was delicious, big portions too. We’d all go back. Great night, thank you!

When it's busy it's a bit noisy which of course doesn't matter , it's a lively place and people know why they come here💁🏻‍♂️ 99% 💎

Had a fantastic Birthday celebration last year here so I booked again this year, my partner and I had a wonderful start with a nice starter of calamari, I wanted to treat myself to the seabass however ehen it arrived I was very disappointed for a £25 dish! It was bland with no flavour & only had two prawns, I complained to the waitress who said she would bring me some more prawns and I asked for a sauce as it was so bland, I waited and waited and I was forgotten! Granted the restaurant was very busy bit I didnt get the prawns or sauce and dinner went cold! We intended to have desert but this put us off as spoilt my birthday meal! Complained to manager who said it was standard to have two prawns! He did apologise and I wasnt charged for the seabass but when I got the bill was charged for the extra prawns & sauce! Got the items taken off & left swiftly! Overall very disappointed as it spoilt my birthday meal!

Very generous portions, had a roast lamb dinner, lovely veg, only criticism was the potatoes I would prefer crisper and the yourshire was over done for my liking. Over all worth every penny.😋

They serve very generous portions , almost too big ! I had spaghetti and meatballs and it was very tasty. The Panna cotta was excellent . Good staff , friendly and attentive without being fussy . Definitely will go again.

Really yummy food, excellent friendly service

My partner and I booked for a Sunday roast. It was excellent food. The vegetables were really fresh and not over cooked, the lamb and the pork belly were really delicious and were clearly good quality meat. The gravy was rich and a generous portion. I couldn't fault it. We finished off with a tiramisu, which was absolutely superb. Really friendly staff and good service. We will be booking again soon!

I'm seriously disappointed. A family member made a booking a week ago, phoned to cancel today and was told no such booking existed. So, we tried to order online but the restaurant closed mid order. Okay... So rang up. No answer. Rang again. No answer. You've lost what would've been a £70+ order meant for a fun family gathering. It shouldn't be so hard but yet it was. I hate to write bad reviews but can't recommend after this poor, or lack of - service I'm afraid

I VISITED EUROPA WITH MY FAMILY ON FRIDAY 8 OCTOBER. WE SAT OUTSIDE, AS IT WAS A NICE DAY. SERVICE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND QUICK. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND WE ALL COMMENTED ON HOW GOOD IT WAS. WE HAD THE EUROPA LINGUINE, HADDOCK RISOTTO, AND TWO DIFFERENT PIZZAS. WE THEN HAD SWEETS INCLUDING THE DELICIOUS STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING, AND THE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE, BOTH SERVED WITH ICE CREAM. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT VISIT AND THE AMBIENCE WAS LOVELY. A GREAT SELECTION OF FOOD AND DRINKS ON THE MENU. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING.

On our 2nd visit we were disappointed with service and food quality. Our previous visit early August was impressive. Totally different staff for some reason!

I ordered a pizza via Uber eats.. unfortunately it wasn't great. The toppings weren't fresh, was very chewy. The only thing I liked was the side order of chips!

By far the best place to eat in Keynsham. Europa is exactly what the town has been needing. The quality of the food is superb and you get good sized portions. The service is quick and friendly too. Highly recommend.
